• Ondřej (9/5): - Krásný výhled a pohoda Byl inzerován 1 denní vstup do SPA v ceně ubytování. Ale již při termínu rezervace bylo SPA uzavřeno jak jsme zjistil na místě. Očekával bych kompenzaci za tuto nedodanou službu.

• Pešlová (10/5): Fantastická dovolená na krásném místě s volným vstupem do Tauren Spa. - Snídaně byla vynikající, vše z domácích produktů a domácí výroby, míchaná vajíčka, káva, čaj, čerstvé pečivo, sýry, salámy, zelenina a ovoce. Výhled na celý Kaprun naprosto fantastický. Majitelé byli velmi milí, vstřícný. Vstup v rámci ubytování do Tauern Spa jsme naplno využili, bylo to moc příjemné po celodenním lyžování si jít odpočinout do wellness. Hotel se nachází poměrně vysoko, takže jsme museli na centrální parkoviště dojíždět autem, ale díky tomu, jsme se vyhnuli večernímu hluku z centra.

Frühstück sehr gut und hochwertige Regionale Zutaten beziehungsweise direkt von den Gastgebern selbst hergestellt. Vielleicht könnte man für Abends gegenüber des Tonistüberls beim Getränke Kühlschrank noch irgendwelche kleine Snacks bereitstellen.

The included entrance to Tauern SPA was very appreciated by the kids. The accommodation is equipped with all needed amenities. I fully recommend for a stay in Kaprun.

• Tamás (10/5): Szép panoráma, tiszta szoba, kényelmes ágy, bőséges reggeli. - Nagyon elégedettek voltunk a szállással, minden tekintetben felülmúlta az elvárásainkat. A szállás csodálatos helyen fekszik, közvetlenül az erdő mellett, gyönyörű kilátással egész Kaprunra. A környezet nyugodt és pihentető, mégis minden könnyen elérhető. A reggeli bőséges és finom volt, a szoba kifogástalanul tiszta, az ágy pedig rendkívül kényelmes, igazi feltöltődést biztosított. Minden apró részlet a vendégek kényelmét szolgálja. Külön szeretném kiemelni a szállásadók segítőkészségét. Érkezéskor sajnos autóproblémánk adódott, ezért késő este érkeztünk, de ez egyáltalán nem okozott gondot, így is zökkenőmentesen bejutottunk a szobánkba. Útközben több helyen is próbáltunk segítséget kérni (benzinkút, rendőrség, autómentő, szerviz), de sajnos sehol nem tudtak segíteni. Másnap reggel Claudia, a szállásadó, reggelinél érdeklődött, hogy megoldódott-e az autónk problémája. Amikor elmondtam, hogy még nem, és egy csőre valamint egy emelőre lenne szükségünk, azonnal szólt a férjének Toninak, aki mindent átkutatott, hogy segítsen rajtunk. Ennek köszönhetően másnap sikerült megoldani a problémát. Ez a hozzáállás számunkra példaértékű volt. Ha legközelebb Kaprunban járunk, nem kérdés, hogy ismét ide fogunk visszatérni. Szívből ajánljuk mindenkinek ezt a szállást!

It could be more diverse during the week. But the taste is very good and the view from the breakfast terrace is worth it.

The room is specious, the kitchen is excellent, the beds are great, the view is amazing, Claudia is supper helpful and friendly. The summer card is a great extra as it saved us a lot of money. Unfortunately there was not even one thing that was less than perfect. This place deserve a round 10
