• emma (9/5): Increíbles vistas a La Giralda - La ubicación no puede ser mejor, las vistas desde la ventana a La Giralda son indescriptibles y fue muy bonito ver las campanas sonando. A pesar de que fuimos en Semana Santa y es verdad que tuvimos algunos problemillas para llegar la chica fue muy atenta en todo momento y nos hizo estar más tranquilos, asegurándose de que llegáramos bien al apartamento. El apartamento está muy bien equipado y el patio central es muy bonito. Nos dejaron unos detalles de bienvenida como agua, cápsulas de café y demás que se agradece. La zona de la terraza está un poco descuidada, de todas maneras apenas estuvimos porque es verdad que cuesta un poco llegar. La entrada tiene un fuerte olor a basura y no tienen contenedores para reciclar. La nevera también tiene un olor desagradable, creo que se debería de renovar…
• Philippe (9/5): Super emplacement - L'emplacement est vraiment super pour visiter Seville. La terrasse est un vrai plus si vous restez quelques jours avec vue sur la Giralda. La résidence est très jolie avec un beau patio et nous a paru calme. Merci à Paula pour l'accueil. Le lit double est confortable Attention si vous venez en taxi, l'appartement est situé dans les rues parmi les plus étroites de la ville, donc beaucoup de taxi ne veulent pas y aller ou alors il vous déposent dans les rues alentours. La procédure de check in est un peu intrusive par rapports aux autres appartement que nous avons loués à Seville (demande de scan de papier d’identité, selfie etc.) Le lit simple est un vrai lit d'appoint, pas dérangeant pour une nuit mais je pense qu'au delà il n’est pas très confortable.
• Laura (9/5): Soggiorno confortevole! - Posizione ottima, struttura e staff accogliente, appartamento silenzioso, spazioso e pulito. Bella terrazza con vista su Giralda e Cattedrale Il frigorifero e il bagno emanavano un cattivo odore, la rete del letto nella camera singola cigolava, la struttura non era nelle migliori condizioni, ma tutto sommato il soggiorno è stato soddisfacente

• Leo (10/5): Heerlijke vakantie gehad. - Geweldge locatie, midden in de stad. Mooi apartement met een dakterras waar je heerlijk kan zitten en een mooi uitzicht over de stad hebt. Niets. Alles was volgens de verwachtingen.

• Alicia (8/5): Excelente ubicación y edificio, apartamento con detalles mejorables - La ubicación, el edificio y la terraza. Muy tranquilo. WiFi y SmartTV. Cafetera Nespresso. La cama pequeña tenía un colchón de mala calidad. La calefacción era por bomba de calor, tardó mucho en coger buena temperatura. Las cañerías del baño olían mal.
• Bonfiglio (1/5): Un weekend rovinato, esperienza terribile - La posizione centrale e l'edificio in cui si trova l'appartamento. Le istruzioni per ritirare le chiavi sono state mandate tramite un video poco prima dell'arrivo, sarebbe stato meglio riceverle con anticipo e per via scritta. Comunque, abbiamo chiesto informazioni scritte e ci sono state date immediatamente. Arrivati a casa, il bagno si è allagato la seconda volta che abbiamo tirato lo sciacquone del gabinetto, era evidente che ci fosse un problema da prima perché l'acqua saliva troppo. Quando abbiamo chiuso il rubinetto dell'acqua ci siamo anche accorti che dietro il gabinetto c'era una trappola per topi. Abbiamo subito chiamato l'host che ci ha risposto di non poter risolvere il problema immediatamente. Abbiamo chiesto un'altra soluzione per la notte e ci è stato chiesto di trovarci da soli un'altra sistemazione perché non avevano altre disponibilità. Abbiamo passato una giornata per risolvere il problema con Booking, perdendo anche il tour guidato della città. Pessima esperienza, un weekend rovinato per trovare una soluzione con Booking e per richiedere la restituzione dei soldi che non è stata immediata e quindi abbiamo dovuto prenotare un nuovo posto a nostre spese. Esperienza terribile.

• Virginia (5/5): - La ubicación La cama individual tenía un somier que crujía cada vez que te movías y el colchón estaba cedido en el centro por lo que era imposible descansar bien. Lo comuniqué pero no se hizo nada al respecto.

