• Sippe (6/5): Prima maar niet voor langere tijd! - Uitzicht vanaf ons balkon in de junior suite. Personeel erg vriendelijk. De junior suite, hadden ons hier erg op verheugd maar viel tegen. Bed klein en niet comfortabel. Airco werkte niet dit is opgelost met een ventilator. We kregen ook all inclusive aangeboden voor het ongemak. Erg aardig maar niet veel gebruik van gemaakt. Eten was niet top. Ook de locatie viel ons tegen. Wel wat restaurants en barretjes maar niet voor 2 weken.

Avreise så tidlig at vi bestemte oss for å få med "frokostpakke" i stedet for å spise i restauranten. Stor skuffelse!!! Pakken inneholdt ikke andre bakevarer enn søte kjeks, og det er i alle fall ikke sunt. Grovbrød anbefales av ernæringsfysiologer i stedet for slikkerier til frokost!

• Oana Ion (8/5): - Hotelul direct pe plaja, cu o priveliște superba. Micul dejun foarte variat cu multe opțiuni. Camera spațioasă, cu balcon. Apa a fost calaie, în niciun caz fierbinte. Te spalai rapid sa nu îngheți. Parcarea nu era cea mai spațioasă, oaspeții care nu știu sa parcheze ocupau câte 2 locuri8 dar nu li se spunea nimic de la recepție.

• Anja Schranz (8/5): Gutes Hotel für einen Kurzaufenthalt - Das Hotel war für unseren 1 Nacht Aufenthalt genau das richtige. Die Anlage ist gepflegt, das Personal ist freundlich. Das Hotel ist leider hellhörig und man hört jeden Gast auf dem Flur. Die meisten Gästen hatten sich leider spät abends oder früh morgens nicht ruhig verhalten und dadurch wurden wir öfters geweckt. Die Zimmer waren sauber, nur die Lüftung im Bad hat nicht funktioniert. Die Poolanlage und Nähe zum Stand sind sehr gut. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr ausgiebig und bot viele warme und kalte Speisen an. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt kann man es empfehlen. Man sollte wissen, dass es auch ein All-inclusive Hotel ist und Animation am Pool vormittags angeboten wird. Hellhörigkeit und harte Kissen (subjektiv)
• Georgeta (1/5): Very Disappointing Stay — In Need of Major Renovation - Unfortunately, this property desperately needs updating. The rooms feel very dated and worn, and the beds were extremely uncomfortable. The bedsheets were ripped and felt very poor quality, which immediately gave a bad impression. One of the biggest issues was the overwhelming smell of bleach and cleaning chemicals throughout the room. The smell was so strong and pungent that it made the room unpleasant to stay in. The breakfast was also very disappointing. Many of the items appeared overcooked or burned, and the vegetables were dry and unappetising. Overall, the food quality did not meet expectations at all. Sadly, this was not an enjoyable stay and there are many areas that need significant improvement.

• monika (5/5): Nie polecam - rezerwacja na jedna noc po przylocie w nocy ,wiec hotel w odleglosci 20 min od lotniska byl sensownym rozwiazaniem Dla nas istotne byly : spokojny sen i sniadanie przed dalsza droga. Jesli chodzi o sen -"okno na ogrod" okazalo sie oknem na parking i rodzaj budowy.. Dodatkowo podczas deszczu woda z rynny lala sie wprost na balkon i metalowe balustrady, huk i mini basen na balkonie-doslownie.. Co do sniadania- pozornie wybor , niefortunnie zaczelam od nieswiezej jajecznicy, z wyraznym posmakiem zepsutych jaj. W efekcie zrezygnowałam ze śniadania i pozostałam jedynie przy kawie. Dodatkowo bardzo źle oceniam obsługę recepcji — dawno nie spotkałam się z tak nieprzyjemnym i lekceważącym traktowaniem gości.

