• Marta (8/5): Wszystko, czego dwie osoby mogą zapragnąć na kilkudniowy pobyt z nastawieniem na zwiedzanie - Świetna lokalizacja, czysto, bardzo dobre wyposażenie - w pełni wyposażona kuchnia, ręczniki, suszarka, wiatrak, wszystko czyste i schludne, telewizor z możliwością zalogowania się do platform streamingowych, intuicyjna instrukcja dostania się do środka. Wygodne, czyste łóżko. Brak klimatyzacji (lub na tyle skomplikowana, że nie dało się jej włączyć), lokal jest w suterenie i trzeba się do niego dostać po wąskich, stromych schodach, więc jest to przygoda dla osób sprawnych i zwinnych. Dodatkowo, okno typowo brytyjskie - nie da się uchylić - jest albo otwarte, albo zamknięte, nie można zostawić rozszczelnionego na noc (co by się przydało, bo robi się duszno).

To mój drugi pobyt, pokój nie jest bardzo duży ale jest czysty, i posiada wszystko to co potrzebne, lodówka, czajnik, klima, żelazko, deska do prasowania, WiFi itp. Wystarczający dla jednej osoby lub pary. Łazienka jest czysta i optymalnych rozmiarów. Jedynym minusem jest fakt że nie ma gdzie zostawić walizki przed/po pobycie.

• María (7/5): Calidad precio bien - La ubicación es muy buena, se podía llegar andando desde Piccadilly en unos 30 minutos y en metro muy bien conectado. La habitación estaba bien equipada y limpia. No tiene aire acondicionado, pero hay un ventilador que funciona bien. Cerca hay supermercados, restaurantes y cafeterías. No me ha gustado la habitación que nos tocó. Estaba en la planta sótano y la ventana en el techo. Para mi gusto sensación de ratonera. Quizá las otras habitaciones en las plantas superiores sean mejor.

The shower had good pressure and the free toiletries smelled nice It was really difficult to control the temperature so I found it hard to sleep. There was also a glaring light from the microwave facing the bed which contributed to the lack of sleep

Ein Loch, bleibt ein Loch. Im Keller, extrem steile, kleine Metalltreppen, Zimmer ohne Fenster, s.g. Essecke Beinbreite vom Bett direkt an der Tür, sehr unfair b. Booking präsentiert. Decke übern Bett mit Faustgroßem Loch und Wasser- oder Schimmelflecken. Riesenbaustelle vor der Tür.

The apartment had all the amenities, including a clothing iron, which I appreciated very much. The entrance door is not blocking the outside noise and there was a construction site across the street, but the earplugs did the trick.

• Rachel (10/5): Really cute little flat. - Excellent location, spotless and had everything I needed for a short stay. Bed was super comfy! Not much! I had the attic so it was a bit warm but I could’ve used the air con if I wanted to! The stairs are a bit narrow.

• Ewelina (10/5): Przyjemny pokoik w rewelacyjnej lokalizacji - Maleńki pokoik ale posiadający wszystko co niezbędne do życia. Małym minusem jest to że WiFi jest bardzo słabe na dole (czasem zanika) ale nie zaważa to na mojej ogólnej opinii. Największym plusem jest lokalizacja- lepszej chyba w tej cenie nie można mieć :) blisko do metra, obok knajpka z przepysznymi śniadaniami, blisko też macdonald i dużo pubów a krótki spacer prowadzi nas do soho. Bardzo polecam! Aha, zapomniałam wspomnieć że jest cicho i spokojnie :)

• Leander (9/5): Alles in allem ein fast perfektes Apartment für einen kurzen Trip nach London! - Check-in mit Türcode und Lockbox sehr klar und einfach. Sehr gut ausgestattetes Apartment mit wirklich allem, was man für den Urlaub oder sogar längere Aufenthalte braucht. Moderne, neue Einrichtung, außerordentlich sauber. Ausblick nach Süden mit viel Tageslicht und direktem Blick auf den BT-Tower. Zahlreiche Restaurants in der Umgebung und super Erreichbarkeit von ÖPNV, zentrale Lage lädt zum Laufen ein :) Auch wenn das Apartment recht klein ist, habe ich die Größe für eine Person als perfekt empfunden. Sehr hellhörig. Türen, Schritte und Stimmen der anderen Gäste waren ziemlich hörbar, jedoch kein Lärm von außen.
• MR (8/5): Un alloggio per chi vuole comodità, soprattutto, negli spostamenti. - Tutto abbastanza nuovo, senza particolari problemi e/o mancanze. Temperatura fantastica e posizione incredibilmente comoda a un passo da, addirittura, 3 stazioni della metro. Non abbiamo mai avuto problemi negli spostamenti. Il centro (SOHO, Covent Garden, British Museum, Carnaby Street) è a soli 15 minuti a piedi. Per tornare nell'alloggio, ci abbiamo impiegato SEMPRE meno di 20 minuti ovunque fossimo. TOP! Le dotazioni della cucina sono un pò risicate (ci sarebbe voluto uno scolapasta e un scolaposate/piatti e, magari, qualche posata in più). La dotazione di asciugamani era scarsa per 6 giorni e la considero un pò al limite, sarebbe andato meglio con un cambio in più. Suggerirei di dotare l'appartamento di un aspirapolvere e/o di una vera e propria scopa sopratutto per soggiorni più lunghi di qualche giorno.

