• Nathan (8/5): Great hotel with great staff just bad location without a car - The hotel was lovely and a bargain. We arrived late and the staff did provide us a bento box for dinner as we had missed the slot so that was very kind of them. It is a little rough and ready in places. Some parts do need a bit of repairs. The main issue for us was the location. We didn’t drive so had to order a lot of taxis to get around. I would say staying here would be a great choice if you are renting a car but without you’re kind of stuck!
• Zbynek (4/5): It is pitty that the property is not maintained as it could have been very nice resort. - The location This property might have been very nice about 12 years ago, but it is now very neglected and poorly maintained. The staff are very friendly, but the place is clearly understaffed. The garden is not maintained ( we ordered villa with sea view, but it was impossible due to bushes in the garden ), and the property in general is lacking proper upkeep. There are damaged floors due to high humidity, the massage hot tub in the room was not working, the shower doors were broken and impossible to close, and the toilet seat did not even fit the toilet properly, among many other issues.
• moe (6/5): 今後のために、運営のありかたを真剣に検討してほしい - 唯一いいなと思ったのは、サウナとプールサイドの景色。フィンランド式サウナ、水風呂、外気浴は良き(バケツの穴あき、サウナ室内の時計の故障はあるが)。ただし、自然豊かなところなので、プールサイドの音楽のチョイスは要検討(なくてもいい) 色々とツッコミどころがある。 一番は、写真と実際の施設の老朽化のギャップである。雑草は伸びっぱなし、あらゆる施設は老朽化しており、使用不可なものが多い(ジャグジーなど)。看板や枯葉もそのまま。老朽化の補強もガムテープなどで行っており、4つ星ホテルとして、もう少し見栄えを気にして補修できないのかと疑問に思う。 スタッフは優しいものの、全体的にホテルを快適にしようという努力が見られない(お金がかかるなら、自主的に直せばいいのでは？と思うところが多い) 食事会場が全体的に暗い。衝立や配置、床の抜け(危険)など、少し工夫すれば直せる点が多い。 玄関のシーサーに年季の入った蜘蛛の巣がついているところをみると、全体的に掃除が行き届いていない印象を受けるし、おもてなし精神にも影響している気がする。 ハネムーンのような特別な目的の方もいるので、写真詐欺にならないよう、本来の姿に近づけるか、ホームページの写真を変えるかすべきかなと思います。 頑張ってください。

• Björn (4/5): - Pool war nicht sauber und es fehlte viel Wasser. Außenanlagen heruntergekommen und kaputt. Generell ist die ganze sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Frühstück war mehr ein Abendessen als ein Frühstück. Toilette im Appartement war undicht und der Toilettensitz war gebrochen. Die elektronische Toilette hat gar nicht funktioniert. Aschenbecher war voll. Klimaanlage fiel immer wieder aus. Poolbar war nur Ablageort und nicht im Betrieb. Die zwei in der Hotelbeschreibung genannten Restaurants waren beide geschlossen. Es gab keine Hotelbar sondern nur Automaten.

• Symona (9/5): The resort is certainly Improving - This was our 3rd time to stay. I and my husband loved it as usual. We wanted to stay longer. The location is so quiet, clean, good meals, and good services. The pool is good with the amazing views. We'll go back in the future for sure. The price seems to be reasonable, too. The location might be challenging without a car. No restaurants or stores near by, so only the restaurant's meals which should be fine. Or pick up something on the way to the hotel.
• ΑΝΕΤΑ (10/5): Excelent resort - The receptionist that checked us in was exceptionally lovely and all the staff really very helpful and nice. The room was great, spacious, spotlessly clean and loved the sauna-pool area. The location is perfect and would definitely recommend 100% The window drapes do not block the sun very well so we were waking up everyday at 6am from the light coming in but hey, it made us get up and about and explore instead of lay in and sleep until late which was not bad 😉

