• Andrej (6/5): - Plusom je lokalita. To je asi jediné plus čo viem dať ubytovaniu. Pre 6 ľudí nevhodné max. tak 4 osoby. Chcelo by to nejakú renováciu kuchyne/kupelne. Postele jednoduche dá sa na to vyspať ale nejakú extra kvalitu madrace netreba čakař. Vankúše treba dva. Cena je asi kvôli lokalite ale nabudúce radšej viac mimo centra a za rovnaku cenu hotel s raňnajkami napr. v Docklandoch

• Marisa (5/5): Fantastic located apartment that with some tlc and better quality pillows etc could be a star find. - The location was fantastic. The apartment wasn’t the apartment on the advert, which was fine as there were only 3 of us staying. The pillows were so thin and you only got 1 per person. There were no mattress protectors or toppers and the bunk in particular was really uncomfortable. There was a plug socket that had blown fortunately we saw it before plugging anything in. The shower could really do with a clean.

Lack of a - The location was good in the west end and close to tube Lack of glasses/ cups 3 cups 3 glasses all mismatched .. burnt out kettle plug and plug socket, no tea towels. Very basic kitchen most cupboards front just screwed to the wood so were permanently closed. Not even drawer for cutlery, it was in a tub on the work top. Despite telling the management the same night of arrival and constantly requesting more cups and glasses, we were told the housekeeping team don’t have keys to the cupboard. No additions given or apology. Imagine having to wait for one person to finish their cup of tea before you could have one. Ridiculous..
• Loubna (2/5): - L emplacement L appartement n est pas conforme à la description. Pas de vaisselle pour accueillir 5 personnes mais plutôt 2 ou 3.. fourchettes en plastiques Lave linge cassé. Bouilloire ne fonctionnait pas. Sèche cheveux non plus. Lavabo salle de bain boucher et pas pratique du tout. Tout petit et impossible à utiliser. Pas de prise pour sécher ou lisser les cheveux. Cela est possible dans la cuisine ou coin lit mais pas de miroir. Lits inconfortable Fenêtre ne s'ouvre pas pas voir très peu. Il y en a qu'une en plus....1400 euros pour ça franchement !

• Alexandra (5/5): Idéal pour l'emplacement c'est tout - Le point positif de ce logement a été l'emplacement strategique pour un court séjour. Nous sommes vraiment au coeur de Londres. La réactivité de l'hote. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés le ménage n'avait pas été fait, du coup le menage n'a pu etre fait que le lendemain, le soir même nous avons dû aller acheter des petites serviettes pour pouvoir nous laver un peu quand meme (d'ailleurs quand la femme de menage est partie la porte d'entree n'était pas du tout fermée, donc nos affaires pleinement accessible à tous). C'est plein de poussiere partout. L'emplacement est top mais faire attention en entrant car un soir un monsieur (alcoolisé ou plus) était sur le porche. Le check out beaucoup trop tot et trop de messages insistant pour qu'on oublie pas de partir.

Cena za apartament a nie za osobę. Brudna klatka schodowa, szczególnie wykładzina która psuje wizerunek na „dzień dobry”. Nie znalazłam talerzy i garnków. Gniazdko nie działało w aneksie i telewizora nie dało się włączyć. Brak możliwości wejścia do obiektu godzinę wcześniej-turysta często potrzebuje tylko zostawić bagaże. Wystarczy poprawić drobiazgi i będzie ok!

• Adam (1/5): An unfortunate situation - The property is in a great location Unfortunately something went very wrong. I turned up at 8pm and the room was going through maintenance and had wet paint all over it and building materials all over the flat. The property at 10pm that evening decided to cancel my whole reservation leaving me without anywhere to stay in London that night. I do appreciate things go wrong, but it was impossible to get hold of the property and even booking.com were unbale to reach them.
• Alexandra (1/5): Good location. That’s it. - The location was good. The directions on how to get in were clear. Communication prior to arrival was good. There is a washer/dryer listed, but it is broken. They did not tell me this until after we had wet clothes that we had to take to the launderette. The property is in disrepair. The shower leaked. The bunk bed had broken steps that had been taped over. The one fan was broken. The tv doesn’t work. The internet is spotty. When all of this was communicated to the property, they did not seem to care. They were not quick to respond and often said they didn’t receive messages in WhatsApp that it showed they read. A very strange situation. Worth spending a little more for a better place.

