Upon check-in, you must sign the registration card, and you must show a valid photo ID and a credit card. Special requests will be made subject to availability and may be subject to an additional charge.
The property is located in a residential area, therefore guests are required to remain silent. It is forbidden to organize events in the facility, including hen and stag parties, etc.
The facility is nonsmoking. Breaking the ban is associated with the imposition of a fine in the amount of PLN 500.
If you would like an invoice for your stay, please make a request and write to the property at the time of booking. It will not be possible to issue the document later.
A damage deposit of PLN 500 is required on arrival. Your deposit will be refunded in full, in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
Renting our apartment, please be aware that it is located in a residential building. Therefore, we have no control over possible failures, renovations, or other events that may occur in the building or its vicinity during your stay. Nevertheless, our staff will make every effort to assist in the situation to the best of their ability.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

- Joanna (10/5): Magiczne miejsce, absolutnie wyjątkowe - Miałam ogromną przyjemność spędzić kilka dni w okresie świąteczno-noworocznym w apartamencie Parkur 2. Apartament jest wyjątkowy pod każdym względem. Przestrzeń zachwyca, standard wykończenia najwyższy, rozwiązania bardzo funkcjonalne - sprzyjają relaksowi. Na miejscu czekała woda mineralna, kawa do ekspresu, zestaw herbat, dobrej jakości chemia i kosmetyki. W apartamencie czułam się jak u siebie w domu - piękne kwiaty w pokojach, jestem pod ogromnym wrażeniem!! Apartament znajduje się w nowoczesnym budynku, na strzeżonym osiedlu. W zasadzie bezpośrednio za bramą sklep spożywczy i świeże, świetne pieczywo. Do stacji SKM Sopot Wyścigi 10 minut, niewiele więcej do plaży - lokalizacja rewelacyjna. Często bywam nad Bałtykiem, wracając kilka razy w roku do Trójmiasta - już wiem, że planując kolejne podróże w pierwszej kolejności będę sprawdzała ofertę Lion Apartaments

Pod nosem sklep spożywczy, piekarnia. Dużym plusem jest bezpłatny parking podziemny. Bezproblemowy kontakt z obiektem. Instrukcje zameldowania prowadzą jak po sznurku. Miejsce godne polecenia do którego z chęcią wróci się ponownie.
