• Thomas (7/5): Good choice for family - 1. Full facilities 2. Cleanness 3. 3 rooms spacious 1. Very close to the railway to cause noise and shaking 2. Toilet has a small window which outside can see. Suggesting to add a small curtains 3. Suggesting bathroom to add hook to hang the clothes.
• Ian (4/5): Nicht buchen im besten Fall. - Preis-leistungstechnisch ok für Tokyo. Gut dass angekündigt wird, dass die Wohnung neben den Gleisen ist weil es ist wirklich extrem bemerkbar. Nicht wirklich sauber. Trockene Blutflecken auf einem der Futons... Zu klein aber das ist für Tokyo eigentlich ok. Keine Heizung in einem Zimmer sondern nur ein alter Heizstrahler. Keine Handtuchhalter im Bad. Schloss vom WC ist kaputt. Und der Raum unten ist so klein, dass der Müll mitten im Raum steht und man keinen Aufenthaltsplatz hat.

• Reynaldo (1/5): Not worth it, a dirty smelly and hot house. - The location is best about the house. It is within close walking distance from three train stops that can get you anywhere in Tokyo. Also near a large chain grocery store and a 7/11 and a Lawson. We arrived at the property and they had not cleaned it. It was awful, trash bins were full, dirty towels, beds with hair and stains everywhere. We could not get a hold of anyone including Booking.com. Eventually we reach the owner and he was able to accommodate us in another property for the night. We arrived the next day and we were told it was a full cleaning but the place still had old towels and stained sheets and pillowcases. The floor were not pristine either. There was a smell in the shower that never went away, of mold and just smelly. There was room that was unlivable. It was so hot even with the air conditioner that nobody could stay in it.

The manager is answering quickly to messages with clear information. Acceptable price for Tokyo. Noisy as very close from the railway- night and day. The bathroom and toilets (walls and cleaning material) have some moisture. Matresses are traditional so hard to sleep on for a long period.
