Specialbord med godsaker. Kockar som fixade omelett på löpande band. Fräsch inredning. Dålig marknadsföring av aktivitetet. Hittade inget gym/fitnessrum. Fanns reklam för olika aktivitetet men ingen specifik att utöva ex gryndläggande thaiboxning och yoga.
• Marly (8/5): Prima om een paar dagen te verblijven. - Prachtige accommodatie op een mooie plek. Prima straatje erbij waar je het nodige kan halen en eten. Tuktuk brengt je naar het grotere stadje. Vreselijke dagelijkse spel van handdoekje leggen. Hier zouden ze iets aan moeten doen. Of verbieden of na een half uur weghalen die handdoekjes. Associaal en vervelend als je ergens wilt liggen.
• James (6/5): - The staff were great and the beach was beautiful. The play rooms and wet areas for children was great. It was my birthday and the staff surprised me with a cake in my room which was thoughtful. The staff as I said were very good. We had a pram buggy with our 6 month old son. There were steps everywhere and we constantly had to carry our baby and the pram up and down steps. The moment you arrive you have to climb steps to get to reception, then back down a load because the room blocks are a bit of a walk away. There was not enough sun lounge chairs by the pool and they were all taken with towels but no one sitting on them. We had to walk right to the end of the pool area among trees and not really shaded to sit with our son. There were no umbrellas covering the sun chairs here so we could only stay for a few minutes. I feel that If this is pitched as a child friendly hotel (and I don't mind if it isn't) then they need to rethink the design of this hotel and make like a little easier for parents. The buffet breakfast was very good but it was open air (which is fine), however, they only have ceiling fans which did nothing and the dining areas were sweltering hot. Granted it was April (very hot) but it was so busy it became uncomfortable and therefore not a pleasant relaxing experience. The street the hotel is on isn't that great and the restaurants were average. A 5 minute drive improves this though.

Pulizia della piscina, effettuata durante l'orario di apertura. Trovo che sia poco igienico e poco rispettoso verso gli ospiti; operazioni di questo tipo dovrebbero essere svolte la sera tardi o la mattina presto, prima dell'arrivo della gente. Verso sera, il personale inizia a ritirare gli asciugamani e a sistemare i lettini prima dell'orario di chiusura previsto. Un approccio che toglie relax e mette fretta proprio nei momenti più piacevoli.

• Dor (1/5): גרוע!!!!! - כלום! שהגענו לחדר אחרי הצ׳ק אין ראינו שזה לא החדר שהזמנו הביאו לנו חדר עם מרפסת לא מקורה חדר קטן יותר כל הקירות בחוץ עם עובש, ומלא נמלים . אחרי בלגן וכעס העבירו אותנו לאותו חדר שהזמנו אבל לא באותו מיקום שהזמנו אלא חדר פינתי שהשמש מגיעה למיטות שיזוף 10 דק ביום! וגם בחדר הזה היו נמלים בכל מקום! מלון ממש מגעיל !!!! לא ממליץ להתקרב אליו!!! חוויה גרועה שהרסה לנו את החוויה בקאו לאק. הוא רבע שעה נסיעה מהרחוב המרכזי/ראשי .

• Szandra (9/5): Amazing, crowd free stay - Amazing kid-friendly hotel with good amenities, plenty of pools, it did not feel crowded at all, there were always free sunbeds near the pools and the beach. Multiple water slides and splash area for the kids. The beach is beautiful and not crowded either. Everything was well maintained; the nature and plants made the atmosphere so nice. The room was very spacious with a huge bed! The children's indoor playroom should operate in the evening: during the day children are near the pools and beach, but in the evening, there are not so many entertainment options for them, it would be nice to extend the opening time until 8 or 9. The hotel offers transfer to Khaolak center and the night market however it is impossible to book, it's always so full, and the hours are inconvenient too. It would be nice to have it more frequently.

• Alan Shane (7/5): Nice location and nice rooms - The rooms were very nice/clean and the pool designs were good. The beach was beautiful and clean. The breakfast was very good with a wide range of food. All the stairs. To walk to our room in the Hive wing we had to cross a street outside of the grounds and walk through a narrow walk way that stunk of raw sewerage any time of day. The pools were not very clean. There seemed to be a lot of staff but any request seemed to take a long time. The restaurant was very overpriced.

• wayne (9/5): Beautiful resort and location but need to sort out the breakfast catering. - The location was perfect, with the resort having three pools and direct beach access. For us, the other factor was the small town location with multiple bars, restaurants, shops and other amenities immediately to the front. There was plenty to do, yet the resort was peaceful and quiet, which is exactly what we wanted after the hustle & bustle of Phuket. As with all hotels in Thailand, they cater well for the multi-cultural clientele at breakfast. However, we were very disappointed to find that everything that should be served hot, was in fact cold. There was no excuse for this as they had the correct equipment to keep food hot, they just didn't bother to keep the heat source alight.

