- Melissa (8/5): - Friendly staff and helpful. Breakfast was good.location fab. Hotel looked a bit tired
- Helen (6/5): Met expectation, very good location. - Good location very central. Good places to eat central for shopping. Excellent position to get to the races easy to walk. Friendly accommodating staff. Good safe on-site parking. Room was a little dated. Very clean bathroom but poor shower not east to operate. Limited toiletries available. Poor lighting. Bed far too soft not comfortable and duvet too warm. Noise from road late at night and early morning.
- Mike (9/5): - Perfect location especially for the railway station.
Welcoming reception staff.
Nicrky appointed room.

- Carter (8/5): - I didn't notice until I had finished that there were vegan sausages available, but these had to be ordered in advance. That should be clearer. The vegan choices were limited eg no vegan spread, only dairy, for toast.
- Rob (9/5): Excellent service nice hotel - Location
- Catherine (5/5): -
- Alison (9/5): Lovely hotel very close to train station - A surprisingly lovely hotel. We booked the hotel as it was close to the train station and were very pleasantly surprised by what a gem of a hotel it was. The room was large and very comfortable. The shower was excellent. Delicious breakfast. The staff could not have been more helpful. We would certainly stay there again if in the area.
- David (6/5): Enjoyable weekend, poor choice of hotel. - Location was good as was the selection for breakfast Room was on Foregate Street, with constant noise from traffic, emergency vehicles, and rowdy people travelling between pubs. Hotel staff said there was nothing they could do when we asked for a room change, however, other nearby buildings had fitted secondary double glazing, whereas, the hotel had not.

- Alan (7/5): A pleasant break on the way home. - Staff were friendly and helpful, It’s situation in Worcester was ideal. Unlike other quests at breakfast we were put outside the restaurant beside a function room door into which luggage was being taken while we ate. The bathroom didn’t have a walk-in shower.
- Shane (9/5): Outstanding staff - a rarity - The staff were all exceptional. On arrival we were greeted so warmly, and helped me change rooms and then greeted us when walking past other times. The chap at breakfast put himself out to make sure we had everything we needed. Very impressed! The hotel itself was great for a one night city break - near the Cathedral and river. Nothing
- Sheila (6/5): - Breakfast was basic but good. Good location centre of Worcester Hotel is tired needs refurbishment.
- derek (9/5): Excellent hotel ideally located and facilities very good with excellent staff - Had everything and staff were very helpful All good
- Amita (8/5): Lovely stay in this very welcoming hotel - Thoroughly enjoyed my stay given the very friendly staff, the clean room and comfortable bed and the brilliant location with easy walking access to the whole town. The tea and coffee in the room were an extra bonus. The reception area looked a bit tired. Perhaps there is an opportunity to lift it a bit with a few simply things like plants and a some decorative items. Another option could be some kind of welcome drink, even if its something very small, to add to the very friendly welcome by the staff.
- Cecelia (10/5): A short stay but would recommend - It was convenient, very welcoming, very clean and great breakfast Nothing