• jonathon (7/5): Comfortable little resort in a good location. - Villas are large and spacious, they're spread out across the resort giving a lot of privacy. Overall the room was tidy and had all the amenities i needed. The resort/villas were a little run down and was showing signs of aging, whether it was because i visited just on the edge of off-peak season or not i'm unsure.
• Laura Marie (7/5): Schön aber renovierungsbedürftig - Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und das Bett gemütlich. Die Zimmer sind super ausgestattet, man bekommt alles was man braucht. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand, man muss die Treppe runter gehen neben dem Pool. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen war gut. Abendessen war immer so ein Set, das war ganz gut aber man darf nicht wählerisch sein! Die Toilette in unserem Zimmer war leider kaputt, sie hatte einen Sprung in der Klobrille und die Funktionen für das Bidet funktionierten auch nicht leider. Wir bekamen dann ein neues Zimmer , was wirklich sehr aufmerksam war, allerdings war dort auch die Toilette teilweise kaputt. Das Hotel ist definitiv renovierungsbedürftig und wirkt in der Vorsaison fast ein bisschen verlassen. Obwohl das Badezimmer wirklich groß und wunderschön ist, waren viele Funktionen und Armaturen beschädigt. Der Strand ist leider sehr vermüllt wenn man runter geht und eher nicht zum entspannten Sonnenliegen geeignet. Der Poolbereich ist schön aber auch hier renovierungsbedürftig. Die Beleuchtung für die Wege zwischen den Villen ist sehr schlecht, man braucht fast eine Taschenlampe. Mit Auto ist die Lage in Ordnung, ohne Auto kommt man leider sonst nirgendswo hin.

• AnlaufC (6/5): In die Jahre gekommener Charme - Man hat der Anlage angesehen, dass sie einst sehr schick und sehr gut ausgestattet war. Das Personal war freundlich. Die Lage ist gut, wenn man ein Auto hat. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war sehr gut. Leider wird kein Augenmerk mehr auf die einst hochwertige und schöne Ausstattung gelegt. Alles wirkt total heruntergekommen. Die Poolbar, das Restaurant, der Spabereich, alles geschlossen. Die Außenanlagen ungepflegt, die Zimmer riechen muffig. Ich könnte leider noch Einiges aufzählen, es ist einfach schade, denn man erkennt definitiv noch, dass das Hotel wirklich einmal sehr schön gewesen sein muss.

• Michelle (9/5): Great individual private cabins with delicious set dinner meals. - Remote, quiet, individual housing for families. Great set menu dinners, chef quality. Breakfast buffet also great. Comfortable bedding but mattress a bit hard. Refrigerator and microwave and hot water pot included. Large spacious bathroom with two showers. Pool area old, looked abandoned, outdated, broken pool tiles, and closed during our stay in late March which should be mentioned on website or booking. Beach area with lots of trash, we even picked up most of it ourselves to help the environment and marine life.

There was no outdoor bar that was operating, and one couldn't just arrive for dinner (you had to reserve ahead of time, making planning less flexible).

• Erimm55 (6/5): Pleasant but not going back there... - I had a pleasant stay at this resort, staff was extremely kind and helped me when I needed, food was exceptional, both breakfast and dinner were probably my favorite thing about staying here. The problem is that there were too many things I didn't like at this resort, even though I had a pleasant stay many things bothered me and for that reason I wouldn't recommend or go back to this resort. 1- the maintenance of the resort... seriously, it feels like they gave up on the place, the grass was so high that my room which was called ocean had no view of the ocean, the path around the resort was dirty full of trash rubish and broken fences and stuff, there was a fountain in front of my room which was really dirty I had concerns about if it was safe to stay near such trash. In the back of my room there was supposed to be a porch but it was destroyed and all broken so the view from my ocean room was grass and broken dirty porch. 2 - things don't work, in my room the wifi didn't work so they provided me with a pocket wi fi which also didn't work, so let's use 3g from the phone ... also can't get a signal so just no internet. One of the water boilers for the laundry area and kitchen was broken so only cold water, I complained but they said it couldn't be fixed. The curtains in the toilet were broken so no privacy. 3 - I traveled with my 5 months old baby so I asked for a crib and before traveling they sent me an email confirming that the crib was avaliable, but when I got there the crib was in the living room they said it couldn't fit in the room so my baby had to sleep on the bed which was very difficult because he had never done that so it kind of made our nights very hard. 4 - location ... too far from everything, this one I knew before traveling but still a negative point. 5 - the room we were given...

