• RONALD (6/5): Late check in. - The swimming pool. The beds were comfortable. The staff were good. The check in experience rates as the worst I had experienced, and I have been travelling for 50 years.I arrived early at 12 midday, and done all the paper work, I was told to come back at 3 pm for the keys, as that is the check in time. I got back at 3 pm but had to line up for 40 minutes , just to get the keys. By the day I got back to the room it's nearly 4pm. The first day nearly gone. The breakfast is mostly filipino. Its far from the beach.

• Angelica (8/5): Nice stay. - They allowed us for an early check in with a fee & it's okay since we had an early flight that day. The staff are great they always greet you whenever they see you. It's also convenient that it has a mall with it. No need to go outside/far, you just have to go down & get some stuff. The food. The choices are very limited.

• David (5/5): - The room was big enough,and the bad was very comfortable! The beach was close,and because the resort is part of a mall,there was many option for food shopping! The pool was dirty!When i booked this hotel,they said robes,and slippers are available in the room,there was none!I asked the receptionist 3 times to have a hairdryer,after 2 days we received it!I have never ever experienced a poor breakfast options like in this “resort”,and everything was rare and tasteless! There was only 1 salt and pepper shaker in the whole restaurant for hundreds of guests! We use to stay different places on different islands on the philippines,but i never seen anthing like this even in the middle of nowhere! We are very dissapointed! I cant recommend to anybody!

• cassie (6/5): - power cuts in middle of the night I had to run out to the staff at 3am as nobody was fixing the issue room was smelly and was given another option which smelt just as bad and told no other rooms available I requested a refund on one night as couldn’t sleep and was left alone in pitch black room with no updates from any staff but I never heard back from the hotel
• balasan (1/5): Never again!!! - The hotel is nice. But their system is the worse! You have to wait to precheck in for 2 hrs. Then wait again for one hr to check in. During check out you also have to wait 1 hr before they check your room if you’re good to leave. The worst!

Whilst this is is stated when booking it creates a problem at 3pm with so many people then trying to check in. Checkout also took over an hour. Many customers were complaining. They appeared to be short of staff as staff were away on training courses.

The hotel was exceptionally neat, clean, and spacious, which made it feel like a true sanctuary. What really stood out was the friendly and helpful staff they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. It’s a perfect setup for couples looking for comfort and great service. Truly worth every penny for the experience we had! Honestly, everything was so well-maintained and the service was so seamless that we didn't have any complaints. Our stay was perfect from start to finish.

• Elsie D (8/5): Satisfied - Good value for your money, 10 -15 mins walk to the beach. Nice rooms with good ac but had a problem with our hot water during the showers. Wifi was excellent, breakfast was basic but sufficient. Staff were very friendly. Our room was at the pool level and they played loud music every evening till past 10 pm, I had to complain and call the front desk that it was past 10 pm and the loud music needs to be stopped.

Please add a more decent soup to serve. what we had was a little blunt, no taste at all. but, all in all, very accomodating staffs from reception to server. The swimming pool is only until 3 feet,I'm not sure.If they could make it 5 feet maximun. The waiting time for check-in. and the fixed check-in time, no alternative for early check-ins, even if we will pay a charge.

• SUYEON (9/5): 가성비 좋은 4성급 숙소!!! 추천!!! - 엄마와 함께 묵었는데 필리핀 음식은 전체적으로 달고 짠편이라 잘 드시지 못하셨지만 조식만큼은 짜지도 그리 달지도 않고 적당한 간이 알맞게 맞아 매일 가자고 조를정도셨어요! 완전 추천!!! 방이 큰편으로 진짜 좋았고 바로 옆이 수영장이라 방에서 수영복으로 바로 환복 후 수영을 할 수 있어서 좋았어요! 방에서 이상한 냄새도 나지 않고 로빈손몰과 연결되어 있기에 그 안에 있는 세탁소가 있어 쉽게 옷을 맡겨 좋았습니다 가격도 나쁘지 않고 same day로 그 날 바로 다시 수거할 수도 있어서 빨래 걱정이신 분들한테도 추천 드려요! 그리고 마지막으로 모든 직원분들이 잘 웃어주시면서 친절히 도와주셨습니다~ 만약 해변 근처가 아니어도 괜찮다고 하신다면 진짜 추천드려요! 너무 좋아요~ 방에 벌레가 좀 있었어요 그렇지만 전화로 도움을 요청하였을때 바로 달려와주셔서 좋았습니다!

• Amelia (4/5): Do not get a room along the side street. - The breakfast was nice: dining room recently renovated. Good food selection with both cooked food options and omelette station. Breakfast staff was great! We stayed just one night and requested an interior facing room. September is low season and the hotel was clearly at low capacity. We were told there was no room available to move to. The night was ok but at 6am we could hear many roosters crowing just across street and amplified music started shortly after. It made the early morning hours unpleasant. See street view in photo.

• Matthew Fausto (10/5): Best place to stay in Boracay! - The very comfy beds, nice hot shower for Boracay, TV with Animax on it, the micro-refrigerator for keeping protein shakes cold, and the fast WIFI and outstanding service and the beautiful long pool. Buffet breakfast was delicious too! Loved the fresh scrambled eggs and the garlic rice and fruits and brewed coffee. Nothing to dislike. 4 days here goes really fast.

• Jionah (1/5): EXPIRED CONDIMENTS! DISGUSTING BREAKFAST! - None, why? because you served us and even the whole hotel EXPIRED CONDIMENTS such as SUGAR, CREAMER and COFFEE. This is not only as complimentary inside our room, but also in your breakfast buffet restaurant. My friend approached the staff in your restaurant but what they did, is that they just transfer all the powder in a bowl from the same sachet of expired condiments. I also approach the cleaners when i saw them in the hallway of the 3rd floor, where our rooms are located and they even see it with their own eyes that all the condiments they were putting inside of each rooms are expired! And lastly, I approached the lobby receptionist and ask if I can speak to their Manager, she says, she will just ask the Manager to call me because the Manager is not in the building that day. EVERYTHING, aside for serving us buffet breakfast with a terms of WE NEED TO ASK FOR THE STAFF TO COOK FRIED EGGS for us is so annoying! YOU SAID BUFFET BREAKFAST??? SO WHY DO WE NEED TO ASK FOR ADDITIONAL FOOD? THE FOOD SHOULD BE REFILLED EVERYTIME THE TRAY IS EMPTY!!! THAT IS WHY WE ATE CALLING IT UNLIMITED BUFFET!!! GINAGAWA NYO KAMING TIMAWA! WE COULD HAVE JUST EAT OUTSIDE INSTEAD OF BEGGING EVERYTIME WE WANTED TO EAT SOME FOOD FROM THE EMPTY TRAY. And this is the most shocking experience! You served us and even the whole hotel an EXPIRED CONDIMENTS such as SUGAR, CREAMER and COFFEE. This is not only as complimentary inside our room, but also in your breakfast buffet restaurant. The staff are also very hospitable and responsive to our inquiries and requests. The bathroom could use a sliding door to prevent the water from the shower from spilling on the floor.

Housekeeping staff & Doorman were all courteous and friendly. - The breakfast buffet was ok just need a little bit of "uplift", seafoods (fish variety) should be added. The provision of drinking water dispenser is good. The company values the purpose of sustainability. Mentioned already about the buffet. I am not aware if the hotel is pet friendly, but just in case it allows pets. There should be a designated floor or rooms (labeled) to guests with pets.

There’s a shopping centre right beside it with shops, restaurants, a supermarket and atm I liked everything about the hotel.
