• Günter (4/5): Ich komme nicht mehr - Das Zimmer war sauber. Das Personal freundlich. Mir als Single haben Sie ein Zimmer Nr. 201 mit Zwischentür (total laut) und kein Balkon. Meine Familie hatte Balkon. Mein Fenster zum Innenhof konnte ich kaum aufmachen, da unten Tische stehen und nachts ungeniert Leute trinken, rauchen und sehr laut sind. In der Küche kein Teller oder Besteck. Ich habe so viel Geld bezahlt. Das Frühstück war auch nicht toll. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht

• Andrew (8/5): No regrets, but... - The staff were great. The facilities looked nice and were well maintained. The room was a fair size and was mostly well equipped. The pillows were the worst. Unfortunately the sauna wasn't open until too late in the day. The location was further from Eurovision than I had hoped. A little frustrating that we had to request room service, though I understand why. Some more information about the facilities in the room and some cutlery would have been useful

Das Rührei war immer auf dem Punkt gebraten! Perfekter Kaffee! ....... das habe ich so in noch keinen anderen Frühstückshotel erlebt. ........... und ich bin auch viel beruflich unterwegs. 2. über die feine Sauna waren wir sehr überrascht. Jeden Tag war die Sauna ein Abstecher wert. Wir haben uns im Hotel und der Stadt Wien sehr wohl gefühlt und sagen allen DANKE. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Thomas & Annett ..... mm das die Zimmer auf Anfrage gemacht werden, daran muss man sich gewöhnen. Aber gut. Ich möchte damit nur sagen Handtücher etc nur nach Bedarf! Der Umwelt zuliebe! -> RICHTIG ! ! ! Zimmerreinigung / Ordnung / Bettbau, aber wenn der Preis passt finde wir das eigentlich auch ok.

• axel (6/5): Mittelmässiges Hotel - nicht schlecht - nicht besonders Toll - zweckmäßig - Das Hotel ist ein mittelmässiges Mittelklassehotel in guter Lage.Nicht besonders toll - aber auch keineswegs schlecht. Es befindet sich in ruhiger Lage - angenehme Lobby - freundliches - auch vereinzelt überfordertes Personal - aber nie unfreundlich. Die Lage zu U-Bahn - Strassenbahn und Busse ist sehr gut. Die Zimmer sind reines Mittelmass - viel Sperrholzmöbel und leider unbequeme Sitzmöbel - da fühlte man sich nicht wohl. Sehr zweckmäßig.2TV - Betten waren gut - Bad und Toiletten sehr gut. In der Sache kein schlechtes Hotel - jedoch die Zimmer zum abendliches Geniessen bei TV oder mal was essen dürftig. Das war jedoch nur unser persönlicher Eindruck eines nicht schlechten aber auch nicht besonders tollen Hotels. Es ist so OK. Couch - Sitzmöbel nicht unbedingt zum Wohlfühlen-reines Mittelmass.

No help at all with my things even though i was with two small kids. Not permissible for such place. Breakfast was good, tasty, but not that much options.

• Simone (8/5): Kurztrip - Betten waren sehr gut, haben gut geschlafen. Ruhige Lage, Bus vor der Haustür. Gute Verbindung in die Innenstadt. Supermarkt und Lokale in der Umgebung. Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer war sauber. Das Regal mit dem Geschirr zum Frühstück musste erst aufgeschlossen werden und wir hatten keine Utensilien zum Spülen im Zimmer. Tür zum Badezimmer war laut, da Magnetschloss.

• Ljiljana Dukic (8/5): always a good choice - everything good, as usually I stayed in this hotel for 3 or 4 times now, always with a dog, and only once I was settled in a room closer to the elevators and exit stairs, and having a dog on the travel this means A LOT. Being close to an exit when you have to leave for several times a day is precious and maybe it should be taken into consideration when employees see that they have a guest with a dog.

• Gergő (10/5): - We came to Vienna to visit the Wine Frühling in Wachau. Living Hotel Kaiser Franz Joseph was a perfect choice for our long weekend since it had a perfect location, the center was easily reachable with tram, while the Heiligenstadt Bahnhof was very close by Schnellbahn. There were shops, a cafe and a Konditorei below the Hotel, and the whole area was very calm and nice. We enjoyed the hotel bar where we could meet a good friend from Vienna. The staff was very kind, helpful, and funny. Our room was surprisingry well equipped, smart, and clean. The price was good, considering that we are in Vienna. I hope next time we can stay there again.

