• Resendiz (10/5): Coordinación entre el personal con la información - La ubicación, limpieza habitaciones y la comida, todo muy bien Al llegar avisamos que saldríamos al otro día muy temprano y sin problema, obvio teníamos reservación, y al otro día al salir temprano estaba otra señorita en recepción, nos dijo que había que bajar el auto al sótano, aún cuando dijimos que nos urgía salir, obviamente si nos lo hubieran dicho desde la tarde noche que llegamos sin problema, pero ya de salida y con la urgencia, creo que se deben coordinar para que esto no suceda, gracias.

• Yeo Ur (5/5): Overall: decent - All the staff members did their best in their respective roles to assist guests. When we asked to change our room because we weren’t satisfied with the first one, they kindly listened to our request and changed it since another room was available. Overall, I was satisfied with their friendliness and service. There were two dead bugs on the floor, in a corner that was not very visible. I’m not sure if they vacuum the carpet regularly. However, the bathroom and bed sheets were clean. The first room we were assigned was slightly slanted, which made us a bit nervous; we even joked that the building might collapse. The bathroom in that room had an old-fashioned toilet where you had to press a lever, and there was no hairdryer. The second room we switched to was a bit of an upgrade with a more modern bathroom, but the bathroom door didn’t close properly. It still didn’t have a hairdryer. I’m not sure if this is normal for a 3-star hotel. The windows were thin, and the bathroom window couldn’t be opened or closed, so we could hear all the noise from outside at night. The hotel is conveniently located on a main street and close to Centro Histórico, which was nice. However, some nearby buildings were vacant, and there were homeless people sleeping in front of them. Also, behind the hotel, there were several sex workers standing around at night. It should be fine as long as you avoid the back alley, don’t walk late at night, and take a taxi or Uber back to the hotel.
• Brenda (9/5): Céntrico y económico - Me gusto que nos aprobaron la entrada a la habitación antes de las 3:00 pm. Los alimentos en el restaurantes estaban muy bien, ricos y un menú con platillos para todos, y la atención muy bien y agradable. Nos gusto la ubicación se pueden visitar los sitios históricos caminando o sin problemas para usar Uber. Me gusto que tenía donde sitio de accenso y descenso al pie de la calle. Salió corriendo un bichito en el baño de la habitación, necesitan colocar insecticida que elimine cucas y sus crias.

• Marco Valois (9/5): Muito bom - Cafe da manhã com opção mais barata no hotel e muito agradavel, quarto grande e bom O banheiro dos homens do hotel estava em manutenção por alguns momentos e precisei usar o banheiro das mulheres. Deixei minha esposa do lado de fora do banheiro para não deixar ninguém entrar e ela certificou que não tinha ninguém dentro antes de eu usar. A mulher do hotel que estava no banheiro dos homens na manutenção me tratou de uma maneira muito descortez e foi muito grosseira ao falar comigo sem a menor necessidade, além de não ter me oferecido nenhuma outra opção. Os funcionários precisam ser melhor treinados para saber lidar e falar com os hospedes quando ocorrer algum problema

• Merlin (9/5): clean and comfortable dog/cat friendly hotel with very friendly attentive staff. - super dog/ in our case baby cat friendly. All clean and comfy! the coffee at the restaurant was way too expensive. Breakfast options were weak.
• Merilyn (3/5): Poor - Good breakfast, great service. Front desk lady kept yelling at me. We decided not to extend our stay. Also, there was no coffee pot in the room, as advertised. They said because of covid, it makes no sense.
• Hucalu (1/5): I will never stay there again - The water pressure in the shower. The amenities. The towels. The main problem in that hotel is the day front desk ladies. The two of them have no business managing a hotel, they have all it takes to be a maximum security prison guard. I do not recommend the hotel because as in all service industry establishments, customer service is vital.
• Villalba (3/5): Don't Stay Here - Nothing Dangerous location, sheets were dirty, sound from the hallway was loud. I could hear a pimp and his employee arguing with someone across the hall. So the security was not great, because they let anyone in the hotel. The doors were not a good barrier from the outside hallway. The remotes to the tv and A/C unit didn't work great. The security lock box didn't work either. The sound from the street coming into the room was really loud. Just wasn't a comfortable reliable stay all at that hotel. Find somewhere else to stay.
• Adriana (1/5): I would never go back - the location in great there was hair under the pillows and the room was so dark, also there was no windows. so it was creepy
• Hucalu (3/5): Terrible front desk staff - Spacious, dirty, poorly lit rooms. There was no drinking water in the room and when I asked for a bottle, I was told housekeeping handles that. The only person who was willing to help was the lady guard outside. Obviously, there is a discrepancy between the service the hotel advertises and the actual service you get. Starting at the front desk, in the morning shift the two ladies are very rude, they are suited to run a concentration camp, not a hotel.
