- Leza (8/5): - After a misunderstanding with the booking, we were moved to the room we thought we booked. The manager did it without blinking. I was extremely grateful. The food in the restaurant was really good. Everything we ordered was exceptional good quality. I got the impression that they would rather forfeit a meal than not giving top quality. (Their pizza was a huge favorite) The location to the beach is 5 star. The pools were always clean and well maintained. There were enough loungers and beach chairs. Never had a problem getting one. The resort is a haven for kids. There are some lizards around the property and we were fortunate enough to see 2 really big ones moving through the property. It was very special. There was not much to do around the resort during the day, and not really any street food neither. We did not move around a lot at night. The 7 Eleven is walking distance, but not close. Overall we had a really good stay and was very happy with everything on offer. We cannot find fault with anything.

- Sándor (10/5): My perfect Lanta accomodation - I really liked the location of the resort. Beach is in front of you when you are stepping out of the hotel. This palce is most ideal for families who look for peacefull calm areas. For me it was a different face of Thailand. Our room was just perfect. Breakfast is home made and delicious, I really enjoyed it!!! Thanks for the awesome service. We booked the tours at the hotel and we rented here the motorbike which was good as well. I highly reccomend this resort! :) My wife was milk and egg tolerant. She could find foo at the breakfast but would be nice in the future if they could serve small sausages or somthing like that. Its not a negative stuff just an advice :)

- Delf&family (6/5): Bon emplacement et bon petit dejeuner mais... - Emplacement parfait face à la mer, très agréable. La piscine et les jeux pour enfants sont un vrai plus en famille. Mention spéciale au personnel du restaurant, vraiment sympathique et attentionné. Et le restaurant Chez Charly à côté très bon ! Accueil décevant avec une personne peu aimable et pas souriante. Malgré une demande de lit d’appoint validée en amont, la chambre n’était pas prête à notre arrivée et la propreté laissait à désirer. Chambre assez sommaire dans l’ensemble.

- Karlijn (8/5): Genieten! - Al het personeel is ontzettend lief, hartelijk en behulpzaam met in het bijzonder mevrouw Bun, werkzaam in het restaurant ! Het ontbijt is heerlijk en iedere dag staat er weer een nieuw lokaal gerechtje bij om te kunnen proberen. De locatie is perfect! Aan een heerlijk strand genoeg restaurantjes op loopafstand. We waren met 2 kinderen van 4 en 7 en zij vonden het fantastisch! Er is achterstallig onderhoud.

- Cherrida (6/5): Would not go again! - The place is very tired. Room was very tatty. There was a constant smell of sewearage in bathroom from shower drain. Less than a 100 yards up the beach there was a 'stream' which came from main road. The water and sand underneath was black and it smelt very strongly of sewerage... it was basically a toilet water drain running into the sea. The security box/safe was not fixed to the wall, so could be picked up and carried away! We both got very ill while staying there.

- Pierre (4/5): Établissement vétuste dans un bel environnement - L’emplacement de l’hôtel est très appréciable. Les espaces extérieurs sont agréables et bien entretenus. L’accès direct à la mer est un plus. Le petit déjeuner est très bien avec en bonus une très belle vue sur la mer. Les chambres sont vétustes et d’une propreté plus que douteuse. À notre arrivée nous avons eu une chambre qui semblait abandonnée depuis des années. De grosses toiles d’araignée anciennes au dessus de la clim. Des fils qui pendent du plafond … mais le pire c’était la porte fenêtre vermoulue dont un trou était bouché par un mouchoir en papier. Le frigo était recouvert d’un tissu sale…. En ce qui concerne la salle de bain je joins une photo et je vous laisse juger la vétusté de la lunette des toilettes. De plus il y avait une forte odeur de naphtaline. Les serviettes de toilette et de plage fournies étaient hors d’âge. Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre en disant quelle était vraiment très vétuste et la responsable nous a répondu « oui très vieille » … Nous avons eu une autre chambre qui était un peu moins vétuste et paraissait un peu plus propre, mis à part la porte de la chambre affaissée, qui ne plaquait pas bien et qui avait des espaces qui laissaient passer le jour et la chaleur, ainsi que les vitres et miroirs tous sales. Nous sommes malgré tout resté dans cette chambre car nous ne restions que 2 nuits et que nous avions déjà réservé les taxis pour nos sorties et transferts. Je précise que nous avions réservé une chambre « supérieure » mais il semblerait que dans cet établissement cela veuille simplement dire que vous êtes à l’étage…. Le manque d’entretien de cet hôtel est regrettable car l’environnement est vraiment très beau.

