- Rowena (8/5): The hotel staff are nice and friendly, but the hotel room is not efficiently decorated - Centrally located, the hotel is very close to subway station and bus stops. There are several convenient stores and drug stores within walking distance. The bathhouse on the 1st floor of the hotel is excellent, especially after a full day of touring. It's exceptionally clean and relaxing. Although we knew that the hotel room is small, we are quite disappointed that the room is not efficiently decorated. There is lack of shelf and closet space. It is ok to stay for a couple days only.

- Georgina and Andrew (9/5): Close to the main station and lots of shops and restaurants nearby - A lovely place to stay in Kyoto with clean modern facilities and nice staff. Clean towels provided daily and room refreshed every day. We had difficulty communicating with staff both at reception and on the telephone. More training is needed to help guests with everyday queries. I also think the hotel could make it clearer when the cut off is to use their luggage forwarding service. We ended up having to use yamoto and this was less convenient in the baking heat of the day.

Ontbijtkaartjes meenemen voor ontbijt, kaartje weer inleveren bij personeel. Personeel veel te strikt op uitchecktijd. Maakt het verblijf niet ontspannen. Verder is het ontbijt erg karig en zijn er geen ramen in de hotelkamers.

Facilité d'accès à la buanderie pour lavage du linge avec indication sur la télé du temps restant Ascenseurs rapides. Nous n'avons pas testés le restaurant ni les petits déjeuners La literie est dure et nous avons assez mal dormi à cause de ça. Une barre pour sortir de la baignoire serait un plus. Le lobby est grand mais très froid avec seulement des banquettes sans dossiers. Pas d'accès possible au resto bar car plusieurs soirs avec privatisation de l'espace.

- KEIKO (10/5): 宿泊する価値があります！ - 大浴場があること。 外国人の宿泊者の方が多かったので、国内に居ながらにして海外旅行気分でした。 宿泊前にTELをしたのですが、あまり的を得ない回答…（団体客の対応に追われているタイミングだったのかも） 朝食時に料理の案内がなかったので、サラダとシリアルしかないのかと思った。 奥の料理もどうぞ位の声掛けがあれば親切かもしれないですね。 期待値を大きく上回っていたので、あえて小言的な事を書きましたが、近隣でイチバンのコストパフォーマンスを感じるホテルです。

The women’s onsen could be more spacious, use more traditional wooden seats, offer hairdryer attachment for curly hair. Could be also nice to have more washing machines available. Номер отличный, приехали поздно вечером и думали, что вид из окна во двор, раз окно наглухо закрыто блэкаутом, но нет, заботливый персонал постарался, чтобы нам было комфортно отдыхать, спасибо всем за заботу! очень удобная кровать, и что забавно по ширине она была больше, чем в длину, т.е. ребятам с ростом в 2.0 м, лучше ложиться поперек и им будет удобно)) Спасибо всем за прекрасный отдых! Не хватало сушилки для белья, но теплая крышка унитаза нас спасла))

- 渡邊 (9/5): また利用したい。 - 4人で宿泊でしたが、一つの部屋にベッドが4つ置かれ、トイレバスも2つあり(おそらく2人部屋を一つにした感じ)、非常に快適でした。立地も最高でした。ショートステイだったので、次回はゆっくり京都滞在先として利用したい。
- OKUTO (8/5): 交通の便が良い、非常に満感のある都心のホテル。 - 部屋のトイレと洗面台が別に作られていて快適だった。息も帰りも手荷物を預かってもらえるところはすごくありがたいです。 朝食のレストランの雰囲気と料理の内容も大変よかった。温泉施設もあり非常に快適でした。 ベッドの片方のシーツが汚れがあり、この点は非常に不快感を覚えました。ただ申し出をしたときにスタッフがすぐに来て交換してくれた点は好印象を持ちました。

- Artem (3/5): - The location was great, walking distance to several stations. The rooms were ok, quite spacious for Asia.There was tea and coffee in the room. The onsen was available at convenient times. The staff was not interested in the guests. The check in process was a bit slow and after check in they were very slow on fulfilling requests, we had to go ask several times. The cleaning was not very thorough and can only be done before 14:00, we have a big time difference with Tokyo and were late sleepers, the housekeeping can wake you up. The onsen is rather crowded, a lot of guests go there in the evening and the bath in the women's section was a bit too hot and the bath in the men's section was not hot enough. We stayed at a cheaper Garner hotel in Osaka and the staff there was much more helpful and attentive. This hotel is not very good at making a positive guest experience. Not worth the money in our opinion.