• ChubbyDragon (8/5): Relaxing stay - This is my third stay at this hotel. Love the spacious private villa-style rooms. They're a bit dated but with their own charm. The food was amazing as always, especially the all-you-can-eat ice cream station -- for breakfast! The room I got this time seemed to be in need of repair as the bathroom drain didn't work properly and water kept flooding the bathroom floor.

• CHIEKO (9/5): 私にとって初めての沖縄、娘とのリフレッシュ旅行 - お世話になりました。沖縄旅行に当ホテルを利用させて頂きました・3日間の旅行でしたが、レンタカーで観光地巡やアクテビティを楽しみ旅を満喫する事が出来、とても充実した旅行でした。 宿泊するVillaは適度な距離感で自然の中に建ち、ホテル内は落ち着いた雰囲気でした。スタップの方々も丁寧な対応で、特に19日の夕食特にレストランで対応をして下さった男性のスタップさんには心配りの気遣いを頂き嬉しく思いました。言葉使いもとても丁寧でした。 夕食のお料理も美味しく、また朝食もお料理の種類が多く美味しく頂けて良かったと思います。 お部屋内ではアメニティ他備品も充実しており、ゆったりと寛げました。 ロケーションも良く、友人にもお薦めしたいと思います。 お部屋のバスルームに洗面器があれば良かったと思いました。家族連れの中には小さなお子さんもいらっしゃると思いますので備え付けて有れば使い勝手が良いと思いました。

• Dante (8/5): Faded glory though still worth staying. - Really friendly and helpful staff. Lovely, private beach. They cooked us vegan food each evening. The hotel is dated and really needs a good tidy up. The photos are from several years ago. The resort is showing it's age.

• Timothy (8/5): - It’s a big resort complex with a variety of facilities including infinity pool, sauna and karaoke. My room was huge and well equipped due to shoulder season late booking discounts.
• Anne-Sophie (6/5): Hôtel vétuste qui avait connu de beaux jours mais qui doit être rénové et mieux exploité - L’établissement en tant que tel a dû connaître de beaux jours. La vue de la piscine est jolie, les petites villas sont assez spacieuses et confortables, notamment la literie et la salle de bain équipée d’un bain à remous et de deux douches. La plupart du personnel est sympathique malgré qq incidents repris ci-dessous. Il y a vraiment plusieurs points négatifs qui ont pour conséquence que nous ne conseillerons pas cet hôtel à nos proches. 1- Comme déjà indiqué à plusieurs reprises dans d’autres commentaires, l’hôtel est vétuste. La salle de bain de notre chambre présentait de nombreux problèmes : le bain fuitait, l’évier se cassait et la toilette coulait (ils ont mis une serviette pour l’eau)… Les espaces communs tels que la salle de petit déjeuner / restaurant présente un sol à refaire complètement et rattaché par du scotch! Franchement nous ne sommes pas vite choqués mais au prix facturé (l’équivalent de 175€/nuit pp en basse saison) c’est vraiment abusé. 2- Contrairement aux habitudes japonaises, l’endroit n’est pas suffisamment nettoyé et n’est donc pas propre. Par exemple, nous avions un sachet avec de la viande crue dans notre frigo laissé par les anciens occupants de la chambre et qui n’a pas été jeté par le personnel de nettoyage. Nous avons dû le signaler deux fois et in fine nous avons dû nous même le rendre à la réception. Les vitres de notre chambre étaient sales et il y avait des toiles d’araignée dans de nombreux coins. 3- Bien que le personnel soit relativement sympathique et prévenant, nous avons connu une mauvaise expérience en essayant de réserver un massage par un institut extérieur qui venait à l’hôtel. Le personnel nous a aidé à réserver le massage (ce qui est gentil de leur part) mais ne nous a pas prévenu que la salle de relaxation que l’on voit depuis la réception sert à présent d’entrepôt. Ce n’est qu’à l’arrivée des masseuses que nous avons été informés que le massage se ferait dans notre chambre, ce que nous avons trouvé complètement inapproprié pour un massage professionnel et pas du tout confortable vu que pas sur une table de massage. Alors que nous refusions ce massage dans ces conditions, le personnel de l’hôtel a essayé de nous mettre la pression en nous disant que les frais seraient intégralement à notre charge.

