• Elisa (6/5): Chouette logement mais un peu cher pour les prestations - La proximité du centre ville. Les équipements assez neufs. La gentillesse du personnel présent. Très très mauvaise insonorisation, ce n’est pas l’idéal pour se reposer pendant nos jours de congé.. Les couleurs/décorations de la chambre étaient fort sombres. D’autres couleurs auraient été je trouve plus chaleureuses et en accord avec ce que dégage la ville de Florence. Les murs étaient tachés et présentaient des coups.

• Alessio (10/5): La giusta sistemazione per visitare Firenze. A un passo dal centro, pulita e con staff gentile. - La struttura è in una posizione stupenda. A pochissimi passi dal centro e ho trovato parcheggio vicino, fuori dalla ZTL. Mi sono posso anche con il treno e la stazione è molto vicina. Il quartiere è tranquillo e sicuro. Molta professionalità nella gestione dell'ingresso in struttura e della partenza. Faccio i complimenti allo Staff. Non ho trovato punti critici. La struttura è perfetta. Mi è piaciuto tutto. nessuna cosa da comunicare.

• April (9/5): Lovely stay - Really nice clean room with great amenities. Wonderful location, especially if you come by train and not right in the noisy, busy section, but not too far to walk there. Maybe better soundproofing for the rooms door and underneath it as some guests are quite loud when entering late at night. The entry buzzer for the front door is very loud too. Lovely place which l would recommend and stay there again. Noisy rude guests in the middle of the night which was not the hotels fault but inconsiderate tourists.

The property is immaculate, featuring modern, well-maintained rooms that are fully equipped with thoughtful amenities and attention to detail. The location is fantastic—centrally situated and within walking distance of all major attractions, including both the train and metro stations. From the moment of booking through to our departure, the service provided was outstanding. Sharon and Hammam were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout our stay. Their genuine care and hospitality truly stood out; we’ve never encountered hosts as attentive and dedicated. This accommodation and the service provided easily deserve a rating higher than 10—if only that were possible. Highly recommended! Nothing to say .

In più c'era il ferro da stiro cosa non scontata! ❤️ Unica piccola pecca è che bisogna aspettare parecchio prima che il climatico scaldi l'aria ma una volta capito che deve stare acceso per un po' ci si riesce a regolare bene 😊

• Giulia (1/5): LURIDO- IMBARAZZANTE: NON FATE IL MIO STESSO ERRORE DI SCEGLIERE QUESTA STRUTTURA E CREDERE ALLE RECENSIONI POSITIVE PER - La posizione ottima, peccato per TUTTO il resto, esperienza da incubo e l’host mi ha ricattata. TUTTO Appena entrati in camera, siamo stati accolti da una nube di fumo di sigaretta. La stanza era esattamente una ciminiera. Pochissimo dopo ci siamo accorti che il topper del letto era macchiato di sangue (allego foto). Abbiamo contattato l’host, il quale ci ha detto che si scusava dell’inconveniente, ma che non poteva fare nulla, ci ha detto di non avere altre stanze libere, altre lenzuola per cambiare il letto e un servizio di pulizie disponibile a quell’ora. Ci ha offerto di andare via e di rimborsarci (weekend dell’immacolata a Firenze alle 17, dove mai saremmo potuti andare?!). Poco dopo ci siamo accorti che nessuno dei due termosifoni funzionava, c’era l’aria condizionata, vecchia e rumorosissima. Abbiamo provato a lasciare 5h aperte le finestre per fare in modo che la puzza di fumo andasse via, non è servito assolutamente a nulla. Durante la notte l’aria condizionata si è rotta e ha iniziato a emettere aria fredda. Per cui: abbiamo dovuto dormire in una camera impregnata di fumo, su un letto sporco e al freddo. Non ho mai vissuto una situazione così degradante. La stanza ha un costo di 240€ a notte, ma dormire per strada è sicuramente più confortevole. Noi abbiamo “fortunatamente” prenotato la stanza con un grosso sconto durante il black friday, ma in giorni normali avremmo pagato 450€ per due notti, per sentirci rinfacciare dall’host “eh ma hai pagato il tuo soggiorno scontato” come se fosse normale un’accoglienza del genere per aver pagato meno. Avremmo dovuto pernottare due notti, ma dopo la prima tragica notte insonne nella sporcizia siamo scappati. Abbiamo discusso a lungo per ottenere il rimborso della seconda notte che ci è stato proposto solo se “non lasciavamo recensioni negative”. Ovviamente non siamo stati al suo ricatto. La stanza non rispecchia assolutamente la descrizione né le altre recensioni SICURAMENTE FALSE.

