I could have just sat in my balcony all day and been content. The staff is top notch. The rooms are unique. Built into the caves but very sunny and so comfortable. Wifi was a bit spotty deep in the unit, but that is to be expected as you are truly in a cave!

Just a small thing but bottled water was provided in the room on arrival, when it ran out we had to pay for it to be replenished. In most hotels of this standard, still water is replenished on a daily basis without charge. Also it would be really handy to get a pre-warning when the hot tub was being checked. A couple of times when we were getting ready for the evening, we were caught unaware by the gentleman on the terrace. The receptionist who checked us in on our arrival was really lovely and very friendly.

- Petronela (7/5): it would be perfect if the lady at the reception and the maid knew how to handle the situation in a pleasant way - I chose a 3-night stay with reservations for 3 different rooms. What really bothered me was the attitude of the staff, who, although the hotel was 60% empty, sent the maid at 11 am who put the bucket and cleaning products directly in front of the door and waited for us to leave. I found it very bad considering that the hotel was empty and check-in was at 2 pm for other customers.

The location is perfect - about a 15-minute walk to the shopping and restaurant area in Oia, so you don't get noise from tourists and you have privacy to enjoy the view while at the hotel pool. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. They offer a pickup bus from the airport to the hotel, which was very convenient when our flight arrived at midnight in Santorini and departed early. The breakfast was really good with a variety of choices. I would definitely stay at the same hotel if I visit Santorini again. Katerina and all the other staff are the best.

Easy to walk to Oia - about 10 min to the edge of town and 20 to the center, with dedicated walking path most of the way. Room service food was excellent when you wanted to stay closer to the area. Really perfect.

- Olga (10/5): Perfect spot for epic Santorini sunsets - The property offers the most stunning views of Oia—an ideal spot to watch the sunsets. We stayed in the Boatman apartment, which is located close to reception but still felt very private, peaceful, and quiet. It featured a hot tub and plenty of space on the terrace. However, it was the staff who truly made our stay exceptional. They were attentive, friendly, and professional, offering great recommendations and looking after us throughout our visit. A big thank you to Katarina, Kidiki, Mark, and Yuri (apologies if I’ve misspelled any names!). Although there isn't an on-site restaurant, the property offers in-room dining with an extensive à la carte menu featuring delicious, freshly cooked meals. We would absolutely recommend this place and look forward to staying here again. As it was the start of the season (I believe we were the first to stay in the Boatman apartment in 2025!), it took a little time to sort out the water supply and balance the hot water—but we got there in the end. Other than that, there was nothing we didn’t like. It was the perfect spot for a short vacation, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly helpful and took great care of us the whole trip, from organising taxis, helping us with our luggage etc. The property is beautiful, perfect location to have great views of Oia, but only a short walk into the centre of Oia. Our suite was wonderful, and the private terrace was perfect to enjoy breakfast on every morning. Breakfast was also incredible, and a great selection. - Alexandra (8/5): Stunning views, beautiful hotel and really friendly staff just a stones throw from Oil - Excellent location, stunning views and really comfy property. The breakfast each morning was fab, delivered to our terrace - sometimes a bit cold but that is understandable given it is taken to the terrace. It was so peaceful and away from the centre, but just a couple of minutes from the restaurant options. Sunset from the terrace was incredible. Beautiful few days of escape. It took a little while for the mugs and supplies in the room to be re-stocked and it would have been a nice touch to have fresh bottled water each day. But that's just a minor point.

The breakfast is served on your private terrace and absolutely delicious and had so many unlimited options that we didn’t know what to choose! The hotel also provides all day dining in your room/terrace and whenever we ordered anything it was superb. We can’t wait to go back!

Die Ästhetik des exklusiven Hotels- von Outdoor Möbeln, zu Interior, bis zur Präsentation des Frühstücks auf eigener Terrasse - alles hat gestimmt. Auch die Lage war bietet einen fantastischen Blick über gesamt Oia und die Caldera. Das Hotel befindet sich nicht mitten im Getümmel und doch ist man nicht weit vom Zentrum entfernt. Somit hat man eine entspannte Erholung mit sehr freundlichen und aufmerksamen Personal, das alles dafür tut, um einen perfekten Urlaub zu erleben.

Which allow you to stay out of noise. There’s nothing to say about disliking as everything seems perfect… it’s not negative review but if you have old parents with you during your visits better to avoid as there are lot of stairs.

At the quiet edge of Oia, you are no more than about 10mins walk from the hustle and bustle of the busy village. Our room (The Boatman's) was positioned for the most amazing views of the sunset, the Oia vista and the sea. Breakfast, drinks, meals were served on the terrace of our room - what more can one ask for?! For my wife and I, IKIES is the perfect place to stay when visiting Oia. We will definitely look to stay here again if we were to (very likely) return.

Amazing rooms location and STAFF! - From the minute my daughter and I arrived to Ikies in Santorini we were in awe with the location the view the room and the incredible staff. We even got to meet the owner! Thank you to Katerina Kiriaki Gianni Fred and all the staff! I can't say enough great things each and every one and how amazing they were to us! Everyone went above and beyond to make sure our stay was exceptional! Our table (each room has an assigned table) was a dream! Our breakfast which we got to choose every night for the next morning was cooked to perfection! We even had lunch and other meals there that were so delicious! Choices were great! It was quite with an amazing pool overlooking the caldera! A quick walk to the center of Oia! Also when our flight was cancelled late at night without hesitation they made sure they could accommodate us! I am so thankful for everything! We can wait to go back! I wouldn't stay anywhere else!!! THANK YOU Everything was beyond perfect!! There is nothing to not like!
- Oli Krumov (10/5): - We recently stayed at this hotel and were really amazed by it. Firstly, the location of the hotel is great. You can see the amazing views of the whole city and also the sunset in the sea from the hotel. Secondly, the service was wonderful. All people from the staff were really nice to us and they helped us a lot in organising our transport and also other activities like going on a boat in the sea. Finally, the rooms were also nice. We had a room for three with a jacuzzi and we liked it a lot. Outside every room there are sun-beds which is an amazing detail to the room. Also the thing that satisfied us the most from this hotel is the fact that every morning you have your breakfast being served and the table in front of your room so as soon as you open the doors when you wake up you can have a beautiful sea view with your breakfast.At all our stay at the hotel was really enjoyable and we recommend it to other people so that they can have an amazing stay at Santorini.

Dinner served on the room terrace, with sunset over Oia, was a dream. On the departure day the management was very accommodating with late check-out and bridging the waiting time until our airport transfer. Will come back! Breakfast dishes and presentation were a bit plain, otherwise nothing