The room doors let every bit of sound through, kids running through the corridor, employees working and making noise. It's always pretty loud in the rooms because of that. The beach is quite crowded compared to my previous experiences in Thailand.

The layout of the rooms was spacious & comfortable & quiet The pools were spaced out so you could find a pool that suited your mood …all were clean and had plenty of sunbeds & one pool had extra toys for kids. Bar area nice - happy hour made drinks affordable. Breakfast- included in price was So Very Good and you could find something new to try each day - pancake machine was a hit plus honey from a honeycomb! Gardens and layout well kept and lovely to walk through. Could go on as there was so many positives! Weren’t given any option at booking for all inclusive…

Hotellet är mycket stort och ligger på ett mycket stort område mycket nära stranden. Gratis solsängar men många obekväma. Stranden såg inte ut som att den städades. Massor av plast och fimpar! Synd att parasoller fanns endast vid poolen.
• Uwe Staib (7/5): Es war Ok, dennoch werden wir nächstes mal ein anderes Hotel testen - Es war schönes Hotel, wo sich die Zimmer in mehreren Gebäuden verteilt - bei uns mussten wir über eine Straße. Der Garten war schön Beim Einchecken muss man gleich 5000 Bath hinterlegen, was sehr unglücklich ist. Erstens hat man noch nicht soviel Bath wenn man vom Flughafen kommt, zweitens die Wechselstuben gegenüber vom Hotel hat einen schlechten Wechselkurs und 3. wenn man Abreist bekommt man die Bath zurück - klasse man zurück Fliegt!!! Wieso kann man nicht wie in den anderen Hotels die Kreditkarte hinterlegen? Weiter war am Frühstück in der ersten Tagen viel zu wenig Personal. Die Preis an der Bar sind für Thailand viel zu teuer- da geht man lieber nach draußen

Pengene fik vi retur efter endt ophold. Men synes ikke at det var synliggjort. Strandbaren serverede dåseøl. Det var lidt ringe.

• Hussam (7/5): Ett bra hotell. - Nära till flygplatsen 60 min Nära till Khao lak centrum Finns en marknad, restauranger, supermarket bara några kliv från hotellet. Helt okej frukost Personalen är vänliga. Vi var en stor familj och hade flera rum. Nu är detta bara detalj saker men, När vi kom fick vi inget att dricka, när man under 2 veckor städade rummen gjorde man de olika. Vissa rum fick special treatment och andra inget. Behandla alla kunder lika.

De städade våra rum olika, och gjorde bara extra fint i ett rum, vilket jag tycker är inte okej. Man ska behandla alla gäster lika.

• Liridona (7/5): Schönes Zimmer, schönes Meer , schlechter Strand und schlechte Lage aber sehr ruhig. - Das Hotel an sich ist sehr schön, die Zimmer sind schön und riechen sehr gut. Das Personal ist wie überall in Thailand sehr nett und zuvorkommend. de Strand war nicht weit weg. Die Lage ist nicht so Optimal, es ist nichts in der Gegend wo man raus gehen kann, nur eine kleine Gasse. Eins der schlimmsten DInge sind jedoch die penetranten Verkäufer an dieser Gasse, die dich extrem belästigen, weil du von jeden angesprochen wirst von Anfang bis zu ende, und weil da nicht so viele Leute sind, sind alle auf dich fixiert. Man fühlt sch sehr unwohl da lang zu laufen. Der Strand ist mit braunen Sand und sieht nicht so schön aus, das Meer ist aber sehr schön, weil die Wellen hoch sind und man hat spass, es wird jedoch sehr schnell tief, trotzdem das schönste Meer. Aber nochmals, Hotel ist sehr schön, nur leider waren überall Baustellen, dass wir nur 20% von der analgen nutzen konnten.

Plus d’animation serait un plus.
• karen (7/5): If I booked again, it wouldn't be here. - The staff were lovely and breakfast was included. Very dirty. My bathroom had hairs from previous guests. The shower floor never soaked away so I had to walk into dirty water for a shower. Beach area dirty with cigarette butts, empty bottles and even dog poo! Our booking included airport taxi but this was not honoured. Instead they tried to charge us £30 more than the going rate. Building works were taking place near the beach. Accommodation block commonways were dirry and depressing but rooms were fine.

