• JULIA (10/5): Apartamento muy completo - Lo espacioso del apartamento. Su decoración. Su buena ubicación, muy cerca de la linea de bus que lleva a la estación de tren, en menos de diez minutos. Cerca de un montón de cafeterías, tiendas... Cerca de la playa. En el apartamento podrían estar cuatro personas ( dos y dos) muy cómodas. Que en el baño haya bañera en lugar de plato de ducha. Las bañeras, en Inglaterra, son altas. Y no tienen ningún asidero para evitar resbalones.
• Hayley (8/5): Lovely big flat, comfy sofa and bed. Loved our stay. - Felt slightly damp, we had quite a bit of rain. However, it is a basement flat so not really unexpected and certainly didn’t dampen our stay!
• Weidong (8/5): - The room is very spacious, and the small yard is very nice. It is well-equipped, with the kitchen and dining area being particularly excellent. It is very suitable for families with kids. Great location to the beach and the city centre. The room humidity is rather high, making the bedding feel somewhat uncomfortable.
• Renata (7/5): Für 2 Personen sehr schön. Dritte Schlafmöglichkeit sollte nicht angeboten werden. - Tolle Lage, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, große Küche mit allem, was man braucht. Das Bettzeug für die Schlafcouch war nicht bezogen und sah nicht ansprechend aus (sehr fleckige Decke). Für das Schlafen auf der Couch sollte man Erfahrung als Fakir haben. Jeder Draht des Gitters ist spürbar.
• Michelle (8/5): - Great location, beautiful spacious flat. Kitchen very well equipped. Easily accessible from station as on main bus routes. Short walk to the sea with plenty of supermarkets, restaurants and bars on the doorstep. A great place, would happily stay again. Maybe a lock on the bathroom door would be great.
• Steven (6/5): nice but with some issues that need to be sorted - The location is very good, close by to shops, restaurants etc. Short walk to the sea. Apartment is well equipped and very spacious. It is also very quiet at night. The decor was very tastefully done. The bathroom had toiletries and also the kitchen had tea/coffee, milk etc This basement apartment is very damp. It smells heavily and there are dehumidifiers all over, not really working. The paint is peeling off and the walls and ceilings show marks. The bathroom needs a fan to disperse steam from shower. When we arrived to check in at 3:30pm the cleaner had only just arrived and said oh I didn’t realise any guests were arriving. We didn’t get in till 5pm. We had a family event so it was a shame and upset the evening for us. The property definitely requires some damp treatment and consider some plug ins and freshener to assist with the smell. You can feel the moisture and this shows on the toilet paper, clothes and bedding which are slightly cold and damp
• Victoria (10/5): - Die Lage ist super! Man hat alles von Brighton um die Ecke und kann sich trotzdem in Ruhe zurückziehen. Appartement hat alles was man braucht. Danke für die schönen Tage
• Tori (8/5): - Flat was easy to find and a short walk away from the beach and from some good local coffee shops. The flat was in a quiet area with a 15/20 minute walk to Brighton pier and surrounding areas. The flat was clean and had a good homely vibe. Water pressure was very good. The flat was a good temperature when sleeping which in the warm weather is always nice! We had 4 adults staying, and those who slept on the sofa bed in the living room did say it wasn't very comfortable.
• Nirjala (10/5): Delightful,cozy, 100 % would recommend !!! - Lovely area located just a few walk mins down to the beach . Plenty of little shops near by to buy essentials. Pots and pans . Glasses kitchen utensils being provided made it so much Easier to have a little night in. The property is beautiful, plenty of space in the kitchen. Living room, bathroom and bedroom Very clean and beautifully decorated.
• Lisa (9/5): A wonderful stay. - Appartment was lovely, quite homely vibe. Had everything you could ask for. Location was great lots of resturants/coffee shops around to choose from. Quite central. Commuincation was very good and clear.
• Paula (7/5): Nice apartment close to the beach with all the amenities (not suitable for 4 people) - The location was nice, very close to the sea. The bed (in the bedroom) was comfortable and they have all the amenities for cooking and doing laundry so that was super nice. The TV is large and had a large variety of channels and the couch is comfortable (to sit on). The agency responsible for hosting was very responsive when the water heater stopped working and someone was over to fix it within a half hour. Props to the speedy service! We were a group of four and this apartment is NOT suitable for four people. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable and thin, you can feel every coil. We had to lay every towel and spare blanket over the sofa bed and still could feel the coils. This apartment should be advertised as a two person. Also, the apartment is old, which is charming and totally fine, but the description in the listing is inaccurate.

• Ian (8/5): Very good - Great locations. A few feet from Tesco and Sainsbury's mini stores, a Starbucks and a host of independent bars, cafes and restaurants. Less than 5 minute walk to the beech. Apartment was well presented and had a modern decor with spacious rooms. Good shower pressure and fast WiFi.