Camerele sunt mari dar mobilierul este foarte vechi, neîngrijit. Televizoarele sunt practic inexistente sau dacă sunt nu sunt funcționale.

Restauranten var god og hyggelig. Billig og god mad. Ingen dårlige ting. Stranden lige der er ikke den bedste. Den er bedre hvis man går lidt op ad stranden.

- NADIA (10/5): Très bel emplacement - Nous avons séjourné quatre nuits et tout s’est parfaitement bien passé. La chambre était confortable, la piscine en bord de mer est très agréable et le service est excellent. Nous avons aussi pu louer un scooter sur place, ce qui est très pratique. Nous étions présents pendant le Ramadan et avons été très touchés par l’attention du personnel. Chaque soir, ils nous laissaient une petite collation pour le lendemain matin (fruits, jus, lait, banana bread ou mango sticky rice), car nos horaires ne correspondaient pas au petit déjeuner. Ce geste a vraiment fait la différence. Un grand merci pour votre gentillesse et votre accueil chaleureux.

- Jansen (4/5): Wij zouden hier nooit meer boeken. - Het is leuk voor de kindjes om te spelen en een lekker ontbijt maar daar is ook alles mee gezegd. Wij zijn op doorreis en hebben meerdere verblijven gehad maar dit was veruit het slechtste (wel de goedkoopste). Dames bij het ontbijt waren wel erg lief. De gehele accommodatie is erg verouderd en de bedden zijn enorm hard. In Thailand zie je wel vaker verschillen maar dit vonden wij enorm. Deur kapot, safety box kapot, werd niets mee gedaan. Was weggebracht, kwamen ze weer vies terug brengen. Banana beach bevindt zich naast een open riool en het stinkt er behoorlijk. Zwembad was vies en de gasten moesten dit zelf maar een beetje schoon maken met een schepnet. ‘Ne grote koeft ist.

The atmosphere was very warm and family-friendly, which made us feel comfortable and relaxed throughout our stay. You can really feel that the staff cares about their guests. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily come back again. Highly recommended!
- Michal (9/5): Super dla niewymagajacych rodzin - Przy samej plaży, z widokiem na zachód slonca, plac zabaw to game changer, resort zdecydowanie dla rodzin. Restauracja przy resorcie na prawdę dobra z francuskimi I tajskimi daniami. Basen mógłby byc częściej/lepiej czyszczony. Pokoje sa niezbyt ustawne. Śniadania sa glownie na słodko, owoce i tosty. Czuć nieprzyjemny zapach brudnej wody.

Hodně dětí, na obrázku vypadalo trošku lépe a asi jsem měl větší očekávání – WiFi prakticky nefungovala – strašně moc komárů na ubytování a koupelna byla děsná – sprchová hadice nebyla dobrá. Ta pláž je za mě horší než Long Beach vedle.
- Andy F (6/5): Very nice location, but lack of maintenance and late-night music colored our stay. - Very friendly staff, great location and a great layout for families with small children. The ladies serving breakfast were delightful and very helpful. Great beach and a lot of shade even during the hottest hours of the day. We also really loved the ambience and shade provided by all of the trees on the property. Unfortunately, the maintenance of the property is lacking. From our bathroom to the pool, the Banana Beach resort, and its guests could benefit from more attention to keeping the property in better condition. Also despite the property's great family friendly layout, live music is often played well past midnight, which makes it difficult to recommend for tired parents and thier children.

