• Wendy (10/5): Fantastic apartment - made our stay in Krakow perfect - We had a fantastic stay at this penthouse. Location is excellent- beside the tram. Beside a lovely square with lovely cafes and a grocery. Apartment was spotless, very spacious and well equipped. Highly recommend.

• Monica (8/5): - Locatie en ruim appartement Bij binnenkomst rook het huis naar rook. Er was in de serre en op het balkon gerookt. We hebben eerst moeten luchten. 1 van de ramen van de serre kon niet open, wat luchten bemoeilijkt. Trap en vloer hebben gelijke kleur, waardoor niet zichtbaar is wat de laatste tree is. Dit veroorzaakt calpartijen. Zeker in de nacht. Bad ondanks zichtbaar op de foto' s niet aanwezig.

• Florine (8/5): Très bien - Logement spacieux propre, les choses à disposition dans la cuisine ( café thé …) Très bien situé, centre facilement accessible à pied, proche des restaurants et bars Une fenêtre qui ne fermait pas bien donc beaucoup de bruit la nuit.

• Aimee (9/5): - It's a cool apartment. The location was excellent for what we wanted to do. Surrounded by lots of great places to eat. Couple of things would be to supply more toilet paper for longer stays and washing powder, we stayed more than a week and had to buy our own. Maybe mattress toppers as the beds are very hard.

• Vesna (10/5): - Apartman se nalazi na jako dobroj lokaciji,na pesackoj udaljenosti od centra,ali u mirnom delu.U blizini ima jako dobrih restorana.Apartman je cist i uredan ima sve sto je potrebno za petoclanu porodicu.Imali smo obezbedjen parking.Prezadovoljni smo.Vlasnik je jako ljubazan i spreman za sva vasa pitanja.

• Mária (10/5): - Apartmán bol pekný, nový, cítili sme sa komfortne, kuchyňa bola dostačujuco vybavená, blízko bol obchod aj reštaurácie, postele boli dosť veľké, čistota bola perfektná. Trochu nám chýbal nejaký držiak na kefky v kupelni a aspon rolka kuchynských utierok do kuchyne, ináč bolo všetko perfektné, ako na obrázkoch.

• Bergen (10/5): Great place for a family to explore Krakow. - Terrific location with great restaurants and bars very close. Enough room for our family of 6 to spread out and relax. Easy to get everywhere. Would have benefited from a microwave.
• Mariet (6/5): Mooi appartement maar te weinig equipment, daaardoor niet comfortabel - Modern, goede buurt, leuke inrichting maar veel te weinig spullen. Er waren geen keukenhanddoeken, geen droogdoeken, slecht zittende en te lage tafelstoelen, geen schaar, slechte keuken verlichting, slaapkamer: bijna geen kleerhangers, nergens een spiegel, badkamer boven: slechte kraan, bad onmogelijk om in te douchen, geen mogelijkheid om spullen neer te zetten, slaapkamer geen stoel om iets op te leggen, of in te leggen, erg onhandig.

• Edyta (10/5): The penthouse is beautifully decorated and furnished. Use of iron, washing machine and dishwasher as well as an oven in - The location is very good. Only a short walk from the centre as well as the train station. Bus and tram stops just outside the property
• Caroline (9/5): Spacious apartment in great location - Lovely, spacious apartment in great location for our visit to Krakow. Check in process was easy and we were kept informed prior to our visit. Great to have two bathrooms. We liked the balcony. Beds are quite hard, but comfortable. Apartment was very clean. 24hr reception at entrance - felt safe and secure. Air conditioning not very effective.
• Charlotte (8/5): Great Apartment...good location.😀 - Great location and super modern apartment. Plac Nowy 5 mins walk, great bars, street food etc. Main square and Castle easy walking distance. Apartment clean and great for 3 people. Corner shop 1 minute walk for basics. Easy tram links and safe area. Loved ice machine in fridge. Only one bathroom but absolutely fine for 3 people. There is no microwave but not a big issue.

• Jayne (9/5): Beautiful apartment in a great location. - Beautiful apartment in an excellent location. Very comfy beds. Roomy bedrooms. The apartment is modern & clean. Only slight slight disappointment is that the main areas -kitchen & living area look bigger in the photos but it wasnt a problem. Bedrooms lovely & roomy. Only one bathroom but again wasn’t a problem for 2 adults & 2 children.

