Receptionists, Alexandra and Kristi, were very friendly and always ready to help with any questions.And breakfast was also tasty and very generous! Everything was good

• M M imran (1/5): Could not stay there as the room was nothing similar as pictures. - They have a swimming pool to use until 18.00 The pictures of the room they showed in website and the reality is totally different. We found the bathroom not clean and requested them to change our room but they did not. Though they had available rooms. We needed to check out the day we checked in and had to move to another hotel. In this hotel outlook is good but inside there is no match what they show in the pictures. Very basic that also with dirty sink. The reception guy was new and he could not change the room or any help. Total waste of money.

• Anaïs (7/5): Bon séjour dans l’hôtel - Établissement situé à 20 minutes du centre-ville à pied, il y a un arrêt de bus à cinq minutes de l’hôtel. Il est possible de réserver un Quad moto sur place. L’accès à l’hôtel Hotel est facile. Le petit déjeuner est bon. Je recommande cet hôtel.

• Courrieu (8/5): - La situation géographique relève un peu le niveau des points négatifs... Bon petit déjeuner avec un personnel très disponible et aimable. Linge propre et ménage tous les jours. Arrêt de bus proche et gare routière à Fira à 20 minutes. Centre ville à pied tout à fait accessible. La piscine bien évidemment... Le prix ne justifie pas le lieu et le service proposé. Manque de finition dans l'appartement, eau chaude longue à venir d'où déperdition d'eau en grande quantité, trace de colle, trou important au dessus de la porte des toilettes, le mobilier est mal agencé. Bref, déçu...150 € pour de telles imperfections c'est lamentable.
• ANTONELLA (5/5): I paesaggi e la natura sono incantevoli - La comodità del letto e la vicinanza alle fermate degli autobus Purtroppo la struttura non ha tenuto conto della mia richiesta: avevo indicato 2 letti singoli invece ho trovato letto matrimoniale. Non era una camera con accesso dall'Hotel ma dietro con giardino e vista muro..(chiave n. 86) I mobili del bagno sono tutti in pendenza e scomodi; ho chiesto un bicchiere per mettere gli spazzolini da denti. La colazione poco varia e inoltre per due mattine non ho trovato la frutta perchè un gruppo di turisti asiatici alle 7.30 aveva portato via tutto (meno male che dicono degli italiani...!!) Nel pomeriggio del terzo giorno è saltata la luce e per mezz'ora siamo rimaste senza corrente.

Nikos Jr was exceptional on reception. Extra helpful & accommodating. Breakfast was poor. Cold food, very limited choices. No green tea which my wife drinks, which was odd considering Green tea is everywhere in Greece. Room was unfinished. We were told it only opened in August. Tv, in room safe, phone not working. No towel hooks & toilet roll holder in bathroom. Facilities poor.

Fica a 20min a pé para fira e tem uma paragem de autocarro a 3 min, conseguindo-se a partir daí ir para toda a ilha. - Vista bonita da varanda do quarto. - Casa de banho com poliban minúsculo, bastante difícil de uma pessoa tomar banho lá dentro, não compreensível perante o tamanho total da casa de banho. - No poliban água com pouca pressão e tivemos de reclamar na recepção para ter água quente. Mesmo após a reclamação tínhamos de deixar a água correr bastante tempo para passar de morna. - Camas pouco confortáveis. Sentia-se as molas do colchão - Mau isolamento de som para o corredor dos quartos ao lado - O quarto tinha uma luz de emergência verde gigante que dificultava dormir - No geral, imagens do quarto bem diferentes do que se vê no Booking e do que se espera.

• Lívia (10/5): I recommend it to everyone who values ​​a peaceful vacation and also proximity to the city. - We received a warm welcome. We had requested early check-in, which was possible just before 3 PM, but in the meantime we could leave our luggage, enjoy breakfast, and use the pool. The room was modern, clean, spacious enough, and even had a small front garden with a sitting area. Every morning the staff greeted us kindly, and the breakfast was delicious – I especially loved the grape compote and the fresh pastries. We spent a lot of time by the pool, which had a very pleasant atmosphere. The location is also great: Fira is very close, and there are restaurants, shops, and even a gas station nearby. There was no hot water or only lukewarm water for a couple of showers, but this was bearable in the summer heat.

• Chantelle Laubscher (7/5): - The hotel is conveniently located—just a 5-  minute from Fira and 7 minutes from the airport. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming, which made for a pleasant arrival. We booked two rooms, but they didn’t match the advertised photos, especially considering the high price. The rooms were very basic—adequate for sleeping, but lacking the comfort and ambiance expected from a hotel. One room had a leaking air conditioner that soaked the floor, creating a safety hazard. Since it was the weekend, maintenance wasn’t available until Monday. After requesting a discount, we were moved to a different room that was much nicer and aligned with our expectations. Breakfast was decent but repetitive—cold and the same options each day, which became tiresome. Overall, while the location and staff were positives, the experience felt more like staying in a budget guesthouse than a hotel. I wouldn’t return and will consider other accomodations when visiting Santorini again.

Non ci é stata data una camera sicura per il bambino in quanto era piena di cavi scoperti anche accanto alla doccia e tubi a vista. Ci é stata data una camera al primo piano con scala ripida nonostante fossimo con un bambino molto piccolo. La culla era sprovvista di materasso per il piccolo vi era solo una coperta con un lenzuolo a coprire il tutto. Quando abbiamo chiesto un miglioramento ci é stato proposto un cambio in una stanza peggiore. Alla nostra richiesta di parlare con il manager la risposta é stata mandate una mail. É arrivato l'ultimo giorno all'uscita dalla struttura. Che dire ...

Anche la colazione buona Il personale non parla bene italiano, nel mentre pulivano la camera hanno buttato un pacchetto di sigarette che ci serviva, quindi non lasciate cose sparse per casa,

• Pablo (5/5): Decent stay with great location and breakfast, but room for improvement - The hotel is very close to Fira — just a short walk or a quick bus ride away — and there’s a bus stop conveniently located near the hotel, which made it easy to explore the island. One of the highlights was the breakfast: varied, fresh, and satisfying — a great way to start the day. The mattress was quite uncomfortable; we could feel the springs, which made it hard to get a good night’s sleep. Also, the furniture and decor seemed outdated, like something straight out of the 1980s, and the overall room aesthetic could use a refresh.
