• Vinnie (9/5): Fijn verblijf gehad - Fijne rustige locatie met erg vriendelijke mensen, gelukkig wat verder weg van het drukke Ao Nang. Verschillende keren per dag reden ze met een busje naar het drukke gedeelte. Wij hadden een ruime kamer direct aan het zwembad dit was super fijn. Jammer dat het toch wat verder van het strand was dan gedacht. Maar het was makkelijk om vervoer te regelen.
• Tara (9/5): Lovely, had 3 nights but could have stayed longer - Beautiful spacious room, overlooking the pool with immediate access out the front which was great for our 5 year old daughter. We paid for breakfast on site each day and there was plenty of offering. Hotel offered a complimentary shuttle down to the main town which was very handy and had a good schedule. Staff very friendly. Location has stunning views with the cliffs and is nice and quiet/peaceful. Easy for tour operators to pick us up and be in a central part of the town without noise in the evening, If not choosing to use the hotel shuttle it would have been too far a walk down to the main town / beachfront during hot season, this is only our circumstance with a younger child otherwise it would not have bothered us, but just a heads up to those with younger children.
• Esther (8/5): Prachtige plek - Wat een prachtige plek! Het uitzicht is adembenemend en het hotel is mooi ontworpen om in deze omgeving te passen. Het zwembad recht voor je deur is ook echt geweldig. Personeel is aardig, bedden liggen lekker. Mijn dochter was jarig, ze hadden haar kamer en bed prachtig versierd en we kregen ook nog een flinke chocoladetaart (sorry staff: ik ben vergeten een flinke fooi achter te laten!) Het mag wel iets schoner, er zat een laagje vettigheid (?) op alle oppervlaktes. En de inrichting is onhandig, je moet altijd door een plasje water van de douche om bij de wc te komen en er is weinig ruimte voor je bagage in de slaapkamers.
• or (8/5): היה נחמד מאוד ! - המלון עצמו במיקום יפה מאוד, אבל נדרש אוטו או מניות כדי לצאת מהמתחם. יש הסעות בכמה שעות ביום.. החדרים עצמם קצת ישנים אבל נקי והברכה של המלון מעולה, הצוות מאוד נחמדים ועוזרים תמיד, סה״כ נהנו מאוד המיקום היה לנו קצת רחוק, אבל ברגע שלקחנו אוטו זה שינה לנו לגמרי את החוויה.

• Maryline (10/5): Un séjour exceptionnel avec un accueil comme savent le faire les Thaïlandais! - Le calme ,la propreté et la configuration de la chambre familiale ! Une vue à couper le souffle sur la falaise depuis la piscine !
• Mary (10/5): - We had a very good stay and the staff also was very good people! We didn't have breakfast there but we did taste food other time of the day and it was good. I will only recommend to check more often rubbish from people that are leaving their things at the pool area, although they shouldn't be in our chairs. They left their food left overs and left. That is not responsibility of the hotel but it is their responsibility to check often and don't leave these things till next day. I had to take some of the rubbish and throw them away, myself. The same day, cleaning people left out of our room our plates with food left overs and they didn't call their colleagues from the restaurant to take care of these. I will not low my stars for these incidents because I can understand it was bad communication between colleagues. But someone else will do. So, I am leaving this comment here as suggestion for improvement.

• Lorna (8/5): We travelled as a party of 11 and all in all had a wonderful stay at the scene. - The food, staff and location of The Scene were excellent. We loved the fact the rooms opened up to the wonderful pool area which had ample comfortable sun loungers for everyone. The plastic white chairs outside the rooms could all do with a good clean as look tired.
• Mouraux (7/5): - L'hôtel est bien situé à l'écart du centre ville animé. La piscine est très bien, propre avec suffisamment de transat. Le petit-dej est bien dans l'ensemble. Le personnel est très agréable et souriant. Service de navette gratuite à certaines heures vers la plage d'Ao Nang, et si vous le souhaitez service de taxi à vos frais, toujours très ponctuel. Malheureusement déçu du ménage dans les chambres, pas mal de poussière sur les meubles à notre arrivée. Après le passage du service de chambre à notre retour nous avons constaté qu'un sac poubelle a été laissé dans le lavabo de la salle de bain... Oubli de remettre du papier toilette à chaque passage ou encore oubli de remettre des bouteilles d'eau. Recharge de gel douche également oublié. Les lits sont partiellement refait et la salle de bain est nettoyé à moitié. Au prix de cet hôtel nous attendions un service de chambre de qualité...
• Leigh (10/5): The staff decorated our room for our anniversary. We felt welcomed with every staff, who had smiles, and were clearly at - The rooms were cool, large and clean. We loved the step out to the pool, and yet it felt private. Actually, I can’t think of anything I didn’t like. We traveled in Thailand and Vietnam for almost six weeks, moving every 2-4 days, and this is one of two places we would return to.