• YOSEB (8/5): Wish we booked more nights here! - As many others wrote the resort is a little old and needs some renovation BUT the room was super clean, spacious and equipped with every possible comfort/amenitie. The swimming pool is fantastic: huge with an amazing view. The staff is super kind and helpful. There is no beach in front of the resort but you can reach the ocean through a stair leading directly into the water.

• Federica (8/5): - Above all the staff: they are the best part of the resort! So kind and welcoming !! Our villa was beautiful, the bathroom super. The location is perfect for a relaxing stay I think the resort would be perfect if maintenance work was done. It s a perfect location if you rent a car, otherwise you ll have to move by taxi.

• Anna (8/5): Relaxation and calm - The staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms were clean. The pool was clean as well. The dinner minutes were versatile and very delicious. You have your own house what makes it very comfortable. The neighboring houses are far enough away, so that you can still relax in the evening and sit in peace on the balcony. The prize was great for All you'll get. I can defenetly recommend it. Breakfast was versatile, but very little Western food

• Verified traveler (6/5): Lovely resort, but villa needs a refurb - My husband and I stayed for one night. The staff were really friendly and the villa was spacious and in a great location with a lovely ocean view! We also had a nice dinner and breakfast there. Unfortunately, our villa (111) needed some maintenance - one of the sinks was broken in the bathroom, the shower door kept getting stuck and the toilet seat was very wobbly. The whole villa was a bit worn with age and use, and needs a refurb. Saying that, it was fine for a night's stay (we slept well) and despite the need for some TLC, it is a nice resort with a lot of potential! We didn't go in the pool, but the pool area and sauna looked fab! Would recommend it if you're in the area.
• Dsp24720 (9/5): Great location with a great feel to it. - The location was very convenient for Ginoza area and away from the busy areas. It was a resort with cabanas and separated with adequate space between. The cabana itself was large enough to not make you feel cramped. The shower area, toilet area, and vanity areas were all large. The main building had restaurants and vending machines. The large bathroom had a jacuzzi tub, but it didn't work. Overall the cabana furniture appears to have seen better days - at least the one we stayed at. The resort website indicated you might see bugs and we did, but nothing out of the ordinary. We did have an ant infestation underneath the cabana. It rained a couple days and the ants came out in force to rebuild. We informed the staff and they sprayed and gave us bait traps for the inside. The two biggest issues were the non-working tub and the ant issue. Overall, the cabana was adequate for our stay, but the property needs to be updated - especially considering the price for the week's stay.

