- Jana (9/5): Ubytování na krásném místě , blízko pláže , je v resortu , který je hlídany a je bezpečný . Jediný co by bylo dobré dopl - Blízkost pláže , čistota a klidné prostředí. Všechno v pořádku ✅
- García (8/5): - Está súper tranquilo el lugar , la gente había ahí es súper buena onda , los empleados también desde recepción,guardias , jardinero Que falla demasiado el agua en las instalaciones , el clima de la habitación con dos camas como que falla un poco , y que el hostes de aquí de la página dejo de contestar y tuve esperar 3 horas para poder acceder al complejo
- Blanca (10/5): Playacar was nice, secured and comfortable. - The location and property was nice and secured. The property has a great pool. The facility was clean and spacious as well as being comfortable. The air conditioning system in the whole house was great! Having a kitchen to cook in when we didn't want to go out made the stay even easier. We would consider staying here again. We appreciated that Angel, our host, kept in touch with us incase we were in need of something. If I had to say one negative thing was the water pressure in the bathrooms. However, since we are aware how of how it works in Mexico it didn't make it a negative for us. The only other thing was there were no elevators. Our location was on the third floor, the stairs weren't fun but we were fine. 😁 One other thing was going through the secured entrance was a hassle because we weren't provided a key or card for entry and we had to pull my confirmation on my phone everytime. Internet wasn't always great.
- Jaanus (8/5): Very good - The apartment is located in a gated community, meaning everything is clean and secure. The pool was really lovely. The beach is quite close. There was absolutely no water pressure in the kitchen and washing the dishes was a pain. There was a direct path to the beach through a gate and you need a special 'resident card' to get through it. So we had to walk an extra 200m to go through the Mayan ruins to get to the beach. Also, it takes forever to get warm water in the shower - but it seems to be a common problem in Mexico.