• Janice (8/5): Lovely apartment in a great location. - The apartment is part of a traditional Sevillano apartment block with a beautiful, tiled entrance area. The location could not be better for sightseers. It's in the centre of the old town but down an alley, which made it very quiet at night. The apartment was a good size and very clean. The host who welcomed us was very friendly. Some of the equipment needed some attention as they were not working properly - the coffee maker, shutters, kitchen tap etc. Hopefully, this can be easily resolved for other guests. The single bed in the second room could have been more comfortable to sleep on, but the large bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable.
• Javier (5/5): El precio a pagar por estar en pleno centro - La ubicación es casi lo único salvable. Hay que entender que estamos en zona turística y céntrica por lo no todo puede estar perfecto pero si aceptable, y esto último es el caso. Es amplio para 3 adultos, está razonablemente bien equipado y sobre todo, a un paso de los monumentos más emblemáticos de Sevilla. La limpieza es justa. El olor a cloaca en el baño es muy fuerte, tanto, que tienen los tapones del bidé y lavabo puestos de base, aunque no te lo dicen. Para estar cómodo en este sentido, hay que cerrar la puerta del baño para que el olor no se distribuya por el resto de la casa. Hay elementos que necesitan ser cambiados, estantes oxidados en la ducha, cortinas sucias, puertas de la cocina que se abren solas y no pueden cerrarse.
• Noreen (8/5): - The location was great, very central. But it was very quiet even though we were surrounded by bars and restaurants..clean and had good air-conditioning and a well stocked kitchen. Bed were comfortable. The Terrace was lovely with a great view of the cathedral but was difficult to access from the apartment via a steep metal spiral staircase.. There was an issue with a leak in the bathroom..

• Aley (8/5): Not what I booked but it didn’t detract from the holiday - Unfortunately we were unable to stay in our original apartment due to flooding . They found us a replacement apartment which was slightly bigger than our booking. It was still in the Santa Cruz district so close to everything. It was spacious with everything we needed. Everyone we dealt with were friendly and efficient and very apologetic. Booked original apartment for the view of the giralda which sadly we didn’t have. There were steep steps to get up to the property and more inside, fortunately we were able to manage them. While the apartment had character being the bell keepers accommodation for the church it didn’t have the tiles and features of the giralda view apartments I had booked.

• Félix (8/5): - Vue exceptionnelle sur la Giralda depuis la terrasse privée sur le toit et depuis la fenêtre du salon. Emplacement idéal pour aller vers la cathédrale et l’Alcazar en 5 min à pieds ou à l’inverse vers las Setas pas beaucoup plus loins. L’entrée sur le patio, sa fontaine et ses azuléjos est magnifique (et reposante).

• Laura (10/5): Amazing location and views! Spacious and comfortable. - Paula was so kind during check-in and promptly showed us the apartment. The location was perfect- close to everything. We even walked from the train station and were close to restaurants, attractions and shopping. The balcony was amazing, with views of the city and a large space to hang out. Air conditioning was a bonus in the 100+ degree weather. There were a few maintenance issues (cabinets wouldn’t close, leaky faucet) but did not detract from our stay!
• Magdalena (6/5): Pleasant - The apartment is in an excellent location — everything is within walking distance, and you can wander around the city center for hours while still being close to your accommodation. The apartment itself is tidy but a bit outdated. The rooftop terrace is accessible via a very narrow and steep staircase, which could be challenging for some guests. Unfortunately, there was no parasol on the terrace despite our request for one. The biggest issue, however, was that the elevator was out of service. We had to climb to the high third floor every time, and although we were told it would be repaired the next day, it remained broken throughout our stay. We also didn’t receive any further updates about the repair. In summary: the location is beautiful, but the apartment itself left much to be desired.

• Eric (9/5): Very nice apartment with a slight improvement required to make it "100% Excellent /Perfect". - Located in the heart of Seville with walking distance to the main attractions and supermarkets. The apartment was lovely and clean. Its roof top terrace was lovely overlooking Seville Cathedral and Giralda at night. The entrance was furnished with beautiful tiles and gives the Andalusian touch to visitors. The apartment was quiet and all of us had good night rest throughout our stay. Flavio looks after the guests and ensure guests are comfortable. As someone who is on a long trip and would prefer to eat at home every now and then (but not every single day), the place could benefit with slightly bigger kitchen utensils such as pots and pans to enable family to cook for 3 family members instead of small ones. Additionally, I would recommend that the provider could provide a small amount of cooking oil or olive oil for guests to make light meals when staying at the accommodation. Given that cooking facility has already been provided, no guest travel with oil and salt when going on holidays. The mattresses were comfy but it could have reached to its final legs. The double bed seems to have sank a bit. Maybe previous large size visitors have made bed sank. The single bed makes noise by just a slight move. It can be annoying when trying to find the comfortable position to sleep.

• Margaret (9/5): If we return to Sevilla we’d stay here again. - The location was perfect for us, right in the centre of the old city, a few minutes walk from the cathedral, Alcázar, shops and restaurants. It was very quiet, on a pedestrian side street. We didn’t hear any traffic or other street noise, just the pleasant ringing of the cathedral bells. The entrance courtyard added to it feeling peaceful.

Exceptionally good value for the location - We arrived earlier than expected and this wasnt too much trouble, someone came to meet us early and handover the keys. That was very kind and meant we could start our holiday early. Loved the hgh quality sheets, bed linen + towels Lovely views Lift to our penthouse. Felt safe Mattresses were clean, but cheap. So not so comfy A few more kitchen utensils like a chopping board and tea towels would have been handy Sometimes properties leave oil, salt + pepper etc - that also would have been handy But ultimately none of that was necessary - Those are a few small things that take a property from good to great.