• David (3/5): - Very disappointing experience. On April 28, both of us became seriously ill after eating at the hotel (vomiting, fever, severe weakness). This was a serious situation that affected the rest of our stay. After that, we no longer felt safe eating at the hotel and were unable to use the all-inclusive service we paid for. Instead, we had to spend additional money on restaurants outside for the remaining days. For an all-inclusive hotel, this is completely unacceptable. Additionally, the takeaway breakfast provided on our early departure day was extremely poor (just apples, water, and cookies), which again does not match the expected standard. Overall, this stay did not meet expectations considering the price paid.
• Katarzyna (5/5): - Ładne pokoje , z widokiem na morze , duży taras , blisko piękna plaża , Bardzo słabe i monotematyczne jedzenie , gdy na kuchni była Pani jedzenie było idealne , nie przypalone oraz po każdym daniu ewidentnie zmieniony olej itd. Niestety Pan Kucharz niestety rzucał wszystko na jedną patelnie , mięso , później warzywa itd.

Όταν το ανέφερα μου είπαν ότι θα το πουν στον τεχνικό την επόμενη μέρα. Θέλω να σημειώσω ότι έμεινα μόνο ένα βράδυ και έφυγα στις 10 το πρωί

• Dagmar (7/5): Ok für eine Nacht vor oder nach dem Abflug - Perfekt für eine Nacht nach oder vor dem Abflug aufgrund der Nähe zum Flughafen. Ist alles auf Massen, bzw. All Inclusive Touristen ausgerichtet, Frühstück war eher billiger Standard, die Getränke an der Bar äußert mäßig, halt All Inclusive geschuldet. Könnte überall auf der West sein, man merkt außer dem äußerst freundlichen Personal nichts vom doch so schönen und netten Gastland. Sichere Parkplätze vorhanden.

• Malay Kumar (9/5): Very Good Stay with Beautiful Sea Views, Sunrise & Sunset from the Balcony, - The overall hotel experience was really very good, with comfortable accommodations, mostly friendly staff, and excellent service throughout the stay. The balcony sea view was amazing, the swimming experience was enjoyable, and the adjoining beach was wonderful, making the stay even more relaxing and memorable. Entrance road to hotel and car parking.

• Theo (3/5): - Nous n'avons passé qu'une seule nuit dans cet établissement, et fort heureusement, car ce fut une de trop. Pourtant, notre arrivée laissait présager le meilleur : un hall d'accueil magnifique, moderne et soigné. Malheureusement, ce n'était qu'une façade. Si le réceptionniste s'est montré aimable au premier abord, son masque est vite tombé. En entrant dans notre chambre « vue mer », nous avons été saisis par une odeur nauséabonde. Le spectacle était déplorable : la chambre n’avait absolument pas été nettoyée. Nous avons trouvé des déchets éparpillés (paquets de gâteaux, bouteilles vides, poubelle pleine) et, comble du dégoût, un pain au chocolat qui traînait dans l’armoire. Le lit n’était pas fait et des serviettes de bain humides sur le sol. Face à cette situation, ma femme est immédiatement retournée à l’accueil pour demander des explications. Le réceptionniste a alors eu une attitude scandaleuse et méprisante : il lui a demandait si c'était elle qui avait sali la chambre, avant d'oser lui proposer le passage d'une femme de ménage contre un supplément payant. Prétendre que nous avions pu mettre la chambre dans un tel état en moins de deux minutes est une insulte à notre intelligence. Il a fallu que j’intervienne pour que cet individu retrouve soudainement son sérieux et présente des excuses. Ce changement d’attitude soudain nous laisse un goût amer : ma femme n'a-t-elle pas été prise au sérieux parce qu'elle est une femme ? Si c'est le cas, ce sexisme ordinaire est tout simplement révoltant. Après 20 minutes d'attente, on nous a finalement « attribué » une nouvelle chambre. Si celle-ci était propre, la prestation n'était absolument pas celle que nous avions payée : • La « vue mer » promise s'est transformée en une vue imprenable sur les bâtiments de l'hôtel. • Nous nous sommes retrouvés avec deux lits simples au lieu du lit double réservé pour notre séjour en couple.

Lai gan rezervējām istabu trīs personām, tā bija sagatavota tikai divām. Pēc lūguma tika uzklāta arī trešā gulta. Stāvvieta bija pilna, bija grūti atrast brīvu vietu automašīnai. Istabā nevajadzīgi daudz galdu.

