• Laurent (7/5): Estancia agradable con algunos inconvenientes - El hotel es de buena qualidad 1) El aire acondicionado no funcionó en nuestra habitación y tuvimos que cambiarnos durante la estancia. 2) Un día que necesitábamos levantarnos temprano pedimos el desayuno con anticipación para tenerlo listo a la hora acordada, pero recién empezaron a cocinar en ese momento. 3) El hotel está ubicado a 10–15 minutos a pie del centro. Al ser un pueblito, esta distancia se siente un poco retirada.

• wilson (10/5): One of the best in Chiapas!!! - This a new and 5 star quality boutique hotel that can easily be compared to St Regis or Ritz Carlton! We stayed here for 5days and had a wonderful time as a family! During our stay here in July 2025, we felt we were the only guests in this hotel which felt strange. We also ate at their restaurant where we saw very few guests but were not staying in the hotel. All the staff from rest, bar, front desk and housekeepers were professional, courteous, and kind. The only drawbacks to this hotel was location. It was a distance away from the plaza and Centro. Uber doesn't work in Chiapas so hailing a taxi takes time from the hotel. The solution, befriend a local taxi driver and text them when you want them to pick you up. A few suggestions to even elevate this hotel: 1) have a heated pool (no other luxury hotel in San Cris has a pool). There is a garden courtyard where a pool can fit on one side of the walkway. 2) have hair dryers in the bathrooms. Strange that a lux hotel didn't have one (or is it only upon request?).

• Didier (3/5): Beautiful Setting, But Deeply Flawed Hospitality - The hotel boasts a stunning location and impressive design, but unfortunately, this was overshadowed by some of the worst service we’ve ever experienced in a hotel of this category. On day one, we arrived for breakfast at 8 a.m. as the first (and only) guests, yet it took 45 minutes to serve a basic avocado toast. No apology, no explanation – just an arrogant glare when we finally had to insist. We had to rush out to keep our scheduled visit. On day two, despite breakfast being advertised as starting at 7 a.m., no staff were present. We were told they only begin serving from 8 a.m., far too late for travelers heading out early. We checked out without breakfast, even though it was included in the price. The worst part, however, was the complete lack of trust shown towards guests. A security deposit of 1,500 pesos is required upon check-in – something we rarely see at hotels in this price range. And to top it off, at check-out the receptionist personally inspected our room before we were allowed to leave. This felt offensive and deeply impolite – as if we were not guests, but suspects. Throughout our stay, we never felt welcome. In fact, we felt uncomfortable and unwanted. It’s deeply disappointing to see such a beautiful property managed with such hostile, unprofessional behavior. A place with great potential, wasted by a complete absence of hospitality.

• Rita (8/5): Perfect stay in San Cristobal - Beautiful hotel walking distance from the Center of San Cristobal. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. Delicious and beautifully presented breakfast. Be aware the included breakfast is not described on the breakfast menu. We inadvertently spent a lot of money on breakfast because we weren’t aware of this. When we got the bill and took this up with the hotel, they waived the bill without quibble saying it was their fault, so I couldn’t fault them on that and their response was excellent.

Las camas de la habitación 118 y 113 son muy incomodas. El baño tenía moho en los techos, no servian dos lamparas y el frigobar nos lo cambiaron. La propiedad es muy bonita y espaciosa. La decoración esta esmerada en los espacios comunes. Hay mucho que se puede mejorar en las habitaciones. El precio no vale lo que recibes.

El restaurante es de lujo y el servicio estelar. Vamos a regresar pronto sin duda.

Solo dos puntos que pueden mejorar es que pedimos servicio al cuarto y nos dijeron que no tenian cafe, que tomaramos las capsulas de nesspresso de la habitacion. Otro punto a mejorar es que pedimos servicio de taxi al aeropuerto con mucha anticipacion y llegó muy tarde y en el camino nos cambiaron de unidad fué muy incomodo y poco serio para un hotel de esta categoria.

The service starting at check in with Carlos and a nice glass of bubbly, restaurant is superb and every single one of the staff is top notch! Kudos to Jesus in breakfast and Luis at lunch!!