Location was great - very quiet but only 10 minutes to the main Ao Nang area (25 min walk). Hotel shuttle bus was a bonus. Used regularly Would have been better if there was a bar facility later in the evening and somewhere to sit outside at night .

• Kim (9/5): - Das Hotel ist ruhig gelegen und fußläufig sind zahlreiche Restaurants zu erreichen. Der direkte Zugang zum Pool war super und es war total wenig los. Das Bad wurde nicht immer richtig sauber gemacht und der Kaffee nicht nachgefüllt. Leider war die Bar abends gegen 20 Uhr schon nicht mehr geöffnet.
• Pascale (10/5): Hôtel très bien situé et bien entretenu. - La proximité de l'hôtel, petits restaurants non loin, pizzeria, thaï, 7 eleven etc... La navette très pratique pour aller au centre ou à la plage de ao nang. Le personnel très à l'écoute, attentionné et souriant. Autant l'équipe de jour que de nuit. Je recommande à 100% cet hôtel. RAS. Sauf que nous avons eu deux jeunes garçons à côté de notre villa, irrespectueux des autres vacanciers, ils claquaient les portes, ils hurlaient dans la chambre et parlaient très fort tard le soir. Nous avons dû avertir le personnel de l'hôtel qui a immédiatement réagi. Sauf que ces personnes n'en avaient rien à faire, ils ont recommencé le lendemain. Heureusement que nous sommes repartis le jour suivant. Mais malheureusement l'hôtel n'y est pour rien et ne choisit pas ses clients.

• Céline (6/5): - L'endroit est calme, le confort des lits. La vue sur les falaises et la nature. Les singes viennent dès que vous avez de la nourriture donc impossible de faire un apero sur la terrasse, le ménage est moyen, la navette a des horaires trop espacés.

• Maciej (10/5): Very relaxing hotel - The staff is just amazing, very nice and helpful from the start till the end. They even provided us with a free ride to our next hotel in the neighbourhood. Hotel itself is very nice, we had a villa with direct access to the pool which was fun. Breakfast is a buffet served at the altana with a nice view. This was a very relaxing stay I definitely recommend that hotel, I wish I stayed longer.
• Tracey (9/5): Lovely peaceful family stay - Beautiful setting with cliff view behind, peaceful retreat, super friendly staff, nie restaurants away from hustle bustle in immediate area. 2 bedroom villa great space. Laundry service without need to take it anywhere else for 60bht / kg, drop off by 10 and get back by 8pm. Free shuttle multiple times per day to front. Air con in bedroom wasnt totally working. Bathroom area could do with re seal and deep clean. Renovation to remove dark wood would be great like some other comments.

Colazione ottima con panorama sulla imponente scogliera, senso di pace e serenità. Camera grande con zona giorno che si affaccia direttamente sulla piscina. Ambiente molto pulito, personale gentile e disponibile. Consiglierei di aggiungere qualche navetta in più per raggiungere Ao Nang Beach

Tuvimos el problema que goteaba uno de los aires acondicionados y lo solucionaron nada más decirlo. Está alejado del jaleo, lo cual es un punto a favor. Necesitas transporte para llegar a la playa de Ao Nang, pero ellos tienen un servicio de "Tuk Tuk" gratuito a ciertas horas, y si no, puedes enviarles un WhatsApp y te van a recoger por 150 Baths. La limpieza no era muy buena