• marika (8/5): Vacanza purtroppo troppo breve - Colazione fantastica nella qualità, varietà e quantità di prodotti offerti. Camera vista mare fantastica e aver usufruito della struttura dotata di spiaggia e piscina dopo il check out. Siamo arrivati con brutto tempo e temperature basse e la vicinanza al mare aumentava la percezione dell'umidità sia negli spazi comuni che in camera. Pur essendoci il condizionatore in camera avevano già settato in versione estiva e non è stato possibile accendere per riscaldare la camera. Nemmeno in bagno c'era la possibilità di riscaldare il locale
• Anna (7/5): Perfect for a 1 night stay since it’s close to the airport - Stayed here for 1 night just to be closer to the airport and it was good for that. So location is great! Good looking lobby (just like the photos). The water in the shower was warm, not hot just warm which is probably okay for hot summer months but since we stayed in April on a rainy night it wasn’t pleasant. When I told the receptionist about the problem he replied “it’s due to weather”, then the manager said “I just checked and the temperature is 55 degrees” but it wasn’t. The room was also cold and the manager said there is no heat, only AC. Again, for summer months shouldn’t be an issue. I did ask for extra blankets, which they gave me so we didn’t freeze at night after a barely warm shower. The room has only basic amenities, so no slippers, no ironing board/iron, very old hairdryer, and only 1 complimentary water bottle. But you do get what you pay for. The price is exactly what it should be for this stay- we paid €57 for 1 night.

• Lesley (10/5): Stunning place and service after a short notice reservation - I arrived at short notice. I made a late booking due to car hire delay so stayed local to the airport hence Themis Beach. The gwnt at rwception couldn't of been more accommodating. The female staff member at the bar was very friendly and made a mean Mai Tai. Absolutely nothing. I was given an upgrade, a beautiful room with a sea view despite booking garden room.

• Axaopoulou (9/5): - Ήταν όλα τέλεια, το προσωπικό, η καθαριότητα, η άνεση Το μόνο που δεν μας άρεσε ήταν λίγο το πρωινό γιατί είχε μεν μεγάλη ποσότητα απο επιλογές αλλά είχε πολλά αλμυρά φαγητά, που για εμάς που προτιμούμε πιο πολύ τα γλυκά στο πρωινά, δυσκολευτηκαμε να βρούμε κάτι να μας αρέσει. Επιπλέον, αυτό που μας χάλασε ήταν ότι ενώ το check-out μας ήταν 11 το πρωί, επειδή θα φεύγαμε με το αεροπλάνο στις 19:30 το απόγευμα(ημέρα Κυριακή), ζητήσαμε από το ξενοδοχείο αν μπορούμε να κάνουμε το check-out λίγο αργότερα (αν δεν υπήρχε επόμενος πελάτης που να χρησιμοποιήσει το δωμάτιο μας) και μας ζήτησαν 10€ την ώρα, δηλαδή από τις 11 το πρωί μεχρι τις 18:00 που θα φεύγαμε για αεροδρόμιο, χρειαζόταν να πληρώσουμε 70€, τα οποία θεωρώ πρώτον υπερβολικά και δεύτερον είχε τόσα πολλά δωμάτια και όχι τόσο κόσμο που δεν θεωρώ ότι είχαν ανάγκη να τα πληρώσουμε απλά για λίγες ώρες παραπάνω.

