• Paulina (1/5): - Nothing We arrived after a long drive by car, the application used by apartment to open the door was not working. After 40 minutes of trying to contact the reception we got the information we will receive an update about how to get to the place without using the application. No response until next day -thankfully we were able to cancel the booking through booking.com and get a full refund. I do not recommend this place.

• Alasdair (10/5): Modern well equipped apartment - I stayed in a few apartments in Gdansk before this one and they were pretty good but this was by far the best. It has obviously been built very recently but you can tell real care has gone into the furniture and fittings. Nothing feels cheap. Everything feels modern and functional. Comfortable and cozy. Appreciated the small things like loads of free coffee. There was even a DAB radio in the loo! I would happily stay again but might wait until the nearby building work is finished. Interesting industrial view of the river and the boats heading back and forth. Good communication. Nothing that was within Flatbooks power.

• Kamil (2/5): - Nieterminowe oddanie apartamentu przez zarządcę, niedokładne sprzątanie ( stare ziemniaki w zmywarce), apartament w trakcie remontu( szpachla na ścianach i odpadający tynk). Bardzo duży problem z odbiorem kluczy (2h walki o dostęp do apartamentu)
• Zbigniew (8/5): - Super lokalizacja, wystarczająca wielkość lokalu dla 2-4 osób. Ogólna czystość pomieszczeń. W sam raz na krótki wypad do Gdańska. Z pewnością jeszcze skorzystamy z usług. To są niewielkie uwagi do ogółu ale: Brak możliwości wykupienia miejsca parkingowego w budynku, natomiast przez weekend duże obłożenie parkingu publicznego przy budynku. W naszym przypadku przytrafiła się awaria w postaci zatkanego odpływu w prysznicu, na tyle nie komfortowo że woda wlewała się do pokoju. Jeżeli jest udostępniany ekspres do kawy w apartamencie to przydałoby się o niego zadbać i przynajmniej umyć nie mówiąc żeby odkamienić. Hałas z budowy przy otwartych oknach oraz zakurzone meble balkonowe (ale to ze względu na budowy naprzeciwko budynku), za to zachód słońca rekompensuje niedogodności.
• Zdenko (9/5): Great location by the water, with nice extras like a gym and rooftop terrace. - Perfect location near the water and close to the city center, with a lovely view of the river/canal. Parking was only on the public street, but it was easy to find either free spots or paid parking right next to the apartment. A nice bonus was the gym in the building and the rooftop terrace.

• Henrik (8/5): Very good - Very quiet and a good bed and a nice apartment with everything needed :) short walk to the city along the channel From the terrace you are looking partly at the channel 👍 and partly on a lot of construction sites of new buildings
• Bianca (6/5): Beautiful apartment unfortunately the check in didn’t work - Beautiful apartment with so many details. The view and the location are also amazing. It’s is really well furnished with everything you could dream of. We felt like home. Unfortunately the self check (which is generally a great idea) didn’t work. They provide a password but it didn’t work. So we couldn’t enter the apartment for 2 hours until we were able to call somebody on a service hotline.
• Anna (10/5): Everything was perfect! - The location is perfect! It is walking distance to all landmarks, restaurants and cafes. The apartment itself is stunning and clean! I loved staying there and felt very safe. The key is easy to access on your phone through an app and I liked that too! Couldn’t ask for more!

• Aliaksandr (8/5): Calm and comfortable stay - I liked how the personnel addressed issues that I had. The view from the window is amazing (despite ongoing building construction). The neighborhood is quiet and people are friendly. The kitchen is good. I had a fine time there. Thank you! It's possible that check-in can be problematic if you have no internet on your mobile. Someone from the level below smoked and I felt the smell.
• Demi-mae (10/5): Great location for a city break. - Property is a in great location for visiting Gdańsk, everything is within walking distance. It was clean, tidy, and very spacious. It was very warm in the property and there is no air con, however there was a fan above the bed to use.
• Ruby (9/5): Superb - The apartment was warm and comfortable, with a good selection of utensils provided in the kitchen. The building was very well equipped also with staff at reception if you needed anything, great little gym and a roof terrace (unfortunately it was cold and rainy during our stay). It was a great price for the location (a little outside of old town). Very easy to communicate through booking.com as well. Would definitely return and recommend to others. Unfortunately there were building works opposite that were quite noisy from relatively early in the morning but that's just the nature of the beast when in a newer area. It didn't bother us too much and won't last forever.

• Christoph (9/5): Superb - Brand new apartment with all the necessary facilities. Very well furnished with quality furniture. Great balcony and view over the shipyard. Building is new, it was easy to get in using the code and the app to unlock the door. A big plus was a modern gym! The location is good only if you want to walk to SKM 20min or if you take an uber. So you always need to calculate a bit more time for it.
• Friða (2/5): i only stayed for few hours until i found another apartment. - the apartment is nice and clean great view my phone i have Android Nokia x 20 refused to allow me to use the app for the apartment door. it was a bit of a hussle to get a human to help með with that problem so I ended up changing apartment and booked another one that i loved

• Lizaveta (10/5): When reality exceeds expectations! - The first time I was SO pleased with the apartment! Reading the reviews, I was a little doubtful that this is possible, but in reality everything is better! Everything in the apartment was done for your comfortable stay, there were even dishwasher tablets (a small thing, but incredibly nice!). A variety of household appliances, spare sets of linen and a lot of dishes - that's 20 out of 10! All that's missing is a toothbrush and some washing machine detergent to get 200 out of 10 (but that's a joke!). If you plan to combine work while living in the apartment, this one will definitely suit you because it’s very quiet all around, and the Internet flies! In addition, there is an excellent free coworking space on the ground floor. I will definitely recommend this apartment to my friends or I'll book it myself on my next visit to Gdansk! Everything is perfect! There are no flaws even if you try hard to find them

• Jacek (10/5): PERFECT PLACE TO TEMPORALLY REPLACE YOUR OWN HOME - If you are traveling solo or with partner this is perfect place to stay. Apartment’s building and the room itself is basically new. Very clean suite with everything that you would have in your own house and that’s why it is better than hotel. You can easily walk from the Main Train&Bus Station but taxi or Uber will cost you around 15-20PLN (5€ max). You are generally in the walking distance to everything you need. 10min walk will take you to Madison S.C, Starbucks etc. From there 5min walk to main train,bus and trams station that will take you everywhere in Trójmiasto. Huge - Forum Shopping Center is just 10min walk from Train Station and 15min. NOTHING - PEOPLE PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT THIS ISN’T HOTEL. YOU SHOULD NOT EXPECT THINGS LIKE DAILY CLEANING OR SOME SH**Y SHAMPOO . This is apartment that has everything that you need. You will have extra towels and extra bedding sets that you can replace on your own. And if you need cleaning guess what Princess- you have Hoover and mop waiting. To people complaining about kitchen drain sink - it works fine but you just need to lift drain stopper. App that opens the door and instructions are clear and you won’t have a problem if you follow the instructions. Please remember that it is electronic device that needs charging from time to time - you can use any charger or power bank with Micro USB cable. If you receive notification that battery is low you still have 24-48 hours. You can use keys instead and security/reception should have extra keys.

Washing machine. Free parking nearby. The apartment was easy to find and the owner gave precise instructions on how to get into the apartment. Excellent value for money. Amazing view from the balcony. --