Chambre avec clim qui ne fonctionnait pas vraiment , pas de barman à la piscine commande avec un code , mauvaise wifi ,mini bar payant , pas de transat à la piscine seulement pour les chambres qui sont côté piscine . 900€ pour 4 jours c est très cher pour les prestations nous déconseillons il y a bien mieux à Ao Nang

• Borbala (9/5): - The hotel is at a very pleasant, calm street which is rare in Ao Nang. Also the cliffs as a backdrop look amazing. The rooms are nice, clean, sufficient. There are a handful of good restaurants in walking distance. Out daughter enjoyed the kids playroom as well. It is a bit misleading that the 1 bedroom villas don't all have the bedroom separated from the living room (ours wasn't but I've seen, many villas have a door between the two rooms). We were expecting to have a separate living room, because our child naps during the daytime.

Mieliśmy godzinę opóźnienia w zameldowaniu z powodu niewydolnego housekeeingu a i tak dostaliśmy pokoje z brudnymi łazienkami . Generalnie w hotelu przydaloby się lepsze sprzątnięcie. Jedzenie jest słabe.

• Frederique (9/5): Zeker een aanrader! - Heel mooi hotel, zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Mooie kamers direct aan zwembad. Zalig om onze reis hier af te sluiten in luxe! Je kan scooters huren bij het hotel of iets verder op in de straat. Niet ver van de drukke kust maar toch rustig gelegen. Het ontbijt was minder mijn ding maar dat is persoonlijk. Veel salade of warme gerechten maar niet zoveel brood of belegkeuze.

• Konstanze (8/5): - Schöne, in Terrassen angelegte Anlage; wunderschöner Blick auf den Felsen, keine direkte Nähe zum Strand aber kostenloser Shuttle verfügbar; Restaurants & Supermärkte fussläufig erreichbar; gutes Frühstücksbuffet; sehr kinderfreundlich (Kinderbett, Kinderspielraum) Zimmer wurden spät oder gar nicht geputzt; an einem Tag hatten wir Affen zu Besuch, die unser Essen geklaut haben - also Türe geschlossen halten und kein Essen rumliegen lassen!!

• Jeannette (9/5): Comfortable, clean and enviting staff! - We are 55 and 61 years old and enjoy having plenty of options for dinner and drinks in eve, but NOT the hustle, bustle nightlife party scene - The Scene at Cliff view is a close enough walk to that if it’s what you are looking for or access to beach / longtail boat launch, but plenty enough away to be quiet and peaceful to sit by pool during day or sleep at night without that closer to beach. We enjoyed 11/1 Thaifood Cafe and Pizza Glur on the mainstreet near hotel. N/A

• Robyn (10/5): Wonderful! A must stay!!! - The grounds are stunning. The photos don’t even do it justice believe it or not. The staff were extremely accommodating and so friendly. We loved it here. Not much we didn’t like. It was terrific. If I had to say anything, the beds in one of the rooms was uncomfortable but honestly, it was so great that any negatives were easily overlooked.

We've been to several places in Thailand, and even though the staff are very welcoming in most places, here the young people at the reception were the kindest and most welcoming of all. It was really a pleasure to stay in this hotel. And the views while chilling at the pool are gorgeous! The location is a bit further from the main port, but there is a free shuttle service several times a day, or you can just call the driver to come pick you up for a small fee. We were also pleasantly surprised by the restaurant - we enjoyed all our meals and spent more time in the hotel than we initially planned.

• Kulsoom (9/5): Lovely peaceful location, great hotel - Fantastic location a little away from things, so really peaceful and relaxing. We had a lovely two bedroom room right next to the pool. Rooms were large and we had a kitchen and living room area. The food was very good and breakfast was lovely. Hotel staff were excellent! The pool gets warm in the afternoon due to the cliffs blocking the sun, but still lovely.

• Sharon (6/5): Uninspiring - This is a nice, fairly new resort hotel with accommodation in bungalows lining the swimming pool. It is 2.3km from the beach and there are a few local shops and restaurants nearby. The king sized bed was comfortable, and there was plenty of hot water. Snacks and soft drinks were provided free of charge. The complementary foot massage we got for being long stay guests was at a very nice spa, and we were taken there and back by the hotel taxi. The food in the restaurant was good. The bungalow was in a line of others by the poo,l but it felt a bit like sitting in a corridor if one sat outside. Inside had very little space for two persons to put luggage, and it was almost impossible to unpack as there wasn't much storage space. Some of it could only be accessed if you were over seven feet tall! The bathroom was ok but hardly anywhere to put toiletries. The number of towels we got also varied from day to day - sometimes two; sometimes four. Mainly, the place had no atmosphere. We left early even though we couldn't get a refund. It was worth it.

