kathryn (5/5): Decent location, nice place, definitely lacking in other areas. - The place is open and airy. Access into the property was a problem. When I texted Avantstay, at 5 PM California time, I got a return message at 1:30 AM in the morning. That isn't helpful at all. Luckily the local person was able to give us the code to the actual key & then rekeyed the keyless entry. The main bedroom bottom sheet had make up stains on it. There was no shampoo, conditioner or body wash in the guest bath. None of the bottles were labeled in the kitchen or by the sinks as to what they were. Were they dish soap, lotion? Who knows. The lack of action was really not great. We've used VRBOs all over the world and I have to say this place was a disappointment. There was zero information on how to connect to the internet. Not a great feature if you need to do some work.