• Carlotta (9/5): Posizione perfetta, casa curata e pulita - La casa è in una posizione veramente ottima per visitare Londra, si trova in una via poco trafficata e molto silenziosa la notte. Gli appartamenti sono piccoli ma curati nei dettagli e sopratutto non c'è la moquette che è un grande plus in termini di pulizia nelle case inglesi. Abbiamo alloggiato all'ultimo piano e sebbene sia mansardato il tetto non è troppo basso e la presenza dei lucernai dona una luce molto bella alla casa. Il bagno è piccolo ma pulito, la doccia è molto ben tenuta La cucina e il tavolino sono adatti alla colazione e a pasti veloci, c'è anche un armadio a 2 ante per sistemare i vestiti ed è presente il phon per i capelli. Il Wifi funziona bene. Unica nota negativa sono le prese che hanno l'attacco inglese e sarebbe carino se la struttura fornisse degli adattatori per i turisti. Noi sapevamo già che in UK hanno prese diverse per cui ci siamo portati gli adattatori da casa.

• Roos (6/5): Praktisch centraal gelegen appartement. - Centrale locatie Het was ontzettend warm in het appartement. De airco werkt niet goed. Bij aankomst deed hij het niet, dit werd de volgende ochtend gerepareerd, echter het effect was minimaal. Wellicht is een grondige onderhoudsbeurt een goed idee. Gevolg is dat we continu ramen open moesten hebben, wat in de stad niet echt aan te bevelen is.
• Klaassen (2/5): heel slecht - Locatie is fijn Ik heb een kamer geboekt voor 2 personen, dit was alles behalve voor 2 personen. Super kleine kamer in de kelder. Smal bed wat echt niet geschikt is voor 2 volwassenen. Super gehorig, je hoort de buren een kast openen, en je hoort elke minuut de tram onder je door rijden. Bovendien hadden we geen raam naar buiten. Wij zijn eerder vertrokken omdat we zo slecht sliepen in deze kamer.

Die Küche und der kleine Essbereich haben mir auch sehr gut gefallen. Es war recht ringhörig, sowohl zum Treppenhaus, wie auch gegen die Strasse. Die Kochutensilien (u.a. Rüstmesser, und Kelle) waren von dürftiger Qualität.

• Cebeven (7/5): - Very tidy, modern and a great location. Note these are a basement room divided up into small spaces so noise is tricky, you will hear everything going on in the other rooms and the air flow is also challenging.

The stairs to reach the basement floor we too steep for not good fit person and if you arrive in the night the light doesn’t go on until you are mid of the stairs , and the gate is also difficult to close when you are in the stairs.

• Deanna (5/5): Great location for where I needed to go, but have reservations about staying again. - I liked the concept of converting two arcades of a cellar extending out under the pavement. Clever use of space, with all the amenities present, including well equipped kitchen. Bed creaked loudly when sat upon. A vent of some kind in the position of where one would naturally rest with one's head against the wall. No table to sit at or chair, bed only option. Step down should have strip which illuminates in the dark. Stubbed my toe returning from bathroom in night. Scratched arm on catch of bathroom door. Clothes hanging space was too short. Too noisy, could hear bed creaks from room opposite. Fire alarm went off in Flat 3 at 1.15am, so all had to evacuate onto pavement. Uncertain basement apartments had code to access fire panel behind door for flats above pavement, so nothing I could do to silence it on the panel? Appeared to be a fault, as no smoke was reported by others staying. No email instructions for access received, so had to call company when arrived at location.

Excellent use of space for such a tiny room, congratulations to their architects / interior-designers. There are steep, narrow stairs up to the rooms, and no lifts. If a guest has mobility issues and is not fit and relatively strong, getting luggage up could be a challenge. The room was very hot and a little airless even with the window open. The bed was a small double and only just big enough for the two of us, even though we are both below average height/weight. But for one person travelling alone, the room is ideal.

Important difference was 1) Too much noise from the other - Location Noise from the other tenants whilst they were using stairs and doors, fire alarm initiation 03:00 am and continued for one hour, with a subsequent exit of the room and the building. The day after nobody from the managers took the responsibility to apologized for the inconvenience they created

Staying in a basement appt and the instructions weren't very clear on how to obtain the key, we had to call for assistance. Also tea and coffee available which we were delighted after long day of travelling, but no milk! Also, bed terrible for squeaking even with turning around.

Para bajar a la habitación que nos tocó la número 8, las escaleras son muy peligrosas, una persona mayor no podría acceder.

Will use again definitely. Steep stairs to basement in the rain. The treads are very small going down with luggage so be careful.

• LUCREZIA (7/5): Rapporto qualità prezzo buona - Appartamento piccolo ma completo del necessario. Pulito e comodo come posizione. Lavandino del bagno molto piccolo e quindi un po scomodo. Letto e cuscini scomodo.
• Eymard (9/5): - La ubicación era céntrica pero tranquila. No tenía un acceso fácil.