• Sven (9/5): Ein wirklich schöner Aufenthalt in Ao Nang - Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben in dem Hotel das wohl freundlichste Personal unserer bisherigen Reise angetroffen. Wir haben bei der Planung aller Aktivitäten eine super Unterstützung an der Rezeption bekommen. Das Frühstück ist toll in einer gemütlichen Atmosphäre und einer tollen Aussicht. Die Lage ist super, da man sehr schnell am Strand ist und trotzdem sehr ruhige Nächte verbringen kann. Außerdem wird ein kostenloser Shuttle Service angeboten sowie ein Scooter Verleih der tadellos funktioniert hat. Alles in allem eine absolute Empfehlung für den Aufenthalt hier. Der Zimmerservice hat immer wieder eine andere Anzahl an Handtüchern ausgegeben. Manchmal hatte man kleine Handtücher und manchmal nicht. Die Minibar und Getränke auf dem Zimmer wurden beim Zimmerservice nicht aufgefüllt. Im Fitnessraum sind die Cardio Geräte in einem nicht so guten Zustand. Der Crosstrainer war defekt und das Laufband müsste gewartet werden, da das Band sehr ungleichmäßig läuft.

• Emre Can (3/5): Nicht weiterzuempfehlen - Das Personal an der Rezeption war freundlich. Die Klippe direkt am Hotel sieht natürlich auch gut aus. Leider hatten wir während unseres Aufenthalts mehrere unangenehme Erfahrungen. Im Badezimmer herrschte ein extrem schlechter Geruch. Nachdem wir das Hotel darauf hingewiesen hatten, wurden zwar Filter etc. gereinigt, jedoch verbesserte sich die Situation nur minimal und der Geruch blieb weiterhin bestehen. Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche war sehr schwach, sodass man kaum duschen konnte. Zusätzlich wechselte die Wassertemperatur ständig zwischen extrem heiß und kalt. Außerdem war die Dusche nicht sauber (z. B. die Duschablage). Wir dachten eigentlich es wäre Rost, was ja nicht schlimm wäre. Jedoch ging es mit einem einfachen Wisch ab. Auch der Pool machte keinen sauberen Eindruck. Obwohl sich kaum Gäste im Wasser befanden, lag dauerhaft ein schmieriger Film von Sonnenschutzmitteln auf der Wasseroberfläche. Das Frühstück bot leider kaum Auswahl und war für ein Hotel dieser Preisklasse sehr enttäuschend. Das Personal war – gemessen an thailändischen Standards – eher unfreundlich, mit Ausnahme der Damen an der Rezeption. Es wurde kaum gegrüßt oder freundlich kommuniziert. Einmal bestellte ich über den Zimmerservice einen einfachen gegrillten Käsetoast, erhielt jedoch stattdessen einen ungetoasteten Schinkentoast - ich esse kein Schweinefleisch. In der ersten Nacht mussten wir mit viel Aufwand zahlreiche Mücken im Zimmer beseitigen. Nach der ersten Zimmerreinigung waren erneut sehr viele Mücken im Zimmer, vermutlich weil während der Reinigung die Tür oder die Balkontür offen gelassen wurde. Gerade in solchen Regionen sollte darauf besonders geachtet werden. Leider habe ich mich im Vorfeld von den überwiegend guten Bewertungen leiten lassen und dieses Hotel gebucht. Für den verlangten Preis kann ich das Hotel leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

• Daniel (10/5): Perfect! - Super domki, przestronne. Dużo miejsca, telewizory z połączeniem do internetu. Leżaki dla każdego domku. Lokalizacja ciut dalej od głównej ulicy, ale to był tylko plus. Był transport , który woził co kilka godzin do centrum miasteczka. Obsługa super super miła. Śniadania monotonne.