Limpio Hay que pedir la limpieza diaria de la habitación y a pesar de pedirlo no lo hicieron. Intentaron cobrarnos una cama supletoria que no usamos. El hotel está bien y limpio pero es viejo.
• Belen (6/5): Hotel correcto - La ubicación, es una zona residencial pero si es la que buscas está muy bien. Es cómodo que tengan cocinita las habitaciones con microondas, nevera etc. Pedimos dos habitaciones continuas con mucha antelación y nos dijeron que sin problema, cuando llegamos no nos las dieron diciendo que no había disponibilidad... Las habitaciones solo las limpian si lo pides, y no te avisan ni preguntan al llegar. Hay habitaciones renovadas y otras más antiguas que necesitan un lavado de cara...
• Sofía (10/5): - Η τοποθεσία εξαιρετική, λίγο μακριά από το κέντρο, αλλά με πανεύκολη πρόσβαση μέσω τραμ. Το δωμάτιο άνετο αι καθαρό, το προσωπικό ευγενέστατο. Το πρωινό πλούσιο και ποιοτικό. Ήταν η τρίτη μας επίσκεψη. Τις δύο πρώτες φορές είχαμε καθημερινή καθαριότητα. Τώρα έπρεπε να ζητήσεις να σου καθαρίσουν το δωμάτιο την προηγούμενη μέρα πριν τις 18.00

• grzegorz (8/5): - Bardzo sympatyczna obsługa, dobrze skomunikowany hotel. Pokój czysty. Śniadanie bardzo dobre, chociaż monotonne Zupełny brak wyposażenia kuchni. Zestaw do parzenia kawy to czajnik bezprzewodowy i kawa rozpuszczalna, nie tego oczekiwałem w Wiedniu. 3 x z rzędu to samo śniadanie

• Jens (8/5): - Gute Verkehrsanbindung,nettes Personal,das Frühstück war reichhalig und das Auto stand sicher in der Tiefgarage...der Barkeeper war ausgesprochen gut drauf...👍😉 Zur Straße raus etwas laut,aber unsere Schuld...das nächste mal zum Hof raus...und die Betten haben Rollen und machen sich oft selbstständig...🫣😄

• Holger (8/5): - Das Appartment war ausreichend groß, sauber und hat insgesamt die Erwartungen erfüllt. Die Lage war unweit von öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt konnten gut erreicht werden . Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs, Restaurants und Cafés waren in direkter Nachbarschaft. Die Möbel in der Lobby rochen teilweise sehr muffig.(schimmelig?)., so dass man nicht länger darauf sitzen mochte. Möglicherweise trifft das auch auf die Boden- und Wandteppiche zu. Einige Bereiche des Hotels sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und sollten renoviert werden. Das überwiegend junge Rezeptions- Personal war freundlich, jedoch fehlte es unseres Erachtens etwas an "Gastgeber- Mentalität".. Keine wirkliche Begrüßung, keine Nachfrage ob der Aufenthalt gefallen hat. Standard soft Skills, welche man in einem 4 Sterne Haus voraussetzen darf.
• Marcus (4/5): - Die Lage vom Hotel. Wir hatten ein Nichtraucherzimmer jedoch war das Zimmer verraucht. Innerhalb unserer 4 Nächte wurde nicht einmal das Zimmer gereinigt. Der Fahrstuhl war leider auch defekt. Die Qualität hat zum letzten Besuch vor 2 Jahren leider abgenommen.

• Franziska (8/5): - Es war insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt. Besonders gut war das Frühstück und die Sauberkeit des Zimmers. Auch wenn es etwas außerhalb gelegen ist, ist es mit der Straßenbahn sehr gut angebunden. Ein paar nette Restaurants und Cafés sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind direkt vor Ort. Das Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Ich finde es für ein 4 Sterne Hotel etwas ungewöhnlich, dass man die Zimmerreinigung extra anmelden muss. Der Nachhaltigkeitsaspekt ist gut, einfacher und angenehmer wäre jedoch, ein Türschild bereitzustellen, mit dem man das an der Tür signalisieren kann.
