Tatiana (10/5): Хороший отель для того, чтобы ничего не делать - Почти все! Как построен отель. Как зонирован. Очень уютный, красивый отель, очень фотогеничный. Чисто, уютно, номера большие. Прекрасные разнообразные завтраки: хочешь европейскую кухню, хочешь местную. Можно попробовать много разных блюд. На территории ресторан у бассейна, в течение дня еда доступна в любое время. Можно вообще не выходить из отеля, есть все необходимое для отдыха. Если заскучаете, в округе много красивых ресторанов, до которых можно добраться на такси. От отеля ходит трансфер в центр Хуа Хина, но мы там ничего интересного для себя не нашли, видели там улочку с барами, ночной рынок и массажные салоны. С радостью вернулись в отель и продолжили наслаждаться тюленьим отдыхом у моря и у бассейна. Было не очень жарко и бассейны не прогревались. У нас в номере засорилась раковина, мы не обращались на ресепшн, нам было лень. Но и уборщицы за 5 дней эту информацию не передали, так и жили с засором. Во время нашего пребывания не работал SPA.
Christoph (9/5): Sehr ruhig gelegen und doch relativ nah genug nach Hua Hin Downtown. Perfekt für Erholung. Relativ klein für ein Ressort - Gute Ausstattung und sehr komfortable Zimmer. Staff sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Es sollte mehr Liegen & Sonnenschirme am Strand haben.

Armin (9/5): - Man merkt das im Team eine gute Stimmung herrscht. So fröhlich, freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Frühstücksbuffet ist super, im Restaurant kann man auch gut essen aber nicht so wie in den kleinen familiengeführten Restaurants an der Straße, wenn man gern Thaifood isst. Die Poolllandschaft ist prima hab meine 66 Bahnen 2112m genossen. Das sich Massagefrauen am Strand angesiedelt haben ist auch ein Plus. Vor dem Hotel gibt es einen breiten Sandstrand an dem ausgedehnte Spaziergänge möglich sind. Das Zimmer (4205) ist geräumig mit Balkon der sogar eine kleines Bett hat. Das große Bad sorgt auch für den Wohlfühlcharakter des Resorts. Es gibt einen kostenlosen Shuttle zum Clocktower und zurück und wenn es später wird kostet ein Grab Taxi auch nur 170 Baht. Täglich Trinkwasser und hin und wieder Obstteller auf's Zimmer. Das es im Nachbarhotel 4 Pinacolada für 612 Bath gibt hat uns auch gefallen. Schade ist, das von dem Balkon das Meer nicht zu sehen ist. Schlimm sind die häufigen indischen Hochzeiten im Nachbarhotel mit teilweise dröhnenden Bässen ab Mittag und Böllern in der Nacht. Auch das der Strand ziemlich vermüllt ist, fanden wir störend. Da könnte die Tourismussbehörde gern abhilfe schaffen. Zu wenig Liegen und Sonnenschirme.

If you plan to come here during a public holiday you have to wait in line for breakfast since they definitely don't have enough tables. Overall I'm disappointed.

Knight (8/5): Ace of Hua Hin Hotel review - Very nice hotel. The breakfast was very good including the seating set up. The breakfast is highly priced. You could eat inside and outside with lovely selections of food. Our pool room was very comfortable and felt 5 star. The main pool was lovely with nice beds and the food was good in the restaurant. The hotel has some positives, but overall, it lacked atmosphere and certain conveniences. The pool didn’t have any snacks or drinks available, though you could order drinks from the bar and have them brought over. However, service was quite slow, though the staff were friendly. The beach itself was beautiful, but there were a lot of jellyfish, which made swimming less enjoyable. The location is a bit out of the way and very quiet, so we found ourselves heading out each night to explore Hua Hin. Prices at the hotel were quite high, especially compared to a nearby beach bar where drinks were much more reasonably priced. The rooms were great, but the overall vibe of the hotel felt a little lifeless. We didn't have our room cleaned a few days in a row even after asking and leaving the sign on the door. We had to call and finally was cleaned in the evening. Additionally, there was a lack of information provided. For example, we had to find pool towels ourselves, whereas at another hotel we stayed at, staff brought them over and menus were available at each bed. There was also no guidance on the local area, so we had to figure out what to see and do on our own. While the stay wasn’t bad, a bit more attention to detail and service could have made it much better.

Wayne (9/5): Superb - one of the best ever hotel buffet breakfast - immense selection and includes several lunch items as well and reasonable amount changing daily items too. It was very popular as evidenced by the many hotel guests in the huge dining area. The beach was better than I expected. I heard that Hua Hin did not have the best beachs but the water was quite clear and sand was good too. Low tide went out a long way exposing the nice flat sand. my room was not spotless and the hotel is not brand new even though it looked that way in the photos
Ellertsson (9/5): Very nice and relatively small property with excellent rooms and great breakfast - The property is absolutely beautiful and atmosphere calm and easy. The rooms are located in various buildings and I do recommend staying in the main four buildings which have easy access to the pool, beach, lobby and restaurant area - the last building (6) is a bit far from the pool and located at the back of the hotel by the parking area. Rooms were exceptional with balcony and all the amenities expected from a five star hotel. Even though it is located a bit outside of downtown Hua Hin the property provides pre booked shuttle services both ways and taking a taxi for the 15 minute ride is also cheap and easy. The pool restaurant and bar area were quite nice although it was a bit disappointing that the top floor of the bar was not in use and not serviced during our stay - quite sad since this would be an excellent spot to enjoy drinks in the sunset. The staff were not as attentive as one would expect from Thai welcoming and hospital reception. Other than that our stay was perfect.

Joseph (8/5): Great hotel in a nice location, but the restaurant was below par with limited choices. - The hotel itself is very beautiful and the location is great. The beach isn’t the best, but if you want a relaxing holiday it’s perfect to just chill by the pool and enjoy the view. Perfect for a relaxing trip, not so much if you are looking for adventure. The people were all really nice BUT the restaurant staff either forgot our orders or ignored us half the time. If you are vegetarian or vegan, I would not recommend this hotel.

Robin (5/5): Will not stay here again. - Choice of western food for breakfast was very poor .Distance to dining room was quite far. Beach was not clean and presentation was not up to standard. Only one waiter was extremely helpful and was working to please guests, a lot of the others would just stand idle.

Bell boys are great and would take you to 7/11 Store for provisions and back again in golf buggy, will also take you to bottom of the road where there is a great little Thai restaurant owned by a middle aged couple serving great food really cheaply (must go). Overall a very nice place to just chill out. No proper bar there, they serve drinks at the Ivy restaurant and for the pool but that’s it, so quite soulless. You are quite isolated there without transport and GrabApp doesn’t really work in Cha Am, though hotel will get you a taxi.

Ahmad (7/5): A lovely resort where you can relax and unwind by the sea - Staff were really friendly and attentive and always greeted us with a smile and provided services promptly when requested. Personal thank you to Oil at reception who helped us plan some trips and activities. We booked the 2 bedroom tropical villa and the size of the rooms were really spacious and the private pool size was impressive. The food at the Ivy restaurant was tasty and we especially enjoyed the freshly cooked seafood. The room could have been cleaned more thoroughly as we found a couple of dead insects near the curtains. One of the bathrooms had slight mould in the shower but apart from that the resort itself was really clean and tidy. The mosquitos were a nuisance and we had to make sure all doors were kept closed. The wooden decking in the private pool area needs replacing as it was warped and bouncy.
