• lord (10/5): I had a very good and quality time here. The atmosphere was peaceful and comfortable, which made my stay very enjoyable. - I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and welcoming. Everything was very clean and well maintained. I especially appreciated how patient, respectful, and helpful the staff were throughout my stay. Their excellent customer service made me feel comfortable and valued. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again. What I liked most about the property was the balcony and the surrounding area. The balcony was very relaxing and enjoyable, and the area was pleasant, peaceful, and convenient.
• Elizabeth (8/5): Staff were brilliant, the property just needs a bit of maintenance but the location was perfect - We arrived after midnight and were greeted by a helpful young man, who once we checked in, helped with our bags to the lift. The ladies who were responsible for breakfast did a fabulous job - they catered to our requirements with a smile. Housekeeping were also friendly and helpful. The day staff and afternoon/evening staff were very helpful giving guidance on how to use the metro, where to go, how much it would cost etc, The location of the hotel was great - just off Taksim Square so it was easy to find our way home after a long day out sightseeing. The room was spacious, big bed, powerful shower with plenty of hot water, When we booked we thought we were booking an apartment - complete with kitchen, however when we arrived although there was a cooktop, there was no crockery, cutlery, pans etc. When we queried this we were told that it was a rule that no-one in the old area of town were allowed to use cooking facilities in case there was a fire. (A bit odd considering..) However we were able to take plates and cutlery from the breakfast room to use in our rooms. Also the shower (although really really good in terms of pressure and hot water) had a tendency to spill out over the bathroom floor so we had to request extra towels just to use to mop the water up. Also a couple of lights weren't working and we were missing a bedside light on one side of the bed.

The breakfast was amazing and the staff were very humble and cooperative. A very special thanks to Maheen who helped us a lot with our room upgrade from standard to deluxe. She was polite and respecful making sure we got all of our questions answered. She guided us in terms of the area and gave us recommendations for places to eat in Takseem Square. Also a very special thanks to Ahmed who gave us detailed information about the area and arranging the taxi for us which was a big help. Overall an amazing experience. N/A

Gentillesse et disponibilité du personnel au déjeuner et à l'accueil. Déjeuner compris correct mais idem chaque jour. Douche chaude et abondante. Chambre rafraichie chaque jour. Tout est cassé, douche, patères, tv, liseuses, téléphone (comme tout dans la ville...). Il faut demander de tout réparer dès le premier jour, ce qu'ils ont fait en partie.

Staff were helpful, kind and helped organise a driver for us. Wifi was good. A good exhaust fan in the bathroom would be great. Maybe adding fresh fruit and muesli to the breakfast line up would be good.

Every request we made was handled quickly and efficiently, which we really appreciated. The breakfast was also very good, with a wide and varied selection to suit all tastes. Turkish cay and different cheese, olives, fresh tomato etc. Is was very central. In the area are a lot of other hotel, small stores, coiffeur etc Bed was good. I slept well and that’s the main thing at a hotel room. It noisy, but was so. The bathroom smelled a bit, nothing you can’t fix opening the window. Bathroom could be maintained better. TV didn’t work. No big thing, I was here to visit the town and not to watch TV.

I really appreciated the kindness of the receptionist the day of our check out. He let me get a rest in the room till 2 p.m instead of 12. He also offered water and coffee as well as helping with luggage. The breakfast was honestly the same evey day , but it was kind of home made and enough to start a busy day. All receptionists were doing their best to help. The fact that they all speak good English help us a lot. He made me feel welcome again and gave me confidence to book the same hotel. Ahmad was also exceptional — very kind, patient, and guided me with everything I asked. The whole staff was friendly and caring. The location is perfect, rooms were very clean and comfortable, breakfast was delicious, and overall everything exceeded my expectations. Honestly, nothing to dislike. Everything from staff, cleanliness, location, and breakfast was perfect.

