• Elvin (9/5): A great place to stay to explore the famous spots in Osaka. - Location was great. Very near Kuromon Market, Dotonburi, Nipponbashi (DenDenTown). The sleeping arrangements were also great. A mix of western beds and futon on tatami mats. A bit far from train stations, so you have to be aware when bringing a lot of luggage. The stairs inside is a bit narrow and steep.

• Marisa (9/5): Perfectly located property, great for a family or group stay in Osaka. - Really spacious with a large communal area for cooking and eating. Very clean. A well equipped kitchen with a very snazzy hob. Comfortable beds. Well powered hot shower. Great area, super convenient for everything, great transport links, but just far enough outside the busiest areas for it to be calm. Host was responsive and helpful. A real gem. This is said in the spirit of constructive feedback as it’s a great property overall, and some simple changes would really make a difference. 1.Check in process is unnecessarily complicated and can’t be completed in advance of arrival at the property. 2. The front door lock is really tricky to operate. It took us a long time to be able to open the door each time. 3. Better garbage facilities needed. Only small waste paper bins provided - for a house of this size that sleeps 8 a lot of rubbish is generated and it could do with larger bins and obvious spare bin bags.

• Jon (10/5): Our family of five really enjoyed staying at the property. - The house is in excellent location has comfortable beds is well equipped and everything is in good condition. Great accommodation for our family of 5. There is somewhat limited storage space in some bedrooms.

• Supanut (10/5): Perfect house to stay in Osaka as tourists. - The 2 floors house with large spaces. good for 5-6 people but 7 is still affordable. You will get everything you expect to have from a rental house. The location is perfect if you want to stay out of Osaka chaos but still walkable to everything listed below - doutonburi - shinsaibashi - namba food streets - nankai Airport Rail - osaka subway which connects you to every important attraction like USJ Kyoto Nara - many great local ramen restaurants around the area - close to convini almost none. Might not be the cheapest but you will never regret

• Joanne (9/5): The house is beautiful and clean. The location is perfect, close to markets and conbini stores. - We are yet to get used to the Japanese way of sleeping, we find the beds and pillows uncomfortable!

Instrucciones de check in claras. Se echan en falta armarios para guardar la ropa, hecho habitual en varios alojamientos en Japón.
• Andrew (10/5): Convenient, clean and spacious home near Namba Station. WONDERFUL!! - This home was incredibly gorgeous and spacious! Our group loved the kitchen and dining area. Having a rooftop balcony area was a plus as well. Location was fantastic and close to the fish market and 5-10 minute walk to Dotonbori. Coin laundry across the street was very convenient (since the rental does not include a washer/dryer). The host was kind and easy to contact as well. Air conditioning in every room and toilet and shower upstairs and downstairs was GREAT for our group of 7 (nobody had to wait to use the bathroom or shower)!! The beds were very firm (just a personal preference) and location of ground floor toilet is in the downstairs bedroom. Our only wish would have been bigger trash bins, at least in the kitchen/living room area. The only ones in the entire home were very small and didn't have separate receptacles for combustable, plastic, cans, etc. (The host did inform us that the cleaning crew after check out would separate it all for us, but we would have gladly done so by ourselves.) If you are not a heavy sleeper, the noise from the street outside the home may keep you up at night, but our group didn't have a problem with it.

• Jörgen (7/5): Spacious house but not as expected. - A lot of room 99m2 with three separate bed rooms. Close to main sights in Osaka. Provided information was not accurate. There was no washing machine. We could use one a few blocks within management office. There was a curtain missing in one bed room with a lantern outside. Owner was very responsive but not able to solve in time. Ground floor has no privacy as directly located to the street on three sides. Requiring closed curtains. Main bed is too small.