• MIKI (6/5): 年末年始のプチ家族旅行 - トイレ周りの水漏れが気になりました。 夕食より朝食がとても良かった。 従業員の方たちふろんとからレストランまで行ったり来たり頑張ってました。 気取ってなくて帰って過ごしやすかったです。 お料理もう少しというとこでした。
• Tomotaka (8/5): 部屋が広いです。 - トライアスロン参加で使用しました。部屋が広くて自転車の分解、組み立てのスペースも十分です。３人は入れます。 ただし部屋の中に大量に蟻がいます。食べ物は必ず冷蔵庫での保管が必要です。またヤモリもいます。爬虫類が苦手な人には無理かもしれません。 フロントの対応はとても良いです。
• Kevin Ray (10/5): - It was an absolute blast to stay here. Let's start with improvements and caveats first though. I did feel that it could have used a few more lights at night and while there is a washing machine and dryer, it is outdoors in the open so it may not be the best. However, everything else was EXCELLENT. I chose the cheapest room and it had PLENTY of space similar to my own apartment with a VERY big bathroom. You also have an amazing pool with a view overlooking the ocean and there's even a path that leads to a private beach. As for dining, I chose the Half Board option with breakfast and dinner included. Breakfast tends to be a wonderful buffet, while dinner is a fusion of Japanese and Italian cuisine. All of this topped off by excellent customer service makes this an easy repeat stay for the next time I have to work in the area.
• Gita (9/5): Relaxing stay - The staff were very friendly and helpful. Good location, right on the coast. Very quiet and peaceful -- perfect for a restful retreat. The room (villa) was really spacious with a beautiful ocean view. The bathroom was large; much more than most hotels I've stayed in before. There was a nice counter space, a separate shower and bath, and a jacuzzi tub, too. I chose the half-board plan during my stay and the food, both breakfast and dinner, was delicious. Some of the facilities seem a bit old. A bit of duct tape was visible here and there. Some of the functions of the bidet didn't work. These are minor, though, and didn't negatively affect my stay.

• Maria (2/5): did not meet expectations at all - down side of our honey moon - the room was the only thing that met expectations The hotel was poorly maintained, despite its potentially privileged location. The beach was completely dirty, making it impossible to enjoy, and the pool was also unclean. Breakfast was disappointing, with bad coffee. Additionally, the hotel is in a remote location, difficult to reach, and the staff offered no assistance in navigating the area or arranging transportation.

Restaurant, grounds, decking on the villa and the pool area is questionable and needs replacing. Very very surprised at how pleasant the stay was and how nice the interior of the villa was. Definitely dated, but kept well!

• Itakura (6/5): - 水回りが使いづらく、故障箇所が多い。メンテナンスが行き届いてないと感じる。 維持が大変だとは思うが、顧客が離れる気がします。 正直、再度と言う気持ちにはなれない。
• KEIICHI (8/5): コテージタイプの素敵なホテル - コテージタイプのリゾートホテルで楽しく過ごせました。全体的にはコストパフォーマンスが良く、スタッフも親切で快適でした。また、来たいと思います。但し、今後のためにちょっと気になったのが３点あります。お部屋に蜘蛛の巣が掛かっていました。あれは一夜で出来るレベルではないものです。また、プールの底に特定の場所のみ土が堆積していたように見えました。最後に朝食があまり美味しくなかった。種類はそこそこあるのですが、どの料理もなんかイマイチに感じました。料理を作られた方には申し訳ないですが、率直な感想としてお許しください。
• Renee (4/5): Not worth the money - Very disappointed. Everything was worn down. Poor lighting to villas, no mats on lounge chairs, jacuzzi tub didn’t work, ant infestation (with zero food in room), beds hard, worthless pillows, none of the restaurants or bars were open except breakfast room, toilet flooded, had to move rooms. Very disappointed! Has the potential but I would not recommend in its current state.
• Farris (8/5): The place is honestly a great getaway and is perfect if you need to go somewhere away from the noise of every day life, - I loved the food as well as the pool, also the personal villas are amazing to stay in. The location and view all around was great! The staff were some of the nicest I’ve ever had at a resort/villa,hotel. I cut my foot on the tiles on the steps at the pool, also the room had a small bug problem, but honestly I can live with that. The beds felt pretty hard sort of uncomfortable to sleep on at times.
