Szúnyoghálós erkélyajtó. Az egész környezet non smoking! A szobánk iszonyatosan sötét volt, sötétkék fal és teljesen árnyékos terasszal a 2.emeleten. A bejárati ajtó alul lyukas volt, gekko barát. Három csillagnál biztosan nem több.
- Adrian (10/5): - The hotel is wonderfully remote with a huge area to it that is completely explorable. I was looking for a calm getaway from the city and got exactly what I needed here. The space was great, the food was great and the staff was wonderfully attentive and nice. Only thing I can say is if youre looking to explore the surrounding area of phaya yen, you'll need a car or a scooter to get around. Other than that its perfect!

- Oliver (10/5): - Beautiful location. Very quiet. Haven's slept so well during my whole Thailand trip. If you walk up the hill for a few minutes, you will reach an absolute gorgeous view. Staff is amazing. I forgot the iPhone charger in the room after checking out. It was sent to us a few days later. The hotel itself has a unique interior design. Many comfortable places to sit down. Great swimming pool. The breakfast was surprisingly good.
- James (9/5): Relaxing for adults and fun for kids - The receptionist Map was so friendly and made us feel welcome straight away. The manager was professional and very friendly and helpful . We are English speaking and he spoke English well. If you have kids this is such a brilliant hotel that places kids at the forefront of their design- gnome scavenger hunt, pools, zip line, activity stations , huge library, Location amongst the mountains and lots of nature Rooms were large and comfortable and accommodating larger families well Prices in the restaurant were a tad high but it is to be expected when you are more remote . Little bit far from National park entrance so you will need a car

The staff are very helpful and friendly specially the ones in the restaurant and coffee shop. The rooms were not cleaned so well. There’s rust on the swimming pool.

- Daphne (8/5): Comfortable stay. - It is spacious and comfortable. There are 2 toilets and 2 shower areas for family to use. However, one of the heaters is not working well. There are not much amenities around the hotel.
- Harindra (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice resort. Breakfast was good. Staff were very helpful and friendly. One night, the restaurant was closed when we arrived, and they arranged transport for us to a close local restaurant with their tuk tuk. Housekeeping every day, and they change towels, top up bar fridge daily. Restaurant close early, you need to order before 7pm. It's far from other restaurants, but it's ok if you travel in your own vehicle. The bed was hard but super comfortable pillows.

- Valerie (9/5): Spacious, family friendly, tucked in nature. - Hotel compound is spacious, service by hotel staff was very good - they lent us their personal stool when my sister needed assistance after injuring her ankle. Nice outdoor space for dinner, we could also eat breakfast there. Enjoyed the nature around the hotel. A very family friendly hotel, would recommend this for families with kids. Location is quite far, quite a drive in from the main road. Good to plan your destinations in the day properly.

The facility for family are really good. Kids can spend whole day in Rain Tree Residence Hotel. The breakfast was nice. I stay for four days, if the variety can be different (at least a week cycle) will be fantastic.

The kitchenette area in the room is a plus and loads of complimentary items are really thoughtful. Pool 1 cover needs a bit of repair as some part of the lining are failing. The kitchenette could do with a toaster.
