• Petra (10/5): - The accommodation was in a quiet area, a short walk from the metro, close to the centre and a great connection to Heathrow airport by metro. It was cold outside so we appreciated the heating in the apartment.
• Beáta (10/5): - Ubytování jsem vybírala, aby bylo v rozumné ceně a chtěla jsem mít metro co nejblíže. Personál na recepci byl neskutečně milý. Zařízení pokoje bylo postarší, ale nejsme nároční. Mile mě překvapilo, že každý den byl úklid - čisté ručníky, povlečení, skleněná stěna ve sprše a zrcadlo vyleštěné. V hotelu byl klid. Nic nás nerušilo. V blízkosti skvělý obchod M&S s potravinami, kde jsme nakupovali snídaně a večeře. V ulici je i spoustu restaurací s hospod. V blízkosti metro a autobus. Byli jsme moc spokojení.

Very quiet.I highly recomend it to family with kids. Pipe noise in the walls from the bathroom or heating system.

Appartement bien équipé et très propre. Il y toujours quelqu'un à la réception. Personnel cordial. Le ménage a été fait les trois jours alors que nous pensions qu'un jour sur deux. Il faudrait changer le divan/sofa (un peu vieillot et pas très confortable) et le gel douche

A pochi minuti ampia scelta di pub e ristoranti oltre che un M&S food. Spazi em abbastanza limitati ma tanto a Londra si sta in giro.

It was nice to have a washing machine and kitchenette when travelling as there are stores close by. The bed was comfortable. Stairs. I had a basement apartment which I personally didn’t like because of the stairs. I should have requested no stairs when booking. • Jeanette (7/5): Tolle Lage, gute Ausstattung, etwas in die Jahre gekommen - Die Ausstattung war toll. Waschmaschine, Wäscheständer, ein Bügeleisen und Fön auf dem Zimmer. Die Küchenzeile war praktisch, für ein kleines Frühstück und Abendbrot super. Sauber, täglicher Reinigungsservice, Rezeption, freundliches Personal Nur wenige Minuten entfernt gibt es direkten Anschluss an die Metro Earls Court und Buslinien. Restaurants, Pubs, Lebensmittelladen alles direkt um die Ecke. Lage absolut top. Das Bad ist etwas klein, aber in Ordnung. Leider haben wir das 2. Untergeschoss erwischt und etwas wenig Tageslicht. Die kleine Terrasse/ Feuertreppe war dreckig und von Tauben belagert. Eine Zimmer-Umbuchung war leider nicht möglich. Beim nächsten Mal auf jeden Fall eher Deluxe statt Standard wählen.

• Macurda (9/5): Great place to stay when visiting London - location was excellent. The bathroom was warm when taking a shower. The kitchen was well furnish with cooking utensils. It was quiet. They even had small wash cloths. Room temperture was pleasant. The pull out couch bed. Apparently there was an extra board placed on top of one of the slats that very uncomfprtable if you attempted the sleep on your side.

Lähistöllä oli metroasema ,bussipysäkki ,ruokakauppa ja pubeja. Huone siivottiin ja pyyhkeet vaihdettiin päivittäin. Pöytätilaa keittiössä olisi voinut olla enempi.

La cama del dormitorio, grande y cómoda. Productos de aseo y de limpieza de cocina, así como té y café de cortesía. Supermercados, restaurantes, farmacia, todo al lado. Son sugerencias, porque la verdad es que estuvimos muy bien, pero algunos muebles necesitan renovación. Sofá cama no muy confortable, ni como sofá ni como cama. La alarma de humos saltaba con sólo poner la tostadora. En en lavabo, la pila es tan grande, que deja muy poco espacio para neceser, etc.

• Federica (10/5): Sicuramente diventerà l’appartamento preferito per i miei soggiorni a Londra - La struttura era veramente veramente pulita, c’era sempre la presenza di personale alla reception, lo staff era cortese, gentile e disponibile. Bagno grande e spazioso, cucina ben attrezzata (forse aggiungerei dei piatti in più). La posizione era comodissima, a 4 minuti da un supermercato, 5 minuti dalla metro Earl’s Court e dalla fermata dei pullman. Noi abbiamo alloggiato nell’appartamento al piano interrato e nonostante fosse interrato era luminoso, aveva due grandi finestre ed era ben arieggiato. Nulla, forse i cuscini un pochino scomodi ma è una sciocchezza!

