- filina (10/5): - La amabilidad de sus trabajadores y la limpieza. Cualquier cosa que necesitas, te ayudan a solucionarlo. No es su culpa pero está en una calle donde hay mayoristas y dejan muy sucia la calle, es una pena porque le da mal aspecto. Pero imagino que no pueden hacer nada al respecto.

- Goodwin (7/5): Carino, da migliorare. Staff gentile - Abbiamo avuto dei problemi con la camera e abbiamo chiesto di cambiarla. Lo staff è stato molto efficiente e in 15min ci ha trovato una nuova soluzione che ci ha soddisfatto molto. L'hotel è centralissimo, con due bambini di 9 e 7 anni siamo sempre andati a piedi anche dall'altra parte del Bosforo. Lo staff è molto cordiale. Comodissima la navetta da e per l'aeroporto. La colazione: al di là che non c'è molto dolce, ma a noi piace mangiare anche salato e provare cose nuove, la stanza era troppo piccola e a volte toccava stare in piedi e attendere che il tavolo si liberasse. Inoltre, il cibo non era proprio freschissimo, in 4 gg le melanzane erano sempre le stesse come anche altri piatti.

Bagno con una bella doccia , camera abbastanza pulita e di dimensioni decenti . Struttura a 7/8 minuti a piedi dalla moschea blu Materassi dei letti molto molto usurati , si sprofondava anche essendo molto magro e cuscini molto scomodi . Colazione non molto buona

- Andreea (10/5): - The rooms are exactly like in the photos. The staff is amazing! If I will ever go back Istanbul I will rent a room in Balpetek Hotel for sure!
- Tiberiu (8/5): - Hotel OK situated on a very narrow street, close to Cemberlitas tram station, but very hard to be found even with the GPS, if you travel by car. Also, be prepared to pay 20€/day if you need parking nearby. Breakfast is the same every day, quite basic, consists of omelet, fried eggs, cheese, pressed cheese, tomatoes, olives, salami, sliced sausages, butter, honey, jam, few types of pastry, coffee, tea, milk, some other salads, melon. Beds were very comfortable, with 2 types of pillows, quality and very clean bedsheets. Quite close to the hotel is a supermarket "Show", restaurants, borek (Turkish pastry). My room's door was not properly mounted. There is 1cm space between the door and it's frame which permits to smell in the morning what they cook for breakfast and "hear better" any movement near the elevator... Quite embarrassing IMHO and EASY to solve at least with insulating sponge.

Anche sulla richiesta di una colazione a portare via la mattina della partenza in cui avevamo aereo presto. Ottima colazione, stanza nuova, asciugamani cambiati ogni GG. Posizione a due passi a piedi dalla moschea blu. Non erano necessari neanche i mezzi.assolutamente da consigliare Servirebbero un po' piu' di appoggi in stanza e in bagno. un unico armadio piccolo e 2 sedie per una quadrupla erano un po' pochi anche per noi che abbiamo viaggiato con gli zaini

- Mohammed (8/5): Decent hotel for the price and location - The staff were very polite and extremely helpful. The location was good and the included breakfast was good and varied. The cleaning service was reliable. The beds were comfortable and the time had sufficient amenities. Some things/amenities in the room didn't function properly or were broken. The bathroom is probably where this was most prominent. The shower head was loose and the sun was cracked. The room we had was also not the best for around insulation - very easy to hear other guests. However, outdoor noise was relatively well kept out.

- elena (10/5): Очень скромный отель для непритязательных людей. - Номер супер маленький, сильный шум от внешних кондиционеров слышен при закрытом окне. Зашли в номер и сразу ощутили убогость. Сразу же ушли из отеля и перешли в соседний отель. Такое ощущение, что отзывы пишут люди, которые жили только в хостелах. Полное разочарование. Самый плохой отель из всех, где мы жили. Расположение неплохое, близко от остановки трамвая Т1, но уклон сильный. Тяжело идти с чемоданом по брусчатке. Шум от кондиционеров, от улицы даже с закрытым окном.

- Martina (9/5): - Lo staff si è mostrato gentilissimo e molto disponibile nel rispondere alle nostre domande, sia prima che durante il soggiorno. La camera ha tutto ciò che serve. La colazione era buona anche se per i nostri gusti aveva poche opzioni dolci. L’hotel si trova a due minuti a piedi dalla fermata del tram e si può raggiungere il quartiere di Sultanahmet comodamente a piedi. Non lontano dall’hotel ci sono anche molti ristoranti, negozi e un supermercato. In generale, consigliato per amici o coppie!

I receptionists molto gentili e sempre presenti, anche durante la colazione. Che definirei essenziale. Il letto molto comodo, camera silenziosa. Resta innegabile che il rapporto qualità prezzo è il punto forte dell’hotel. Forse un po’ più di varietà a colazione.

Personnel aux petits soins vraiment tous très gentils, accueillants et bienveillants. Petit déjeuner. Pas de fruit, pas de confiture pour le Pain. Chambre très très petite, à peine la place d’ouvrir la valise et pas de portes manteaux ou armoires pour installer les vêtements.

- Ева (8/5): - Местоположението е близо до всичко. Много близо до трамвай. Персоналът е много любезен и отзивчив. Оставихме си куфара при тях на съхранение без допълнителна такса. Почистването беше ежедневно, подмяната на кърпи също. Закуската беше задоволителна и непрекъснато се следеше и зареждаше при нужда. Цена-качество отговаря напълно на очакванията. Може да се направи лек козметичен ремонт на стаята и да се поставят закачалки и извън гардероба.

El personal muy amable, desayuno completo y variado y una habitación muy decente por lo que ofertan en Istambul en esa zona y por un precio razonable. La calle donde se ubica, como la mayoría de la zona, no es una maravilla, algo más de luz a la noche vendría bien... tampoco es culpa del hotel.

Огромное спасибо за помощь персоналу отеля. Детям нездоровилось, все менеджеры проявили невероятную отзывчивость, Мохаммед дал при заезде полезные советы и рекомендации по локациям, нашел дежурную аптеку, дал свой зонтик, второй менеджер (не уточнила имя) разрешил поздний чек-аут, в день отъезда сам связался со службой трансфера и решил вопрос с точкой прибытия, так подъезд к отелю был закрыт. Молодой человек Али был очень предупредителен и помог донести тяжелый багаж до такси. Мы не в первый раз в Стамбуле, но благодаря вам наш короткий визит был особенно незабываемым. Обязательно вернемся еще. Все прекрасно

La calle secundaria un poco oscura. Muy Buenas camas para los 4. Muy cómodas y todos dormimos muy bien El baño era muuuuy justo. Para estar una persona dentro y ajustada. Con 4 en la familia se hizo complicado Poco espacio para las maletas. Desayuno bufet ajustado pero correcto. Muy pocas opciones de lácteos.

The fried potatoes were cold. On the first day, we went to eat breakfast around 9 o’clock, and when we got there, some items were missing and were not replaced unless you asked someone. On the second day, we went at 8 o’clock thinking the food would be warm and fully available, but it was still the same.

Staff is friendly and helpful in finding transportation options or activities. The room is a bit small but that's typical being in this part of town. We had really good dinner at some restaurants nearby.
