• Carmine (1/5): Non consiglio affatto - Niente L'appartamento era sporco, per niente conforme alle foto di presentazione Il terrazzino era impraticabile e la lavatrice non c'era come anche il kit di cortesia, differentemente da quanto scritto Le lenzuola erano sporche, il divano molto macchiato, polvere un po' ovunque Il doccino era rotto

• Jorge (9/5): Nice, clean, comfortable apartment centrally located - Nice, clean, comfortable apartment located in a very central part of Civitavecchia. It is a short walk to the waterfront and it is steps away from restaurants and a grocery store. The apartment itself is nice and clean, but the hallway and the stairs of the building could be cleaner and had an unpleasant smell that should be dealt with. Fortunately, inside the apartment everything was fine, and the unpleasant smell from the hallway was not present inside. Hopefully this has been taken care of now, as I am writing this review weeks after my stay.
• Fairall (10/5): Rosemary is a great place to eat around the block. The food and people were awesome. Shafiq was very accommodating to - The staff Shafiq was the best part. Friendly welcoming and happy to explain and show you things. Clean, cool and comfortable. We had a room for 4 and the bathroom was positioned in the middle of the two rooms The room is tight but this is normal for Italy.

• Thomas (6/5): Convenient, modern and cheaper option than most 4* hotels in the vicinity. - The apartment itself was Nice and modern enough. But the first thing we saw when turning on the lights were silverfish scattering, and that is something we Really do not wish to bring home. So we did not dare to unpack or relax completely. The location was fine, we walked to the cruise ship the next day. Be aware that the cafe next door will swindle you out of money with secret tourist prices, just check ratings for confirmation.. but that had nothing to do with Marconi 34!:) I want to finish on a positive note: we were allowed both late check-in and check-out, free of charge. That was a great relief since we arrived late, and had a late departure time for the cruise ship the next day! The silverfish, which is hard to get rid of.
• R (9/5): Superb - Modern & close to amenities.
• Lisette (7/5): Good - The kitchenette is a plus. The entrance and the stairs are smelly. You need to clean the area.
• Tanya (7/5): It’s ok for short stay for 2 people. - Very great location close to the port, the beach and to a lot of restaurants and shops. A little to small to accommodate 4 people, there is no washing machine, but it is stated in the description of the apartment. It is possible to fall asleep only with the air conditioning on, otherwise it is quite hot.
• Tina (7/5): Enjoyed our stay here. Just a shame a couple of easy fixes let it down. - Comfortable bed and futon. Two T.Vs. Well equipped and everything worked. Well stocked with coffee, soaps, kitchen towels etc. great base for a couple of nights. Central location. The shower was a handheld and a fixed head from above. The fixed head had no water coming through. The handheld was powerful but you had to keep hold as the fixing to the wall was loose. The passage smelled bad and looked run down, but nice once you’re inside the room. Floor needs a good wash.