• Matheus (8/5): Very Good Hotel! - Hotel foi recentemente renovado então está mesmo um primor. Super elegante. O acesso à praia, a área do restaurante, o quarto, enfim…Gostamos muito de tudo! Tudo limpo e organizado! Além disso, todo o staff foi muito prestativo. A comida é variada e boa!! Definitivamente um hotel para voltar!! Muito muito bom! Viajamos num mês não muito quente, então estava mais frio e o aquecedor não funcionava. Foi um pouco desconfortável dormir no frio, mas eles nos deram cobertores a mais. Mas ainda assim não foi o suficiente. Caso você feche um half board (cafe da Manhã e janta) saiba que as bebidas não estão incluídas, nem soft drink. Esse foi o primeiro half board que não estava incluída a bebida teríamos que pagar a parte se quiséssemos algo. Achei desnecessário a cobrança extra, sobretudo para o soft drink que não era nada bom. Tentei pegar uma coca cola em uma das refeições e estava horrível (nao acredito que seja coca-cola original, nem Pepsi) então não entendo pq eles querem cobrar algo assim e dessa péssima qualidade. Penso que seria bom deixar isso claro na descrição do booking em relação à bebidas. A parte disso o controle da televisão não funcionava. Ficamos apenas duas noites e pedimos para consertar ou enviar outro controle. Na primeira noite disseram que iam enviar para o quarto e ficamos à espera até dormir e o controle não chegou. Na outra noite, fomos até a recepção e nos informaram que o controle estava quebrado e não teria outro para substituir e que algo seria feito no dia seguinte, mas não naquela noite. Informamos que na manhã seguinte seria o nosso checkout mas ficou por isso mesmo, nada feito. Detalhe, o hotel não estava cheio, mas ainda assim não propuseram nenhuma solução como trocar de quarto ou algo do género. O SPA não estava funcionando, em obras.

Cadre superbe. Buffet du petit déjeuner, variés et très bons. Piscine et infrastructures au top. Personnel de l hôtel extrêmement gentil et serviable. Bien situé pour visiter aux alentours. Hôtel situé près de l aéroport mais le bruit des avions( léger) ne dérange absolument pas ! la propreté aux alentours de l hôtel..

• Gerhard (8/5): Ich würde gerne wieder hinfahren. - Sehr nettes Hotel mit einer schönen Bar. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück und Abendessen war sehr gut und und es hat auch gut geschmeckt. Es liegt an einer kleinen Badebucht und hat auch einen schönen Poolbereich. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und die Zimmer sauber. Der Speisesaal gleicht einer Bahnhofshalle und könnte etwas mehr Flair vertragen. Der Kinderspielplatz ist sehr klein.

• Ruth (6/5): - The proximity to the beach and ocean views looked perfect while we enjoyed a very generous breakfast buffet with 5 or six different stations or bars. I don't understand why other reviews complained about lack of variety. We didn't find anything lacking. We cannot comment on the pool since arrived in the middle of the night and unfortunately left before experiencing the beach or the pool. The staff was very helpful and responsive when we originally contacted them about late check-in and then about extending our stay since health problems had arisen that would prevent our venturing out on some of the excursions we had hoped to enjoy around other areas. They even offered to ask a doctor come to see my husband at the hotel. The sewer backed up through the floor in the bathroom. Maintenance came but could not fix at that hour so the staff moved us to another room. The smell there was just as strong like sewer water or rotten eggs. With the infection my husband was battling on his leg we didn't need to risk being exposed to anything of this nature so we spent a few hours in the comfortable bed to rest up from a long trip getting to Crete, but opted to check out the next morning and move to a hotel nearer to hospitals in The city of Heraklion. Hopefully the Themis got their problems with drain back ups resolved. The staff graciously helped us get a taxi and to translate some messages we were getting from Cosmote, our Greek phone sim carrier while traveling.

• Paul (7/5): Es ist ein super Hotel, wo soweit alles passt, nur der Fluglärm ist unerträglich - Das Essen vom Buffett war sehr gut, Personal war sehr freundlich, tägliche Zimmerreinigung, genug Parkplätze vorhanden, Pool-und Strandlage waren bestens und sauber, am Pool gab es immer freie Liegen. Leider liegt das Hotel in der Einflugschneise vom Flughafen, (haben wir leider nicht gewußt bzw. ist niergendwo gestanden) somit ist alle 5 - 10 Minuten ein Flugzeug in geringer Höhe über das Hotel geflogen...das heißt Fluglärm den ganzen Tag bis ca. 23.30 Uhr, dann war bis 6.30 Ruhe!!! Straßenkatzen im Speisesaal, welche von den Gästen zum Teil gefüttert worden sind, und auch manchmal auf dem Tisch saßen. Es ist eher in Hotel für Franzosen, die Animation war nur in französischer Sprache. Die Toiletten am Pool sind eine Katastrophe, unhygienisch, schmutzig, alt, usw.