• Lupo (8/5): Séjour agréable au cœur de Londres - L’emplacement était au top central par rapport à toutes les visites juste à côté du quartier china Town. On a facilement récupéré les clés. L’appartement est assez spacieux pour quatre, j’en ai été agréablement surprise d’ailleurs ! Le digicode à l’entrée est appréciable. les coussins seraient à renouveler, ils n’ont plus aucun rembourrage. La problématique principale c’est de ne pas pouvoir ouvrir la fenêtre, elle est sécurisée certainement à cause d’une rambarde non aux normes. Les parties communes sont vétustes.

• Emimadrid (2/5): LAMENTABLE DESDE EL PRINCIPIO, SALVA LA UBICACION - La ubicación es excelente El check in tarde desde las 15...al final fueron las 15-15 pidiéndole los códigos, el apartamento está en plan rancho "QUE VENGA EL SIGUIENTE!!" descuidado en todo, muebles rotos, vasos y equipación rota y como si estuviera usada, baño que mejor no hablar...una decepción, si hubiera habido posibilidad de otra cosa hubiera pedido la anulación, ya para colmo te tienes que ir a las 10 vamos día y medio de ocupación, lentos en sus respuestas y puede ser el peor sitio en el que he dormido de hotel-apartamento
• Mathilde (1/5): Un appartement à ne surtout pas louer, en tous cas pas avec Booking - Un établissement qui oublie de faire le ménage et force les gens à dormir dans les draps sales des prédécesseurs après une arrivée à minuit, ça existe vraiment ? Un problème qui a déjà été signalé par une autre cliente courant septembre, récurrent donc. J'ai fait une réclamation qui a été traitée de façon honteuse par l’établissement et par Booking, Je conseille aux autres clients de passer par AirBnB pour voir si les problèmes avec l'établissement (qu'ils rencontreront forcément) seront mieux traités, et pour ma part, je ne voyagerai plus avec Booking.

Par contre, il serait important de refaire des travaux car la cuisine est très dégradé, la parquet est vieillissant. La salle de bain a besoin un grand coup de rafraîchissement. Au regard du prix vis à vis de l’emplacement, nous avons passé un très bon séjour L’appartement est Vieillissant, il a besoin de travaux de rafraîchissement.

We hired two appartments in this building both had the same part missing from both the washing machines doors to stop you from using the machine.

Kontaktirali smo vlasnika no nije se udostojio javiti na poruku tako da smo spavali s dvoje djece i misem u sobi. Osim toga apartman nije opremljen kako treba, nedostaju osnove stvari kao tepih u kupaonici, cjedilo gdje se stavlja oprano suđe, krpa, nema ni jedna jedina vjesalica za jakne, neki ormar za stavri, koferi i stavri su bile sve na podu. kuhalo za vodu i toster bili su prljavi.

• Diana (1/5): The accommodation is disgusting, despite the awesome location not worth it - The only good thing about this accommodation is the location. When we arrived to this location (family of 5), the room had not been cleaned from the previous occupants, dirty towels, beds not changed and rubbish in the bin. After travelling all day I had to change the bedsheets myself. There was a rodent in the room which ate through some food. Despite the listing stating there is a washing machine, the washing machine door was broken, which therefore did not work. The lift would work on and off. I have put in a dispute and am seeking compensation and reimbursement, which I was advised would take up to 7-10 days. Do not stay at this accommodation it is disgusting. The staff have been extremely unhelpful and kept dismissing my concerns. I have never been in this situation before.

• Amnon (5/5): Disappointing, pictures better than real thing. - Location is very central, price is fair. The photos make the apartment look much better than it really is. The windows only open a crack, and it was already extremely hot inside when it was just 24°C outside. The only fan provided didn’t help. The sofa was dirty, and the TV had no working channels.

