• Nina (9/5): Sehr gemütliches Hotelzimmer mit schöner Aussicht - Das Bett war sehr bequem und das Personal war wirklich durchgehend super freundlich und hilfsbereit! Die Fenster sind auch relativ schalldicht und wir haben jeden Tag neue Wasserflaschen erhalten und Kaffee/ Tee. Frühstück war auch super! Das einzige was fehlt ist noch eine Art Kleiderschrank, da die Kleiderstange nur für resting wenige Kleidungsstücke reicht.

• Noëmi (9/5): Amazing bed - Small room and bathroom. The bed was extremely comfortable. I was only here for one night and had a 7am tour planned so I’d miss breakfast even though it was included. I contacted them through the app and they prepared a little take away breakfast for me for the next morning. I only met one lady working the desk both at check in and check out and she was very friendly and helpful. The curtain in my room didn’t completely cover the whole window.

The only issue we had was the A/C hadn't been turned on yet. Our room windows faced the sun and it was 27 in our room during the day. They provided a fan and we kept the window open at night.

Отель расположен не рядом с метро, но это не проблема, такси не дорогое. Reading the reviews I didn't expect that I would also complain about noise. But it was really exhausting after the flight, it was difficult to sleep. The thing was that window frame was shifted, and I don't know why not call a technician and solve the problem. Читая отзывы, я не ожидала, что тоже буду жаловаться на шум с улицы. Но так и есть, и это когда так нужен был сон после перелёта. Проблема в моём номере была с рамой окна, которую перекосило. Почему не вызвать мастера для настройки, плотного прилегания - не знаю.

• Ilya (6/5): Неоднозначное впечатление - Плюсы: расположение, высота потолков (мне это важно для общего ощущения комфорта), упругость матрасов, чистота белья, работающий кондиционер. Качество сантехники чуть ниже среднего, но приемлемое. Сначала о проблемах: Забронировал номер «с видом на горы». По факту получил обычный номер средней или низкой категории с видом на стену соседнего здания впритык. В ответ на моё недоумение, они, вежливо улыбаясь, сказали, что к сожалению, в моем номере какие-то технические проблемы, и на следующий день меня переселят. Я согласился. Но хотя на следующий день номер оказался просторнее, но вид из окна также был удручающий: одно окно с видом на стену, другое с видом на другие здания, но никак не на горы. Я уже не стал спорить, видимо у них такой маркетинг. На второй день я проснулся поздно ночью от шума, оказалось рядом со мной течет на пол с потолка дождевая вода. В санузле также непосредственно из потолочного светильника течёт вода, прямиком в унитаз. Возможно это и были те технические проблемы о которых они говорили, возможно нет. Другие минусы: нулевая шумоизоляция входной двери, и низкая у стен. Слышно каждый шаг, каждое шуршание пакета клининга, громкие голоса горничных, других посетителей. Возможно, было бы слышно порхание бабочки. Вдобавок все три дня с 8:50 до позднего вечера во всём здании велись строительные работы, в том числе прямо за порогом — меняли напольное покрытие, плинтусы и другое, работал перфоратор. Тут комментарии излишни. Плюсы: расположение, высота потолков (мне это важно для общего ощущения комфорта), упругость матрасов, чистота белья, работающий кондиционер. Качество сантехники чуть ниже среднего, но приемлемое. Персонал на ресепшн обучен быть подчеркнуто вежливым и улыбаться, но чувствуется, что за клиента они не переживают, нет в их работе души (как, например, с неподдельной теплотой относятся к клиентам в любом отеле Армении). Отчасти это может объясняться постоянным потоком клиентов от удачного расположения и отсутствием необходимости бороться за гостей.

I do recommend staying in this hotel. Rooms are wonderfull with king size beds, very comfy and spacious. Beautiful window view!

La struttura emana calore e un profumo delizioso già all'ingresso e lo staff ti accoglie con sorrisi e gentilezza. Camera accogliente, spaziosa, bella e curata. Il letto è enorme e molto comodo, perfetto per un riposo davvero rigenerante. Buon isolamento grazie a finestre moderne. Posizione eccellente, appena appena fuori dal centro storico, a due passi dal ponte che collega le due sponde del fiume e vicinissimo alla zona delle terme. Comodissimo per ogni necessità, con bancomat e alcuni ottimi ristoranti a pochi metri. Inoltre con pochi euro grazie a Bolt è possibile raggiungere qualsiasi altra zona interessante della città. Kit cortesia inclusi (spazzolino, bagnoschiuma, shampoo, sapone, ciabattine), minifrigo presente e bottiglie d'acqua in omaggio. Super consigliato. Nessun aspetto negativo. Ci siamo trovati straordinariamente bene.

• Fani (3/5): terribly disappointed with the stay - location to enter the hotel there is 20 steps! they were renovating the breakfast room which is in the ground floor so there’s no elevator! i arrived at 22:00 at night and asked for help with my 2 bags.. the woman in the reception told me that she is sorry and there is no one who can help me and she didn’t even had the kindness to hold the door open to help me while I struggled to get in with 2 suitcases. So if you are disabled or have any problem, there is no way to enter the hotel. I booked the room with the balcony and i was in the 2nd floor so its lot of noisy from the street. the room is not as beautiful as in the pictures.. and not so clean.. its an old hotel and It seems to be underperforming. finally the tbilisi baths is very close so the area and the room smell from time to time badly like an egg.

• HWleeds (10/5): The best location. - The location of this hotel is amazing. I was near everything I needed to be, and as a first time visitor to Tbilisi, I quickly realised that this hotel was a very good choice. The staff are exceptional. The room I stayed in had a balcony with a lovely view, and it was very comfortable and clean. It was smaller than I expected as one of the more expensive rooms, but as a solo traveller this was no issue. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I asked for an electric kettle and this was brought to my room in minutes with cups. I also ordered food in when working late and reception happily supplied a plate and cutlery. I did not find the room to be noisy even though being on the main road, but I am used to living in cities. The view and perfect location made being on the road side worth it for me Everything was great. The hotel restaurant was closed during my stay and there was no breakfast, but there are so many places to eat nearby and I am not a fan of hotel breakfasts so no issue

• Gokce (9/5): - Otelin lokasyonu, temizliği, dekorasyonu ve çalışanları çok iyi. Manzarası ve mimarisine bayıldık. Her şey talep ettiğimiz şekildeydi. Çok yardımcı oldular. all is good