Value for money BUT just arrange room assignments a bit better next time. - Great location, awesome staff, good facilities If your guests book a specific type of room, that usually means they want that room. If you don’t have the room available at the moment, it’s easier to tell guests to wait a bit rather than downgrading their room. So in our case, we had to change rooms three times until we got what we booked for which is garden view room. They claimed that pool view room is an upgrade but their pricing table says the opposite which I didn’t even ask for an ‘upgrade’.
• Karababa (7/5): - Für Familien mit Kleinkinder top Freundliches Personal Die Lage ist nicht optimal. Es gibt einige wenige Restaurants gleich ausserhalb des Hotels aber für eine Abendunterhaltung schlichtweg zu wenig in 15 Minuten ist man durchgelaufen. Für den nächstgelegene Ort Bang Niang hat es Taxis, aber auch da ist es eigentlich immer das selbe. Wir hatten es eigentlich nach dem 3. Tag gesehen Für Teenager hat es nichts. Tour und Aktivitätenangebote voll auf Tourismus ausgelegt.

• Louise (7/5): Dejligt ophold selvom jeg ikke fik det værelse jeg havde betalt for. - Det ligger uden for byen i et roligt område med egen lille gågade af butikker, massører og restauranter. Skønt område der har alt. Jeg fik ikke det værelse jeg havde betalt for over booking.com. Vi fik deres billigste standards værelse og jeg havde betalt extra for et deluxe værelse men det ville de ikke give os og mente booking.com har lavet en fejl. Jeg insisterede dog på at få en dobbelt seng så de endte med at flytte os til et værelse der havde det. Jeg ved ikke hvem der ikke kan finde ud af det om det er booking.com eller hotellet men det var mig det gik ud over for jeg fik ikke det værelse jeg havde betalt for. Jeg kan se at det værelse jeg fik sælges til en billigere pris på booking.com

• anne (10/5): Fabulous hotel. Fabulous staff , brilliant location, cant faultit - Everything. This hotel is amazing great food fab location. Amazing staff couldn’t fault it . The rooms were beautiful. Very clean eh hotel us spotless. The staff are so polite and lovely in every way. ONE member of staff in particular went that extra mile for us helping us with a visa for entry into india. She was the customer relations lady her name was MOOK she was absolutely amazing. What a credit she is to this Hotel. THANK YOU MOOK xxxxx❤️👍

• Frank (7/5): Mittelklassehotel an einem tollen Strand - Lage ist super, Strand , Strandbar und Geschäfte sowie Restaurant schnell erreichbar. aktuell (12/2025) wurde noch viel renoviert; für Erwachsene nur ein kleiner Pool an der Strandbar nutzbar. Große Strandbar und Pool werden gerade renoviert. Frühstücksbereich komplett draußen, somit schöne Aussicht möglich aber auch warm. Fitnessbereich auf der anderen Straßenseite nur durch das Strand Café erreichbar.
• Marta (2/5): Scam - The only good thing about the hotel was the breakfast which to their credit was very very good, but the rest was a big disappointment The hotel is still under construction. There is one side of the hotel that has been refurbished and is nice, and another that is in shambles (you can guess in which one our room was). You get to reception and are amazed by the architecture and the nice design, but then when you go to your room, the whole passage smells like sewage (really disgusting, had to hold my breath on my way in and out every time) and then you need to walk for another 5 mins and go through five sets of stairs to get to your room. As a bonus, we mainly picked this hotel so we had a Spa on site and when we got there they were already fully booked. If you are a fan of being by the pool, make sure you get there early as all sun beds get taken very quickly (there are not that many). There are two small pools available, the third one you see in the map when you arrive is under construction.
• Alexandra (9/5): - Понравились завтраки, персонал, чистота в номере, номер был после ремонта, приятно. Лежаки на пляже совсем неудобные. Поселили на первый этаж корпус 9, вид на хозпостройки.Очень шумный кондиционер.Скакал напор воды в душе.

• Filip Szpecht (9/5): - Fantastyczny hotel i świetnym miejscu (tuż obok znajdują się sklepiki, masaże czy restauracje; również można pojechać do miasta, które jest oddalone kilka kilometrów). Bardzo ładne, przestronne i czyste pokoje oraz łazienki. Rzadko mi się zdarza, ale byłem naprawdę zadowolony z tego zakwaterowania i chętnie ten hotel wszystkim polecam. Czysta i spokojna plaża. Internet sprawnie działał w całym ośrodku. Świetne i bardzo smaczne śniadania (bogate i różnorodne). Bardzo pomocna i uczynna obsługa oraz chętna do pomocy. Dojazd z lotniska w Phuket zajmuję ponad godzinę (około godzina i dziesięć minut). Cenna dość wysoka. Przydałoby się więcej słońca ;)

• Ittai (7/5): - Very clean and very beautiful beach and great breakfast. A lot of construction going on in our building and the rooms near us! Including painting all the walls and banisters during at least 4 days out of our 5 day stay there. We have a 6 month old baby and this is not safe for them (neither is it good for any adult). Appon talking to reception we were only guided to write a comment in the hotel website , sadly and no change was made - construction and painting continued as normal!!!