• Melanie (7/5): Für einen Kurzaufenthalt in Florenz eine Top Übernachtungsmöglichkeit - Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Auch die Lage war top. Man ist sehr schnell in Mitten des Geschehens. Das Check-In wie auch das Check-Out war sehr einfach. Sharon war sehr gut erreichbar und hat immer schnell geantwortet. Im Zimmer hatte es eine Nespresso Kaffeemaschine und es gab pro Person eine kleine Wasserflasche. Ein Boutique Hotel würden wir es nicht nennen. Es ist eher eine sehr schön eingerichtete Unterkunft. Es gibt kein Frühstücks- bzw. Verpflegungsangebot. Die Fenster waren nicht dicht und vom Hotelgang her war es hellhörig.

Great location (lively Oltrano), with easy walking to many restaurants, bars and to attractions in town center across the river. Good communication for self check in with a code. While this is not at a hotel, (but a set of nice individual rooms with ensuite bathroom located on the same floor), they can book a taxi to the airport for you and you can store luggage after check out

The room was very well appointed, clean, comfortable, and the television worked beautifully. Sharon and Marco are incredibly accommodating and friendly. • Paula (10/5): Lovely little Boutique hotel in a true Florentine Neighborhood. - The location of San Frediano Boutique Hotel was outstanding. It’s in a neighborhood rather than in the touristy areas. Easy walking distance to anywhere we wanted to go in the city, but again away from all the noise and hustle and bustle of the tourist sites. A short walk to Ponte Vecchio and the Pitti Palace. The rooms were very clean, the bed was very comfortable (I like a firm bed) and Sharon was incredibly responsive to any questions that I had. The room had a REAL HAIRDRYER AND FLAT IRON in each and every room, coffee maker and even slippers in the drawer if you would like. I asked for an extra bath towel for my hair (I have a lot of hair) and Sharon accommodated me immediately. This boutique hotel is in what I’m guessing was a former apartment that has now been renovated into hotel rooms. It is in a secured apartment building. I highly recommend this place as a great place to stay! The only thing people need to be aware of and I don’t call this a negative, but if you want someone manning a front desk of a hotel 24 hours a day, this is not the place for you. Sharon communicated immediately with me on What’s App and was able to answer all my questions.

• Diliane (1/5): It's safer to sleep on the street - To get out of this dan hole. Despite arriving on time for the check-in, there was no one to greet me (they informed me about it, on Whatsapp). The building is old and poorly maintained. There is no lift, one must go 3 levels of stairs with luggage... On the first night, we had problems with the shower drain, which was completely clogged. This prevented from showering, flooding the bathroom floor. I have video evidence to prove it. I reported the incident to the "hotel", on Booking. It was almost midnight, and I was naked and wet, unsure of what to do, and the response I received was that a man would come to fix the drain that very hour. I thought it was an absurd offer and refused. Someone stood at my door, which startled me. After much insistence, the person left. My husband managed to remove the clogged drain, and we informed that to person at reception that morning. We personally told them that everything was resolved and that they should NOT enter the room - our luggage was open, we didn't anyone walking there. They waited for us to leave and then entered the room, without authorization. They went through my things. I have a way of knowing who enters the places where I stay, and this was the first time they'd sneaked in and reached into my belongings. As soon as I realized the break-in had occurred, I questioned it through the Booking chat. Now the person identified himself as the owner of the place and said all the time that he had the right to enter the room at any time to check on everything. He didn't tell me what my belongings have to do with the clogged drain! How can everything be okay from now on? We got afraid of this person, seemed aggressive and invasive . I haven't left the room ever since, losing museum visits already bought, not having the opportunity to be a tourist in the city. The financial loss was significant! The owner of the place claimed he had the right to enter the place because the guest could request a refund, which he considers unfair.

• Haylie (10/5): Best stay! - Key fob access was nice, air conditioner was cold, felt safe, comfortable bed, toothbrush, toothpaste, water, hair straightener, iron, hair dryer were all extra nice touches. Host was very quick to respond and accommodating. Would absolutely recommend and would stay here again.
• Jacquelyn (6/5): Pleasant - There was no breakfast. The room was clean and the hosts were very nice. It was a big walk from the old town. The host did provide advice on a great cafe nearby and also let me store my luggage before check in. The window in the room, and also the bathroom, was frosted as it looked in onto the inner courtyard of the building and looked straight into other apartments. It felt slightly claustrophobic in the room without being to see outside/the sky or ground. A large timber wall panel fell off to expose plumbing and a cleaners type cupboard. The fridge was missing and when I enquired it was provided 2 hours later.
