• Alhoa (8/5): Perfecto calidad precio , volveremos seguro !!! - Ubicación muy buena , trato muy bueno , el apartamento es super espacioso con una súper terraza que da a la piscina que para las cenas está genial nos encantó! Limpieza en general bien , unos súper armarios !!! No me gustó que el plato de ducha estaba con alguna ramilla por algunos sitios y que la ducha no se podía poner en la pared ya que estaba roto el enganche . Lo que sí recomendaría serían unas almohadas mejores , son muy finas pero vamos que son pequeñeces , los colchones en cambio genial nos ha encantado y queremos volver.

• Aleix Cedrán (9/5): Genial apartamento alejado del ruido - Muy bien equipado para lo pequeñito que es y con aire acondicionado en salón y habitación de matrimonio. La terraza es una maravilla para desayunar y cenar y la piscina estaba muy bien de temperatura. Estuvimos muy tranquilos con los vecinos y los demás inquilinos de vacaciones. Además a la noche no había apenas ruido y se podía aparcar sin problema a cualquier hora del día. Nos faltó una bolsa más de basura y una escoba de verdad. También una fregona habría estado bien tenerla. Las hamacas de la piscina no eran las mejores y alguna estaba rota.

• Alexis Manuel (9/5): Buenos dias de descanso. - La verdad que lo mejor es la tranquiludaddel lugar,el apartanento muy completo,muy bien la verdad. Todo estaba bastante bien ,si pusiera un pega seria el colchon ,un poco cascado pero como solo eran tres dias .

• cristian (10/5): Una vacanza meravigliosa - Posto stupendo a pochi minuti dal centro con diversi supermercati in zona,appartamento con aria condizionata dotato di microonde, bollitore e utensili da cucina. Personale molto gentile. Piscina molto pulita e curata ( molto amata da mia figlia). In 10/15 minuti è possibile raggiungere luoghi molto belli dove trascorrere la giornata in spiaggia con la propria famiglia, noleggiare un pedalò o un gommone e tante altre attività . . Playa de Amadores , playa de Maspalomas e Anfi del mar le nostre preferite. Consigliatissimo, ci ritornerò
• Gail (7/5): Got what we paid for. Mum and son cleaning team were very helpful. - Very abrupt answers when asking questions. Manners cost nothing.
• Ville (7/5): The place worked nicely as a base for excursions - The pool was nice. Nice view. Terace/balcony was very nice. Car parking close to the apartment was always available. The host replied rapidly to questions. The host did manage to allocate all 12 of us in the same building, in apartments next to each other. Suitable for small families. The beds, especially the bed sofa, did not meet expectations. Only 3 blankets were provided for 5 people. Preparing food was challenging. The kitchen fan did not work properly. Broken pipe blowed all fumes in to the kitchen. The equipment in general was worn out, e.g. frying pan was unacceptably worn out (very scratchy teflon pan). Safety box was not available in all apartments.

• Beverley (6/5): Pleasant - Nice apartment, great pool, nice and clean and good location Poorly equipped with cooking utensils. Wicker furniture provided on balcony but no cushions for the furniture so uncomfortable to sit on. Had to purchase a number of items for the kitchen for function normally.
• Andreea (8/5): Very good - We had a good stay at Calypso Family Apartments. It was good value for money and a convenient base for exploring the area, especially since we had a car. The apartment was fine overall, but it would be helpful to have a chopping board and a small amount of detergent or 1-2 capsules for the washing machine, especially for a one-week stay with kids. Other than that, it met our needs, and we enjoyed our time there.

• Alexa (8/5): Nice place but it needs more tender loving care and cleaning - The apartment is in a good location, you can reach easily every place by car and has essential furniture with also parking places in front of the building. It was more than enough for us as we planned to do trips and spend our time outside . The place was not spotless when we arrived, you could see dirt on the surfaces of the table, the kitchen, the living rooms table, sofa etc. The toilet was also smelling really bad even tho it was clean. We found a full bag of rubbish and empty bottled/boxes from the previous guests in the kitchen cupboard.
• Claes (4/5): Disappointing - The property owners forced us to enter our full credit card details into an unsecured website. They were very very unfriendly about this. It's something Booking specifically warns against, as a known scammer trick. However, Booking offered no support so we felt cornered. It was a very unpleasant experience.