• SOFIA (9/5): Value for money - Πολύ βολική τοποθεσία κοντά στην πλατεία Taksim. Πάρα πολύ ευγενικοί όλοι οι υπάλληλοι στη ρεσεψιόν, η οποία λειτουργούσε όλο το 24ωρο. Αρκετά καλό πρωινό. Άνετο δωμάτιο και μεγάλο μπάνιο. Βολικά στρώματα. Ενώ μέναμε στο ισόγειο και δίπλα ήταν ο δρόμος ήταν πολύ ήσυχα. Το δωμάτιο θα μπορούσε να είναι πιο καθαρό και στα έπιπλα και στους τοίχους.

With a few improvements - The hotel was a decent, budget-friendly option—nothing fancy, but comfortable enough for a family stay. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, even with a late arrival. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout, especially Maheen, who assisted us with various questions, along with the owners. The main bed was comfortable and spacious enough for me, my wife, and our baby. The location was one of the biggest advantages—just a 5–10 minute walk to Taksim Square and the metro, making it very convenient. Also, reaching the hotel was easy, with a mostly flat path and no steep climbing, which was great when traveling with family. Breakfast was very good, offering a nice variety of options, and we had no complaints there. The room also included a fridge, which was useful during our stay. The room was advertised as suitable for four adults, but realistically, only two people could sleep comfortably on the main bed. The sofa bed was quite small and not very comfortable—my kids slept there and found it uncomfortable. The room temperature tended to get hot, so we had to open the window, which brought in noise from outside. Even though the hotel is not on a main street, noise from nearby shops and people talking could be quite loud, which may be an issue for light sleepers. The cooking hob in the room could not be used because no utensils were provided—not even a basic pan or saucepan. This was disappointing since it was listed as part of the room amenities. The bathroom was a bit worn out and could benefit from some renovation. However, considering this is a budget hotel and not a 5-star property, it was manageable.

• Sabine (7/5): - Das Hotel ist extrem zentral gelegen. Zum Taxim Platz sind es 5 bis 6 Minuten zu laufen. Direkt in der Straße ist ein kleiner Supermarkt und auch auf dem Weg zum Hotel gibt es viele Möglichkeiten zum Essen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Der Service gut. Es ist kein Highclass-Hotel, aber wir waren eine Woche dort und es war absolut in Ordnung. Das Frühstück ist sehr überschaubar. Die Umgebung ist etwas laut, grad wenn man im EG wohnt. Wir hatten unser Zimmer im Durchgang zum Frühstück und haben den Aufbau des Frühstücks gehört und wenn die Leute früh zum Frühstück gekommen sind. Außerdem auch die Gespräche an der Rezeption, weil das Zimmer direkt dahinter lag.

• Eirini (10/5): - Μείναμε στο Endless Suites Taksim και η εμπειρία μας ήταν πραγματικά εξαιρετική! Η τοποθεσία είναι ιδανική, μόλις λίγα λεπτά από την Πλατεία Ταξίμ, κάτι που κάνει τις μετακινήσεις πανεύκολες, είτε για βόλτα είτε για φαγητό και ψώνια. Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ καθαρό, περιποιημένο και άνετο, με όλα όσα χρειάζεται κανείς για μια ευχάριστη διαμονή. Το κρεβάτι ξεκούραστο και ο χώρος αρκετά ζεστός και φιλόξενος. Το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενικό, εξυπηρετικό και πάντα πρόθυμο να βοηθήσει με οτιδήποτε χρειαστήκαμε. Η σχέση ποιότητας-τιμής είναι πραγματικά εξαιρετική, ειδικά για τόσο κεντρικό σημείο. Σίγουρα θα το προτιμούσαμε ξανά και το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα σε όποιον θέλει να μείνει στο κέντρο της Κωνσταντινούπολης χωρίς να ξοδέψει μια περιουσία.

Fácil de llegar ( desde el aeropuerto, tomé un bus y luego 12 minutos caminando). Ubicación perfecta, muy cerca de la plaza taksim. Mi habitación tiene terraza. La ducha impecable! Desayuno bueno.