- Martin (3/5): Open sewage smell, run-down rooms, and bad breakfast — not recommendable. - The location of the resort is ok, but be aware that there is a sewage canal running directly behind the resort that exhibits a strong smell of excrements across the entire premises and even into your room. It is barely understandable how this is even allowed to happen. In other countries the surroundings would be closed to the public until the health hazard has been properly addressed. The restaurant is operated by another company (Charly) and serves lunch and dinner. The food quality is good and the dished tasty, but as I said, this is not operated by the hotel. The hotel uses the premises of the restaurant for breakfast until 10am, and the breakfast is sub-par (read below). The resort is in very poor condition overall. The rooms are old and not well-maintained. My room had a large gap under the door, the beds were squeaky, which made a restful sleep very challenging, and the bathroom had a strong mothball smell. The biggest issue, however, is the constant sewage odour. There is an open sewage canal directly behind the hotel, and depending on wind direction, the smell enters the room. The canal also flows into the sea right next to the hotel. It is difficult to understand how a resort can operate with such severe hygiene and environmental problems. The restaurant isn’t actually operated by the resort; it’s only used for breakfast by the hotel, which is sub-par (they use a different kitchen). Options for savory breakfast are extremely limited (eggs, mystery meat, and cucumbers). Only once was there fried rice, which was oddly sweet. The pancakes were the only acceptable item. Overall, I cannot recommend staying here given the poor condition, strong sewage smell, and low breakfast quality.
- TrineJ (6/5): - Varmt vann i dusjen. Bra beliggenhet. Det var som å bo i en barnehage, skriking fra morgen til kveld. Ikke en plass å dra uten barn. Frokosten var toast, egg og frukt. Ikke bra. I tillegg gjorde alle barna det til at frokosten ble en bråkete, skitten ting som vi droppet etter er par dager. Bungalowen fremsto som shabby, med store sprekker og en del kakerlakker. Hvis man tipser gjør de ordentlig rent. Sengen var vond og knirket noe helt forferdelig. Bassenget er fullt av leker og barneklær. Barna tisser og bæsjer i bassenget, så unngå det.

- Ginger (8/5): Fijne accomodatie op een perfecte plek aan het strand, heerlijk ontbijt en vriendelijk personeel. - Super locatie, direct aan het strand. Personeel is super vriendelijk, ontbijt goed geregeld. Kamer wat gedateerd, bedden hard en badkamer wat simpel.

- Nora (6/5): - Grosser schöner Pool direkt am Meer, sehr kinderfreundliche Anlage inkl. Spielsachen und Spielplatz und auch das Personal sehr herzig Das Zimmer war nicht wirklich sauber, der Pool auch nicht, viele Möbel im und ums Haus müssten mal repariert oder ersetzt werden. Dann gabs relativ viele Mücken, auf Nachfrage haben wir zum Glück ein Mückengitter bekommen.
- patrizia (1/5): Per carità - La posizione, la colazione e il servizio lavanderia Struttura fatiscente, siamo rimasti solo tre notti, primo giorno bagno allagato, perdeva la cassetta del wc. Puzza di fogna dal bagno. Nessun set di cortesia, la porta d ingresso è marcia, mi è rimasta in mano la maniglia. Pulizia della camera abbastanza ridicola, il secondo giorno al ritorno dal mare mancava l acqua in tutta la struttura ed è tornata verso le 22. Ci siamo dovuti lavare con le bottiglie di acqua da bere per poter uscire a cena. Lasciate perdere
- Linnea (7/5): - Läget vid stranden, bra för barn. Frukostbuffén var inte stor men bra med frukt, kunde beställa valfri äggrätt, bra o hjälpsam personal där. Slitna rum, svårt att hålla mygg/kryp utanför. Sängarna var inte sköna, dåliga madrasser. Dagligen utan vatten, ofta väldigt dåligt tryck. Poolen var inte bra rengjord, båda barnen blev sjuka, efter det påtalades blev den rengjord.

- Bodil (7/5): - We stayed for one night and we were greatful that the resort allowed us late check in. The room was nice and clean. The extra bed did not have a blanket/duvet so our son was cold during the night. I am sure we would have gotten a duvet if we had asked for it, but we left the next day as we had already booked a room at the resort next door. We would stay here again. No duvet or blanket in the extra bed. Only a thin bed sheet.

- Anneli (9/5): - Väldigt hjälpsam personal, var snabba med städning. Maten i restaurangen var supergod och även där trevlig personal. Nära till stranden. Kan tänka oss att komma tillbaka.