• Rachel (8/5): Very good - We wanted a toddler friendly and it was on one level but nicely spaced with a large balcony. Grounds and pool were nicely kept and I really liked the area. Few nice little restaurants near by and a spar 10 mins walk if you aren't driving . Hill is a bit of a challenge on foot but I was prepared for that and enjoy walking. Scary plug socket I did take a picture of which was definitely not family friendly and the bathroom got very smelly at certain times of the day. Also free standing wardrobe in the small bedroom was unsafe with kids around but we just put the child in the other room

• Pavla (8/5): As far as I can compare the price and the service offered, apart from the hot water we were satisfie - We really liked the location. The apartment had a nice view of the surrounding area and the pool. There was plenty of parking at the apartment. We had no hot water in the apartment all the time, only lukewarm water. We solved the problem, but nothing happened. The kitchen was very sparsely furnished. We lacked a larger cutting board, a larger bowl, a scraper or grater for anything. The accommodation was booked for 5 people but for example the chairs were only for 4 people. If you like to sleep by an open window, beware the garbage men take out the garbage at 2am and make a lot of noise.

• Soomi (8/5): Really lovely apartment, simple, clean and comfortable in a quiet location- but walkable distance from a beach - Great location, lovely apartment with air conditioning system. It is very clean and well looked after while using the place. We enjoyed the pool alot! Not much information about garbage (how to do the recycling etc). We also stayed over a week and we didn’t know when the cleaning would happen / whether extra stuff (soap,toilet papers ) would be provided- we ended up buying quite some cleaning stuff (dishwasher tablets, laundry soap etc). It’d be great to give the customers some of them?

• Ole (8/5): Nice enough, I would come back. - Nice location and view. Easy to find a place to park the car. New aerators are needed for the taps. The knife is dull (a knife sharpener costs 5-10 EUR in IKEA). An information sheet in English would be nice, but actually Google translated the one in Spanish very well. It costs next to nothing to fix things like this, but it makes a difference!
• Kristi (8/5): Overall a good place to stay! - The view was amazing, always a place to park in front of the house, lovely staff, clean. The kitchen was a bit under equipped ( we were 5 people and kitchen was equipped for 4).

• Nicola (7/5): Clean. Nice small pool. You will need a car if you stay here it’s quite far up. Bring your own mattress or sleep on the - Nice apartment it has everything you need. Quite place. Very clean. Great views. Not crowded. Nice sized terrace. Overall very good. The beds are like rock. I had the worst sleep ever! The hardest mattress I’ve ever seen. Even my 8 year old couldn’t sleep in the single bed as it hurt her back. We all slept on the sofa…….

• Lailaege (5/5): Dark apartment, no sun after 11am, no safety box, no pool towel though it says so in spec. Lumpy bed - Hilly area, poorly planned for pedestrians I forgot things...
• Francesca (7/5): Overall, I enjoyed my stay :) - The area is pretty quiet and facing the sun for the first half of the day, good location especially if you get a car :) Every morning around 5 or 6AM the municipality would collect the garbage from the bins and it’s really noisy if your room is facing the back
• Amber (3/5): Bad money-quality ratio - It was easily accesible via public transport and had a nice balcony. In the bedrooms you could hear the neighbours as if they were in your apartment, it was extremely noisy! Also the appliances in the kitchen were terrible, a melted spatula and just old pans. The apartment was also quite small, for this price I would suggest to stay somewhere else. Just the overall towns around here are extremely busy and it's not very pretty. I would suggest going to the north of the island.

• Julie (9/5): lovely relaxing week - Very quiet ( off season though ). very clean, spacious and modern It was a very steep climb up to it, however when carrying bags or shopping it was easy to get a taxi from Patalavaca for about 2 euros