L'emplacement est idéal a 250m d'une station de métro desservant Heathrow et le centre de Londres (Earl's Court), la proximité à 100m aussi d'un petit supermarché ou l'on trouve tout ce qu'il faut. Le manque d'insonorisation entre les étages, ce qui fait qu'on entend marcher au dessus et dans les couloirs, quand c'est tot le matin, ça réveille

• Jenny (8/5): A great location for The RHA, a quiet location in West London, however with lots going on nearby - A quiet area the road was a residential road and low traffic passing. The apartments really close to the local Underground Station at Earl's Court. Close by to shops, traditional London Pubs and easy to get around on bus or Underground. Our room was a the rear of the address and even quieter. Everything that my friends and I required for our stay was there daily servicing of the room which was not expected by us but so welcome. A great location for anyone venturing to The Royal Albert Hall for an event. The apartment though well equipped were a little tired and dated and we all think could do with a little TLC. The apartment however was very clean and great bed linen too...

L’emplacement a été idéal , avec la station de métro Earl’s court juste derrière , et à quelques mètres d’une rue commerçante ce qui était très pratique.( nous étions deux adultes et deux enfants )
• Valarie (6/5): Adequate for a great price…. - Did not have breakfast. Staff are polite and attentive. We stayed 10 yrs ago and the neighborhood isn’t as quiet but still clean and much busier. Local M/S at end of the street is definitely more disorganized. The electronic lock on room 405 needs servicing as it takes multiple attempts. The all in one washer dryer cleans but never fully dried the clothes, even after clearing the filter. The top half of the bathroom heater (towel warmer) doesn’t heat up at all. The wooden floors are extremely creaky. Overall, clean room ( minus the sofa) and great door and cleaning staff. Better maintenance recommended. Would stay again for a really good price, but otherwise will try elsewhere next time.

Im sonst recht teuren London ein Geschenk. Am An- und Abreisetag konnten wir kostenlos unser Gepäck abstellen, somit konnten wir auch die Tage noch super nutzen

• Isabell (7/5): Gute Umgebung und großes Apartment - Das Personal (tagsüber) war sehr nett und hilfbereit. Wir kamen bereits morgens gegen 10 Uhr an und konnten problemlos unsere Koffer im Hotel lassen und erst am Nachmittag zum Checkin wieder kommen. Das Apartment war für Londoner Verhältnisse wirklich groß und geräumig. Die Sauberkeit hat uns auch überzeugt. Die Umgebung erschien uns sehr sicher und sauber. Super Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel direkt um die Ecke. Leckere Restaurants in Laufnähe. Wir waren zu dritt und haben das Schlafsofa daher genutzt- es war wirklich nicht bequem man spürt leider jede einzelne Sprungfeder und es macht super laute Geräusche wenn man sich bewegt/umdreht. Wir hatten unser Apartment im Keller, Gott sei dank zur Straße hin weil man dadurch Fenster hatte die Tageslicht rein gelassen haben und man konnte lüften. Nachteil war jedoch es ist alles sehr hellhörig gewesen. Beim Checkin ist uns aufgefallen dass es zwei defekte gab: die Herdplatte hatte an einer Ecke einen Sprung (Glas war rausgebrochen) und der Heizkörper im Zimmer hat getropft. Wir sind dies melden gegangen weil wir sicherstellen wollten dass uns dies nicht in Rechnung gestellt wird da es nicht unser verschulden war - die Dame an der Rezeption abends war sehr genervt und hat uns ziemlich "abgewimmelt". Wegen des tropfenden Heizkörpers wollte sie eigentlich nichts unternehmen weil der Hausmeister bald Feierabend hätte, der Concierge hat unser Gespräch mitbekommen und hat sich darum gekümmert den Hausmeister noch schnell vorbei zu schicken.

