• Denisse (4/5): Buena ubicación, poca seguridad dentro del hotel - La ubicación, muy cerca del centro Alguien entró a la habitación, había una llave puesta, la televisión y la luz encendida e incluso estuvieron revisando el equipaje, se avisó al personal y solo dijeron que ellos no sabían

• Bardomiano (4/5): Not bad area but needs a little upgrade. Thank you - The area or location the hotel is. First of all no Air Condition it was hot at night only with the ceiling fan. One of the bed was too close to the entrance door. No coffee pot at least. Staff needs a little more communication with customers. Room wasn’t that bad but killed a cockroach in the restroom. The toilet seat move a little bit.

• David (5/5): This hotel could but awesome given its historic charm and great location but it’s time for a change in management. - Amazing location in the heart of the historic district. The cockroach I saw in the room upon arrival was an unwelcome first impression. Two lightbulbs in the room were out and I needed to ask twice before someone showed up to fix. The facial tissues receptacle was empty. A housekeeper opened the door to the room without knocking. The buffet breakfast is not very good with weak cold coffee and frequently empty bins of food and stale pastries. They tried to charge me for a glass of ice. The internet service is poor.

• roberto (9/5): Gran ubicación - Excelente ubicación, las habitaciones son cómodas y limpias El estacionamiento, aunque es una ventaja que este ubicado aún lado del hotel, es un verdadero problema entrar y salir. Adicionalmente tardan mucho en entregar el auto

La puerta del baño no cierra bien, en las otras puertas del baño entra aire porque no se pueden cerrar, no había toalla para piso, el agua de la regadera de pronto salía fría y luego hirviendo, una lámpara no servía, el ventilador hacía mucho ruido. No quisieron dar factura alegando que es responsabilidad de Booking, el señor encargado de recepción es muy grosero y gestudo. Han decaído. Nunca nos había pasado. Última vez que regresamos.

• VolkerN882 (10/5): Extending my stay from initially two nights to seven - The titel says it all. I was initially coming for two nights, but I extended my stay to seven and will come back. Reception and staff made my stay like feeling at home. Thanks for that. The Terrasse restaurant is beautiful witht the full view of the Park and the cathedral. I really enjoyed every morning my coffee there. Fully recommendable and as I said,... I am coming back.

• Sophie (5/5): Passable - Location The hotel use QR codes and that is not convenient. And there is no phone in rooms to contact front desk and I had an emergency and I wasn't able to contact the front desk. I will not return to this hotel for the lack of security.

• Joselyn (4/5): Not pleasant. Worst hotel. - What I liked about the property was that it is located in front of the Cathedral. Since we arrived the lady in the reception ignored us. She looked at us up and down and didn’t not greet us. Once we began to speak English and she saw my ring, she proceeded to greet us. Then the room they assigned to us was the worst. Right outside our door there were piles of dirty towels that remained there 2 days out of the 3 days that we were there. They only made the beds but never changed the sheets or swept. We asked if they knew of a restaurant that would take reservations for New Year’s Eve and they told us no. Come to find out there was a restaurant on the rooftop of the hotel. Check out was the same, they didn’t help up with our luggage and made it difficult for us to check out. I’ve stayed at higher end and cheaper hotels, this was by far the WORST. I am a brown skin Mexican American and it is unfortunate that due to my color of skin, my family and I were treated poorly.

• Margarita (8/5): Very good - Staff was nice and I was given a room with a window when I asked. Rooms were clean and serviced daily. A/C in the rooms with window would be great. It was warm during my stay and the room was stuffy and warm during the day due to no A/C.
• Enrique (9/5): Awesome location! - The Hotel and room were great, the location is perfect, the restaurant in the roof its awesome specially at night as you can enjoy a nice view of the plaza and the cathedral, and really enjoy the Morelia weather! the only issue we had it was due to the electric outlets, we had to secure our chargers in place with something due to them not staying connected, they would just pop out, i know its something petty and it would not be an issue if it was only one, but every single outlet in the room had the same issue, other than that everything was awesome!

• 73eda (6/5): Great location, mediocre service - The hotel is in an outstanding location right across the street from the main plaza in the historic center. The room rate was very reasonable. My room was clean and functional, although dark. I had to push to get the room with a king bed that I had reserved (and paid for), but eventually, they were able to accommodate. Some people have praised the check-in system; I thought it was strange and cumbersome. You stand at the check-in desk and enter all the information you gave when you made your reservation into an app on your phone. I don't understand why they don't already have the information or why they just stand there and watch you do all the work. When I checked out, the woman at the desk promised to email me my receipt, but never did. I emailed the hotel, but did not receive a response.