It’s too noisy and cannot have good sleep not recommended for families! WiFi is bad there! No iron there only the iron board! Tv has no signal and could not watch any programming!

• Elke (7/5): Perfekte Lage - Perfekte Lage um die Stadt zu erkunden - sehr vieles fussläufig erreichbar, U-Bahn Piccadilly Circus 2 min entfernt (von dort geht Piccadilly Line direkt nach Heathrow!). Freundliche Kommunikation mit Gastgeber. Unkomplizierter Check-in mit Schlüsselbox. Wir würden trotz einiger Kritikpunkte (siehe unten) trotzdem wieder hier (oder in der Gegend) buchen. Quartier selbst abgewohnt, Bilder wirken (wesentlich) schöner als es in Natura ist; wir hatten bei Ankunft kein Klopapier (wurde am nächsten Tag gebracht) und ein Leintuch zu wenig (wurde erst nach zweimaliger Nachfrage gebracht), die Matratzen sind etwas weich. Was man auch wissen sollte: Man kann die Fenster „aus Sicherheitsgründen“ (Balkon mit niedrigem Geländer?) nur einen sehr kleinen Spalt öffnen - dafür war die Luft überraschend okay (obwohl wir zu fünft waren!); hätte trotzdem gern mal gelüftet… Gepäckaufbewahrung: nur am Anreisetag ab 12:00; am Abreisetag muss man um 10:00 raus - es gibt keine Möglichkeit die Koffer dort zu lassen. Empfehlung: luggage storage „Bounce“ gleich bei U-Bahn Piccadilly Circus, aber das kostet natürlich ordentlich extra… fanden wir ärgerlich, weil es aus der Beschreibung nicht hervorging.

• Judy (7/5): Location is great. - Location was great. You can walk to a lot of things and buses everywhere. No pots and pans. Washer was broken. We also stayed during heatwave and it was very hot. First day, we only had one fan working. The other was broken and we contacted property management and they responded quickly and brought a new fan the next day..it was still very hot with 2 fans going.
• Sharilee (8/5): Would definitely recommend this accomodation. - The location was amazing and the host was very responsive and helpful. We struck very hot weather and unfortunately air conditioners are just not common. The room was very hot and it would have been good to have another fan…or more!

• Jessica (5/5): Passable - The location was excellent The property wasn't anywhere near the condition shown in the photos. The photos show a bright and clean apartment, what we got was a tired run down apartment with a boarded up kitchen and no oven. The handle on the bathroom door was falling off. The tv didn't work. Given the price of the property, I expected more. You could stay at a Premier Inn for a third of the price and receive better facilities. As we had only booked for 2 nights I didn't complain at the time, but I wouldn't stay there again.

• Abella (10/5): Great stay in the heart of London! - Situated in the heart of London, this was the perfect location to explore what the city has to offer! Walk out the door and you will find restaurants shopping nightlife etc. the apartment it self was super spacious and clean and was perfect for 3 of us. Staff were responsive and helpful via WhatsApp when we needed them! Nothing - was excellent.

• Alex (7/5): Very pleasant. Comfortable and central. - Great location. Felt safe and secure. Clean and nice fluffy towels. Too hot. There were fans but not strong enough. Definitely needs air conditioning unit for summer months. Iron provided but no ironing board. Also no dishcloths or tea towels. Couldn't tune in TV. We spent our time sightseeing so that was not a major problem for us.

Also, there was no private secure Wi-Fi available only an open access which we couldn’t use to work from as it was not secure.

Yes, it can be loud especially during the weekend nights; however, this is why we were London to enjoy all that the area has to offer right out of our front door! We liked the accommodations. We are a multi-generational family of six from 17 to 72, and we were there for four nights. The accommodations are one big room (except bathroom); however, there was plenty of space for us while we were there. The beds were comfortable. We appreciated the kitchen and the washing machine. We felt fortunate to find a place to stay in the middle of London close to the Picadilly Circus station at an affordable price that accommodated all six of us. We would stay again. I wish the windows would open wider. I also would like a bit sturdier drying rack. However, that being said, I'm happy we were able to open the window a bit to get fresh air, and there was a small drying rack and hangers to work with.