• Elliot (9/5): - This was absolutely perfect for a short family break. A 2 minute walk from Earls Court station meant it was easy to carry our luggage to the hotel. If you're intending on going to the Natural History Museum or the Science Museum it's a 15 minute walk to both through Kensington. It was no problem to walk up to Kensington Gardens, onto Hyde Park for Buckingham Palace and then up to Piccadilly Gardens. An hour long walk but that's what a city break is for! We got the underground back. Presidential Apartments was a perfect choice for us. The sofa bed had already been made into a bed but as there was a table and chairs we weren't restricted with somewhere to sit. For London, the room is a generous size with ours looking over the garden square. We were in the Deluxe Studio, I'm unsure on the details but the bed was bigger than a double. Very convenient having the kitchen area; oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, pans, crockery and cutlery. It even had washing up liquid and tablets. We didn't get chance to use the dishwasher because the cleaning service did it for us – something we didn't expect! There's an M&S 1 minute walk away opposite the road the hotel is on, perfect for prepping your own food if you want to keep costs down. Skip the chain coffee shops and head to Over Under Coffee for a decent coffee and pastries. This hotel will be high on the list for our next London trip. Really; nothing. The room was hot (better than being cold!) so we opened the windows. It might be very hot in the summer.

• Sabine (8/5): Kurztrip nach London - Sehr sauber, täglicher reinigunsservice, Rezeption, Automat mit Getränken, sehr freundliches Personal Die Betten waren einfach schon in die Jahre gekommen und die Türen haben nicht mehr geschlossen was morgens sehr laut war. Mein man geht frühs joggen und hat somit alle geweckt.

• Melanie (10/5): Amazing stay would come again! - Location. Staff is so friendly, and helpful. We stayed 2 weeks and used the kitchen, washer, it has everything you need to live properly and comfortably. The shower, it’s smaller and the shower curtain sticks you.

• Amy (8/5): Not bad - Location is the main reason for this booking, stayed here many times and that's the reason returning. Good to have a small kitchen as I always can't finish the big portion when eating out. Bed was very comfortable. Room is good size for one person and everything functioned well. Cleaning team was good, thank you. The place needed some renovation as sink and wall were moldy. Reception staff were not bad but could look a bit more cheerful, at the moment they just looked as if they hadn't been paid properly, hopefully that wasn't the reality.

• Χρήστος (8/5): - Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, ήσυχη γειτονιά κι η στάση του μετρό πολύ κοντά. Σε απόσταση 200-300 μέτρα μπορείς να βρείς τα πάντα. Ο καναπές που άνοιγε σε κρεβάτι δεν ήταν άνετος και το στρώμα του ήταν πολύ λεπτό. Ίσως άνετος μόνο για παιδιά, πάντως όχι για ενήλικα.

The 2nd floor room was upsetting with water stains on the walls and dirty windows. General unpleasant feel. However, we discussed the opportunity to change the rooms with a super helpful receptionist and upgraded to a 4th floor suite, which worked better for us.

Location is great, in Kensington (very affluent neighboarhood), and just 2 short bocks away from the tube (intersection of 2 tube lines). Staff was very kind and attentive, they had our room ready many ours before check-in time, and even gave us a free room upgrade. Nothing really, we were very happy with our stay there.

Die dilettantisch gestrichene Zimmerdecke passt eigentlich nicht zum Stil des Hotels. Die Verdunklungsrollos an den Fenstern sind fies verschmiert und gehören ausgetauscht.

• Sandy (1/5): - Good location Severe insect problem and poor service – falls far short of its price tag We booked this apartment hotel expecting a comfortable, premium experience for our family, but it was deeply disappointing and not worth the money. The most critical issue was hygiene. On our second night, we found an infestation of 10 to 20 insects/ants crawling across the living area floor and in the bathroom. When I went down to report this, the night receptionist said he was alone, had no other rooms, and promised to send up insect spray. It never arrived. We were forced to spend our final night killing bugs ourselves, which completely ruined my parents' ability to rest before our long flight. At checkout, the morning staff's only response to this was a dismissive, "I'm sorry to hear that." Furthermore, the property cuts corners on basic amenities. The room includes a washing machine, but the front desk explicitly refuses to provide any laundry detergent, rendering the machine practically useless for short-term travelers. Basic comforts like hotel slippers are also not provided. For the premium price they charge, the complete lack of basic cleanliness and the unhelpful attitude of the staff make this a property I strongly advise avoiding.
