The rooms were extremely comfortable and Maja was an excellent host who gave us regular recommendations and informed us of events taking place while we were there. I would highly staying at Zoilo!

W apartamencie bardzo czysto, wszystko zadbane i sprawne, są czyste dostępne ręczniki,kawa,porcelana ,czajnik i wszystkie inne akcesoria do codziennego użytku. Kontakt z opiekunem bardzo dobry.Jeśli miałbym wrócić kiedyś jeszcze do Zadar to jak najbardziej w to miejsce jeśli chodzi o apartament.Szkoda jedynie że nie ma możliwości parkingu samochodowego przy apartamencie ze względu że to stare miasto trzeba szukać parkingów tylko i wyłącznie w okolicy które są płatne i oddalone około 5,6 minut od obiektu.

Comfy bed and beautiful room just like the pictures Hot water ran out after one shower so plan to wait a bit before 2nd person takes a shower. The shower was beautiful and roomy and had great water pressure.

• Giampaolo (4/5): Non ha rispettato le aspettative purtroppo. - Ottima posizione centrale , camera spaziosa e confortevole. Eravamo in due e Nella struttura non è stato possibile fare una doccia calda per più di 5 minuti poiché il boiler dell’acqua non funzionava correttamente, avendo fatto lo shampoo ho dovuto risciacquare per forza la testa con l’acqua fredda ed inoltre tra una doccia ed un’altra ho dovuto aspettare 25 minuti prima che si ricaricasse la acqua calda. Altra nota negativa è che è non c è la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli in loco dopo il check out , ma solamente a pagamento in un’agenzia adiacente alla struttura , per 5€ a bagaglio . Ultima nota negativa l’impossibilità di oscurare la camera poiché la porta finestra della camera da letto non dispone di tenda oscurante o tapparella esterna .

The host (Maja) communication was so helpful & super quick. The photos attached to a Whatsapp msg made getting there really simple. Thanks There really was not anything I didnt like at all about the accommodation as it was all as it was advertised. I suppose the only main issue would be the standard check out time of 10am which could be a little later to around 12.

Very good and quick contact with the owner 😊 Maya provided us all the necessary information. I was a little afraid about the self-check-in option, but it turned out to be very simple and convenient. After informing the owner that we had arrived, she replied very quickly and gave us details instructions about check in. Also a big plus for the perfect location in the heart of the city and the beautiful view from the window 🥰

Bien équipé avec petit frigo bien pratique. Petit balcon bienvenu, ce qui est rare à Zadar! Très propre et cosy. Rien !

On ne peut rêver meilleur emplacement pour un séjour à Zadar. La petite terrasse est un plus ! Niveau propreté : irréprochable ! Tout était extrêmement nickel ! Qu’est ce que c’est agréable de rentrer dans cet établissement après une longue journée et visite et d’excursion ! Autre petit plus non négligeable : petites bouteilles d’eau dans le frigo !! Rien, tout était absolument parfait !

It was really a last minute decision to book a night in Zadar, and it was already after 7pm so we were looking for something with self check-in. We got a response by WhatsApp almost instantly and the check-in was smooth with clear instructions. I also liked the room very much. It is comfy inside, and the bathroom is really sparkling clean! The location is also great. Nothing much, it's just a little dark in the corridor of the building before accessing to the unit.

• Stacey (9/5): Very clean and Great Location - Very clean apartment in Old Town Zadar. Owner was excellent communicator via what’s app and explained thoroughly the parking situation. (We parked just outside the gate in a large parking lot for 1EU/hr but 10:00pm-8am is free parking.The car was 5 minutes from the apartment.) Bathroom was spacious and new. Water temp and pressure excellent. There is a mini fridge and hotpot in the room.