The apartment was great for 6 people & all 3 bedrooms & living area has sufficient space & we were very happy with it, especially as it was a last-minute booking & we were pleased with it. This is a residential block & the neighbour wasn't very nice. We stopped for 3 nights & only came home 1 night jolly & as we were talking & unlocking the door, he hammered on his door & frightened my daughter. Plus, we were told we could leave our bags with the concierge & on our day to leave, there was an older guy on the desk who told us no & was very rude, so this was disappointing 😔.

• Penny (9/5): Lovely apartment and great host - Lovely apartment, great location and the host was really helpful as we wanted to stay longer than normal checkout. Also before the trip he had contacted to say if we needed help with anything to get in touch Just a few minor things which would have made the stay even better would have been a choice of pillow as we like feather instead of microfibres pillows, in the bathrooms a shelf to put your toiletries bag on and a few more cooking utensils such as big spoons and spatulas. These are all minor things as the apartment is lovely and we would absolutely stay again.

• Boaz (9/5): One of the best apartments we ever rented, I highly recommend - Large and clean apartment with three spacious bed rooms. Excellent location in the old town, plenty of shops , restaurants and attractions walking distance. There’s also private parking (you have to reserve in advance) which is a big plus The air conditioning system is a bit week, on hot days it can be a bit stuffy, a standing fan in each room would have been very nice .

• Adam (7/5): Nice but could be improved - The apartment is in an excellent location, close to Plac Nowe and a tram stop. The rooms were a great size, and the beds were comfortable. For an apartment advertising itself as premium, the facilities could be vastly improved. Despite having a kitchen, there is very little cooking equipment, and what is there is cheap. The lounge was not very comfortable, there is not proper space for everyone to have breakfast together, and there are not enough towel racks in the bathroom for the amount of bedrooms/people who can stay in the apartment. The windows on the terrace are broken and do not open, so the terrace is unusable in the Summer heat.

• Mikael (6/5): Looks a little bit better what it actually is - Good location, easy to start city exploring. Apartment looks nice, even there were some loose floor panels in front of the toilet. The roof windows in two of the bedrooms were very badly soundproofed. All the traffic noises, especially the extremely noisy trams which pass about every 10mins, kept us awake every night. This was really getting on our nerves during the trip. Only one toilet (need to use stairs for nightly toilet visits). No microwave oven. TV didn't work (no signal and no network on the connected media box).
• Hargadon-lowe (7/5): Perfect location, nice modern apartment, good that there’s 24/7 staff but be aware they’re nothing to do with the ap - Very lovely layout with mezzanine, mostly good quality furniture, and nice outdoor balcony although we couldn’t work out how to open the windows (skylights) and there weren’t any instructions. Kitchen relatively well equipped. No furniture in one of the rooms to put anything on - just needs the addition of a side table / dresser or something. And no hanging options in wardrobe. Microwave would have been very handy. Most concerningly, the shower drainage failed on first shower. This resulted in water leaking out from bathroom as the shower has no edge. We went down straight away to reception to try to inform someone, and wrote on the booking.com app, and then once maintenance appeared upstairs, we got shouted at. Repeatedly! Pretty shocking. However, the owner when replying on booking.com was much more pleasant. Still no apology though for the fact the shower drainage was completely broken.

• Kelly (10/5): We all absolutely loved our stay here. Would definitely highly recommend to family and friends. - My friends and I absolutely loved this apartment. Amazing inside was so spacious and lovely decorated. So clean the only place I could find where we had our own double bed each. Comfy beds we all slept well during our stay. Great location with walking distance to many places. The people at the main desk were very friendly and helpful. The communication from the property owner was outstanding. So friendly and kind just like all of the people we met whilst on our trip. There was no negatives about this apartment.

The apartment is comfortable, it has two terraces and two showers/toilets - so it is perfect for small groups or families. Everything was awesome!

• Rosemary (5/5): great location - location the bathroom stank of drains. the shower temperature did not work but it was sorted on day 3 (only stayed 5 days). the balcony reeked of smoke . the ice machine shot ice out and across the floor. only room to sit 4 in the sitting area and sleeps 6. only room to seat3 at the breakfast bar.

Excellent balcony space. Excellent location, 5 minutes walk to many bars and Restaurants. Shower was dangerously hot. Almost impossible to turn cooler. Bathroom was very clean but the drain smelled. There were fewer plates than beds. not a problem for my group but would be difficult if six people stayed.

• Jacek (10/5): Great apartament in Kraków - The apartament was amazing, and had a really upscale look to it. Three large bedrooms, two of which where up a spiral staircase, and one of which featured a seperate balcony. The apartament also had a terrace, with electric windows you could open. Large kitchen, which had a fridge with an ice maker. Bathroom was a disappointment. An awful sewage smell, and the shower temperature control wasn't great.
