Guest Reviews
- Susan (2/5): Frustrating. Some kind of compensation should be made for the major inconvenience. - Good location; good working appliances. Excellent that a 'starter kit' was provided to actually make use of the appliances - namely clothing detergent for the washing machine; dish washing liquid to wash plates, glasses, silver, etc. Even tablets for the dish-washing machine. The internet was not working. The entire flat was a 'black hole'. Once I went in none of my devices would connect to the internet. I have an Android mobile,; an iPad mini; an iPad Pro. I am connected to the network - but the network is not connected to the internet. I can only send receive messages when I am back on the street. I complained everyday, but only the day before I checked out was it semi-resolved. A new router and new network provider. And I say semi-resolved because while I could now access WhatsApp on my mobile, I was unable to connect my iPad for email. And only one (1) of the two iPads I had with me was able to connect. Even the television would show the message ‘Connect to internet' when I tried for Netflix and YouTube. I complained everyday. I should not be having to spend so much time communicating with the managers to fix this issue - like I said, I was exchanging messages and calls on a daily basis. And had to do this while standing on the streets of London, or seated in a cafe somewhere. This has adversely affected the entire London stay.
