A estrutura é incrível, area de jogos, bar, ar condicionado ligado o dia todo, apesar de ser banheiro compartilhado, é enorme, e tem até secador, possui água filtrada e gelada, além de uma lavanderia, e tem até ferro de passar, e o ar condicionado pode ser ligado a qualquer hora do dia. Realmente a estrutura me surpreendeu. Não vi cozinha compartilhada. O quarto tem um tamanho legal, mas o armário é aberto em baixo, o que prejudica quem não está usando malas. O quarto tem apenas iluminação individual, o que atrapalha as vendas. Senti falta de uma provocação por parte do staff para promover a interação entre os hóspedes, exiatem muitas atividades que poderiam ser aproveitadas para esse fim, como os jogos da entrada: percebi que tinham roletas e etc, mas ninguém me explicou nada de como funciona, das atividades, absolutamente nada. Achei as bebidas e comidas um pouco caras também. O hostel é bem confortável e grande, tem muito potencial para ser ainda melhor.

The breakfast was very good, there were good options for complimentary. The room was really small, there was no space to move or keep our luggages. There was no closet to keep the clothes properly as well.

Hair dryers are available to use. Beds were comfortable. Everything that was basic was available. There was a spin the wheel chance upon doing one of their online forum was rewards like free cocktails/ food/ 1000baht restaurant voucher. There are social events everyday but my timing wasnt right so i wasnt able to join the fun ones. The whatsapp qr code for updates from the hostel wasnt working but it didnt affect me much.

Wir waren auch richtig klasse. Der Weg vom Zimmer zum Waschraum konnte schon etwas anstrengend sein beim nächsten Mal vielleicht etwas in der Nähe haben, damit man nicht so viel laufen muss weil das war bisschen nervig. Ha ha ha

- Cristian (9/5): Sehr komfortabel - Ich hatte ein King-Size-Deluxe-Zimmer. Die Zimmer waren sehr schön, sehr sauber und das Bad ziemlich neu. Das Bett war sehr bequem und das Zimmer sehr gut isoliert, ich habe von draussen gar nichts gehört. Man hat Kaffee und Tee im Zimmer und einen Wasserkocher. Frühstück habe ich nicht genommen. Der Balkon war ziemlich dreckig und staubig. Ausserdem gab es sehr viel Zeug von der Palme des Hotels gegenüber. Ausser Stühlen gab es nichts, aber man konnte eine Hängematte aufhängen. Das fand ich cool.

- Olga (5/5): - I initially booked this hostel for 4 nights. As I live in Ukraine, where there is an ongoing war and we regularly face electricity outages, heating issues (especially in winter), due to attacks, I wanted to leave for a while and have a stable place where I could rest and then work remotely. For that reason, I planned to extend my stay, but only if we could agree on a reasonable coworking arrangement — because it feels unrealistic to pay for accommodation and then pay separately for coworking, especially when their coworking is the most expensive in the area. 1. Communication (before and during the stay) I contacted the hostel about extending my stay and asking for a coworking discount. It took them around 10 days to respond. While I was waiting, the accommodation price increased by approximately 200 USD, and I had to book my second reservation at a much higher rate. This delay directly caused a financial loss. Even during my stay, replies to messages are often delayed and selective — I ask several questions, but only some of them get answered, and I have to follow up again and wait. 2. Coworking (price and availability). The coworking space is the most expensive in the area. On one occasion, it was occupied by staff for internal training, despite being sold as a workspace for guests. 3. Laundry policy. One free laundry is offered only for direct website bookings. Guests who book via Booking.com must pay, even though Booking rates can be cheaper than booking directly. 4. I requested a chair for my room and was refused, although chairs are available around the property. 5. Outside food policy . Guests are not allowed to eat outside food (even fruit) at the tables in the common hall area. In most hostels, it is normal to allow guests to eat their own food in shared spaces, so this rule feels unnecessarily restrictive. Conclusion. Overall, it looks like this hostel is oriented more business than people.
