• Jessica (6/5): Comfortable for a short stay in a good location! - The location was wonderful, easy to get around the city and easy to get to from the airport. The bed was quite comfortable - good size for two people. And the shower was spacious and had good water pressure. The staff were also consistent and pleasant. The room was always cleaned, towels refreshed, new water bottles which was great. The elevator was nice for going UP. Very small though. There was a lingering stench in the hallways of sulfur. At the end of our stay, it seemed to dissipate (literally on our last day). But it was extremely off-putting and jarring when you entered the property or left your room. Luckily the smell did not permeate the room itself, but we really have no idea what was going on there. We also didn't love the carpet since it is harder to tell if it's clean. The corners of the room were quite dusty and didn't seem as thoroughly clean as the rest.

Tout le monde de la femme de ménage en passant par les personnes de la Réception ou du service du petit déjeuner sont super gentilles, serviables et se plie en 10 pour ses clients ! 😉👌👌 Je recommande et je reviendrai ! Un peu cher mais on paye aussi l'emplacement exceptionnel en pleine rue Montorgueil !

• Nabil (1/5): I was disappointed - Just the location My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and far below expectations. I arrived at 1:15 PM and was forced to wait until 3:30 PM for check-in, even though the official check-in time was 3:00 PM. This level of disorganization is unacceptable. The room was unbelievably small, far smaller than what was advertised. The bathroom was defective, with the sink completely clogged and the water not draining properly. The room itself felt suffocating, with no window at all, making it dark, airless, and uncomfortable. To make matters worse, they placed me right next to the elevator, so I had to endure constant noise throughout the entire night. There was also an unpleasant smell in the room, which made the experience even worse. When I informed the staff about all these issues before leaving, they showed no concern, no professionalism, and did not even offer a simple apology. Most importantly, the photos on Booking are completely misleading and do not reflect the reality of this hotel at all. What is shown online is very different from what you actually get. I would strongly advise others to avoid this hotel.

Living next door to the Paris vibe and lovely personale that were always available and serviceminded. Recomend it! If I have to find anything to complain about…….Had two double/couple linens in bed, too much linen in one bed, hahaha. We slept lovely anyway:)

Приветливый и внимательный персонал. Завтраки не с самым большим выбором, но что покушать найдете. Завтракал в отель три раза. На четверку. Для тех, кто не ест свинину будет сложно, так как есть два вида колбасы, ветчина, сосиски и они не халяльные. В остальном: сливочное масло, три вида сыра. Выпечка, фрукты, йогурт, отварные яйца, сухие завтраки. В номере ежедневно пополняются наборы кофе и чая. Забыла в номере кольцо, обратилась к администратору по вотсап. Кольцо нашли и оставили на рецепшн. Выдали мне лично в руки. Спасибо большое Кариму!!! Немного хромает уборка. Постель, ванные принадлежности все чистое, выглаженное, белоснежное! Приятно!!! Но пыль на поверхностях и чайные принадлежности лучше вымыть самим перед применением. Налет на посуде есть. К сожалению, кофемашина не работала.

Nous avons été surclassés ce qui est toujours appréciable !. L’emplacement très central dans Paris et dans un quartier vivant. Les chambres sont propres. Nous pensions qu’en étant dans une rue piétonne ce serait calme mais nous avons eu du bruit dans la rue jusqu’à environ 1h30 du matin ! Les parties communes de l’hôtel sont à refaire dans les étages ainsi que les salles de bain (difficile de régler l’eau chaude sous la douche).

• Jill (10/5): Living like a local in the heart of Paris. - This is the very best location I have ever stayed on Paris. If you want to feel like a local but still be close to everything, this is the place to be. My room looks over a street of cafes and restaurants, patisseries, a butcher, fromageries, seafood and fruit markets. It is buzzing but not loud. It feels local because it is local. I can see my neighbours in apartments across the street. I used to love the Latin Quarter but I am converted to the other side. If you want perfect glamour hotel vibe this is not it. I have stayed in many big, beautiful hotels. Further into Opera you can go for glamour hotels and be in a tourist hot spot, but you can’t have this. Victoires is different. It feels like home. It is rustic, with some wear and tear, it has a narrow original staircase and only a few rooms on each floor. It is French, it is real and very welcoming. It is in the heart of Paris but local at the same time. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and a good size. (Those who complain about room size could read the size and choose accordingly.) The beds and pillows are really comfortable. The man on reception is so friendly. He makes the stay complete. I will be recommending it to anyone who asks.

L'accueil était très agréable Le ménage laisse désirer (médicament trouvé par terre, cheveux dans la salle de bain). Chambre au rez-de-chaussée en face de l'ascenseur donc beaucoup de nuisance de bruit (client à 1h du matin qui rigolait avec la personne de l'accueil) et la livraison à 6h des fournitures stocké à côté de la chambre.

Mi é stata data una camera lato strada (piú rumorosa) anche se la prenotazione indicava lato cortile interno. Il rumore si sentiva anche a causa del fatto che una finestra non si chiudeva perfettamente e vi erano spifferi. Questo era problematico anche sotto il profilo del riscaldamento, che infatti doveva essere tenuto acceso costantemente. La camera era al 6' piano, con ascensore fino al 5'. Non comodo se si ha un bambino piccolo, come nel nostro caso. Inoltre prendere l'ascensore era piuttosto inquietante, dato che il dispositivo dava messaggio che il telefono interno era rottto (e con i cellulari non avevamo linea nell'ascensore). Abbiamo segnalato la cosa al personale, che ha proposto di muoverci al secondo piano ma con un sovrapprezzo. Abbiamo rifiutato. Condizioni non adeguate al prezzo pagato ( piú di 550 euro per 2 notti)

The curtains doesn’t close properly, the shower/bath is terrible. Small amount of water from the “shower” head and then the floor is completely drenced in water