- HB Lady (10/5): Great hotel right across from the train station. Centrally located, safe, clean and comfortable. - This is a really good hotel right across from the bus station. There are pubs and markets on the street and it's a short walk to the beautiful Cathedral. I felt safe and the room was extremely comfortable and clean with an excellent bathroom. The staff was very friendly, courteous and professional. 10 out of 10 for this hotel. The hotel exceeded my expectations and nothing disappointed. I had absolutely no problems while staying here and wish I could have stayed longer.
- Fonseca (10/5): Excellent value for the money! - I like the fact that is close to city center and also the bedrooms are very clean, cozy and the bed is vert comfortable. It is also very quiet. Very close to the Hops Market where you have this delicious Portuguese small coffee shop called "Our Taste Of Portugal".
- Oliver (9/5): -
- Sam (8/5): -
- Gillian (8/5): - Good location
- Cromwell (3/5): - Central location Tired inferstructure, hole in window, poor acoustics
- Scullion (10/5): - Staff were friendly and helpful Could use alittle bit of update aspects of room TV furniture and better WiFi
- Ullern (8/5): Very satisfied, will come back. - Would like more fresh vegetables like tomatoes, cucumber, pepper, salad etc.
- Wendy (8/5): Helpful staff, good location -
- Will (7/5): -
- Anthony (6/5): Fair. - Central location No air conditioning. Room hot throughout the night.
- Ahmed (9/5): Great - Very nice hotel and extremely attentive staff WiFi was a bit hit and miss in my room, but the staff tried their absolute best to resolve it including giving me access to staff wifi. I think the room is just in a slightly awkward location where the signal drops.
- Ian (8/5): - Very central within walking distance of everything we wanted to see in Worcester
- Christopher (3/5): Had high expectations with the 4star rating but sadly didn’t feel up to the standard. Location is ideal if you need acce - I’ll be honest. After a disastrous start and 1/10 the reception team managed to move my room which made this hotel far more comfortable. So would praise the team for managing to move my room after requesting twice. I’m not going to leave a poor review only going to say that within this hotel there are two sections one newer and one old. Please avoid the older section as it’s dated, very noisy not from outside but from shared walls to bathrooms etc f other rooms, shared floor boards so the room shakes 24/7 so avoid 3rd floor.
- Smith (10/5): Weekend in Worcester - Great hotel in a very good location right opposite the train station, Rooms were lovely very comfortable beds, and breakfast was excellent. Definitely be back for another stay 😊
- Kelly (10/5): - Great location, across the road from the train station if needed, close to the town shops and restaurants, plenty to do
All staff we encountered were really friendly and helpful
There was an issue with our room on check-in, easily resolved with a call to front desk
Breakfast was buffet style, plenty to choose from
Checkout was easy
We will definitely stay again
Rooms very big, clean and everything you need Rooms are really hot, no Aircon, however there was a fan
Slightly dated room decor
- Nigel (8/5): Lovely hotel and staff, would definitely stay again 😊 - Comfortable, clean, lovely staff and location. Very grand property, but looking a bit tired in places.
- Andy (10/5): Brilliant - Both very good, excellent in fact. Nothing springs to mind
- Karen (10/5): Fabulous hotel and well worth a visit - Comfortable room in a great location. Friendly and helpful staff.
- Nicholas (9/5): Good short break. - The food was excellent The disabled car parking area was through a dark tunnel with cars driving at the same time, right at the back of the hotel. We had to ask for help to get our cases from the car to the front of the hotel and back to the car.
- Colin (10/5): Marvelous hotel in the centre of town at very good prices. - Great location and staff were excellent. Duty manager was an excellent representative of the hotel and knew his job and the history of the hotel very well. Kevin the chef is awesome! Some of the carpets are showing wear and letting the hotel down.
- Siegel (8/5): -
- Lucia (9/5): -
- ian (7/5): Good location , ideal for short stay - Breakfast buffet was good, nice choice available.
- June (10/5): -

- Simon (8/5): A good business stay over - Convenient for where my meetings were and have used before. Breakfast is always good It’s a little tired now in parts but that is also part of the character
- Martin (7/5): -
- Kerran (10/5): -
- Helen (7/5): - Comfy bed
Spacious clean room
Friendly staff The ground floor smelt quite damp
- Terri (10/5): -
- Nicolas (10/5): - L'emplacement Ras
- Martin (8/5): A good place to stay. - The location was great and the staff were superb The floors were very creaky and I could hear people walking around above me, which kept me away. The rooms and the general decor could do with a refresh.
- Ray (7/5): A comfortable business stay. I would definitely stay again - Location is great being in the town centre. I had food out over a 4 night stay although there were plenty of people suing the restaurant. Breakfast was good and staff were really friendly and attentive.
Having the gym and swimming pool is a bonus too. Parts of the hotel is looking a little tired and it could benefit from redecoration. The extraction for the bathroom was quite noisy in my room and this disturbed me at first.
- William (10/5): - Everything Nothing
- Sharon spencer (10/5): -
- Janet (8/5): -
- Matthew (8/5): - Great location and value
- Andrew (9/5): -

- Ben (7/5): Good location. - Good central location, bit noisy if you get a room at the front of hotel, breakfast was above average, beds a bit soft. Shower was excellent and our room was a really good size. Bit noisy on Friday night from outside of hotel although Saturday was a lot quieter.
- Ingemar (3/5): Har bott här förr men inte en gång till!! - Centralt beläget. För dåligt varierad frukost. Ingen fantasi!
Alldeles för dyrt! Sista vistelsen för mig!!
Antagligen för att alternativen är få.😏
- shane (2/5): Great Britain. - Location Parking confusion staff wasn't helpful also removed my free 'genius' breakfast saying I needed to pay.
- John (10/5): -
- Ella (10/5): -
- Venn (3/5): Not great. - Location It smelled downstairs. Our bedroom was near the kitchen fan so we could smell food in our bedroom. We wouldn’t stay again

- sam (9/5): - Really helpful staff.
- Karen (7/5): -
- John (10/5): - Everything Nothing
- Pamela (9/5): A convenient, friendly hotel right in the middle of town - Easy to find - have stayed before. Room size was enormous. Amenities supplied in room - even had a safe. Car park at rear - easy to park and log in once in the hotel. Cinema a few feet away - to while away the time. All was good.
- Tony (7/5): - Great location, good for parking the car and a really good choice for breakfast.
- Liz (3/5): Left 24 hours early - Location Very tired room, no food served in the evenings
