• Cristina (1/5): Nefasto y horrible. - Nada tiene que ver con las fotos El trato de los trabajadores nefasto, nos atendió a la llegada sin encender ninguna luz, tuvimos que encender la linterna del movil para poder ver y hablar con el, las habitaciones de los años 70 , muebles rotos , no habia jabon para ducharse, te dejan 2 pastillas de manos, el desayuno mal, nada que ver con los desayunos marroquíes, es el peor sitio en los alos que llevo que he estado. Creo que voy a dejar de utilizar Booking, me ha decepcionado. Me he sentido estafada claramente. Una mala experiencia y un robo .

El trato del personal fue regular salvo el chico de recepción que era muy simpático y amable. El desayuno es bastante escueto, las instalaciones están bastante sucias, el aire acondicionado está programado para que se encienda por la noche y nos quitaban todos los días las toallas sin ponerlas nosotros a lavar y cuando íbamos no teníamos nos la ponían ya más tarde
• MARIA ROSARIA (8/5): Very safe, nice and friendly, I came back alone as a female solo traveler - I went as a solo traveler and even though it's not the most fancy and most clean hotel I came back for the 3rd time for the position and especially for the safety, cause I always felt very safe in the hotel (especially as solo young woman) and stuffs are nice and cute🥰 also beds are really comfy They should change some of their decor that makes the ambient look dirty and also they should take more care in cleaning against dust but overall I really love the place and I would come back ! Pay attention when outside cause sometimes there are some people to just pay attention from but over all Is gooooodl

• Kuno (7/5): Hotel 5 * / Frühstück 2 * - Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war auch sehr sauber. Hier gibt es nichts zu meckern. Beim Frühstück änderte sich das schlagartig. Die Bedienung wollte wohl um 8:30 Uhr noch nicht gestört werden. Die Frühstücksplätze waren durchweg sehr sehr schmutzig. Das Frühstück viel auch sehr bescheiden aus.

Je voyageais avec un collègue et nous avions pris une chambre avec deux lits. Mais en arrivant il n'y avait qu'un seul lit et c'était la dernière chambre disponible. Mauvaise surprise. Donc sachez que le canapé est... un peu ferme.

• Rebeka (6/5): there is definitely different definitions of clean, i enjoyed the room the breakfast and the location, also it has a caf - the hang out place in front of the window and that they prepped us breakfast the night before cause we had to check out before their breakfast time the cleaning haven’t happened by checkin time, but they did it after and were helpful

• Camille (10/5): Great value for a stay in Marrakesh! - The location was perfect for what we needed! Could walk to great restaurants. The staff was SO helpful and accommodating. They held our bags all day, called us a taxi which was much cheaper than the ubers etc. and returned our lost items. The rooms were big and perfectly nice for the price point and for what we needed.

Nice big apartment with comfortable beds, and close to lot of restaurants and fast food and shopping places. Staff were very helpful and there is nothing much to complaint. Breakfast could be better as its continental breakfast.

• Domingo (8/5): Hotel con parking en Marrakech - Dispone de aparcamiento gratuito. El recepcionista habla español. La habitación era enorme, las camas cómodas y la limpieza buena. El desayuno no era muy bueno en comparación de otros que tomamos en Marruecos. Por la mañana el personal de recepción duerme en el sofá de la recepción. La cocina no dispone de nada (platos, cubiertos, cazos, etc)
