• Shiro (4/5): - 駅から近いのと防犯はしっかりしてる点はよかったです。 冷蔵庫を開けたら前に部屋を借りた人の食べ残した八朔があった 部屋の角のホコリなどはどんなホテルにもあるので見逃せるが、さすがに冷蔵庫の中の食べ物が残ってるのは見過ごせなかった 前の借りた人が悪いのは悪いと思いますが そこのチェックを怠るのは違うと思います。

• Marjorie (8/5): Perfekt für einen kurzen Aufenthalt mit sehr guter Anbindung an den Flughafen - Gute Unterkunft für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Osaka. Man ist nicht sehr zentral kommt mit der Metro aber überall sehr gut hin. Wir haben hier eingecheckt aufgrund der Nähe und guten Anbindung zum Flughafen. In der Umgebung gibt es nicht sehr viele Tourismus und hauptsächlich Anwohnern, was wir persönlich super fanden. In der nahen gelegenen Shopping Street haben wir die besten Takoyakis in Osaka gegessen :) Die Wohnung selbst ist zweckmäßig aber wohnlich ausgestattet, man hat wirklich alles was man braucht und genug Stauraum im Schrank ist auch vorhanden. Man kann Wäsche waschen (auf dem Balkon Luft trocknen) und Essen zubereiten. Mir gefiel auch das Smart TV mit Zugang zu Netflix und YouTube. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das Housekeeping. Wir kamen bereits um 13 Uhr an und wollten wie geplant unsere Koffer dort abstellen und später zurück kommen bis wir um 16 Uhr einchecken konnten. Wir haben nett gefragt ob unser Zimmer denn schon fertig sei und tatsächlich durften wir um 13:30 schon in unser Apartment. Großartig!! Das Gebäude ist direkt nehmen den Bahngleisen weshalb man bis 0:30 Uhr und ab 5 Uhr mit Lärm rechnen muss. Aber dafür stellt die Unterkunft Ohrstöpsel bereit ;) Der Boden scheint nicht häufig gewischt zu werden, außerdem befinden sich neben dem Spülbecken im Bad ein paar Schimmerflecken (kein Wunder, neben der Spüle ist direkt die Tapete). Trotzdem sieht es nicht schön aus und man hätte es reinigen können. Im Schlaf / Wohnbereich ist ein Riesen Brauner Fleck (vllt Kaffee?) an der wand unter dem Fernseher. Es wurde versucht mit dem Tisch zu verbergen. Leider sieht das auch nicht besonders ansprechend aus. Ingesamt könnte es sauberer sein (Staub).

• Angie (5/5): While there are some good things about this hotel, the negatives definitely outweigh the positives. My family and I did - 1. Elevator/accessible 2. Location - In the middle of two train stations - Close to two convenience stores (Family Mart and Lawson) 3. Washing machine - Loading big enough for family use - The drum is clean 4. Self check in and out 1. Noise level - You can clearly hear the residents above your floor walking around. - Similarly, you can hear your next door neighbours talking through the walls. - The cleaners do not have a set cleaning time or period. You will be woken up at 7am by the sound of vacuuming and the vacuum hitting the walls. - And beware that the hotel is right across from the train tracks so you can clearly hear the trains passing by very frequently, day and night. 2. Smell - The pipe linking to the kitchen sink and also the washing machine has a strong, pungent smell. I cannot think of a better way to describe the smell other than it smells like sh**.

• PO-CHIH (10/5): - 飯店位置距離車站走路大概十分鐘左右， 路上會經過藥妝店、便利商店等 甚至有一間全家便利商店就在飯店隔壁，不論是買消夜、早餐等都非常方便， 附近也包含至少兩條地鐵線路，整體來說交通算是蠻便利的。 鑰匙僅有一把，如果剛好有人分別離開飯店，就要有人留下來顧門~ 希望至少能提供兩把鑰匙

• Matteo Longoni (8/5): - We stayed some nights, the hotel was clean and functional, the rooms are quite large to be in Japan, also the bathroom. The hotel is quite near the metro station from which reach each location in needs and really near helpful combinis. There is no reception, so that you have to go to conbinis to sent your luggage or keep them in the hall - the price respect the services, so we were fine with this

• vadim (9/5): Можно рекомендовать данные апартаменты. Прекрасный вариант по соотношению цены качество в городе Осака. - Размер номера: когда в среднем в отелях площадь номера 14 м, здесь 30+! Удобная локация: две станции метро рядом, магазины, супермаркет, мини рынок с возможностью покупать магниты и иные туристические атрибуты. Две комфортные кровати, которые можно сдвинуть и превратить их огромное ложе. Шумные электрички которые проходят в метре от апартаментов. С 6 утра и до часу ночи только закрытые окна спасают, при этом все равно слышен шум поездов. Небольшая ванная, слышался запах из санузла

• Hubert (5/5): Honestly I don’t understand why this hotel gets so many positive reviews - Spacious rooms The location is not in the best area of Osaka, about 15 minutes from public transport. There’s no staffed reception, which means no assistance or luggage storage. There are no towel hangers, and if you stay for multiple nights, the bed isn’t made, and you won’t receive clean towels or any cleaning service. It appears that the owner, who manages several similar properties, is focused on quickly profiting from the tourism surge in Osaka.

• Gema (1/5): Vivimos la mayor pesadilla en vacaciones - Nada Vivimos la mayor pesadilla de todas nuestras vacaciones. El hotel está justo pegado a las vías del tren, y aquello era horroroso. Los trenes no paraban de pasar continuamente, y el sonido era como si estuviera dentro de la habitación. Tras la primera noche les pedimos cambio de habitación, nos dijeron que nos cambiarían para la tercera noche, y al final cambiaron de opinión y nos dijeron literalmente "permaneceréis en la misma habitación las 3 noches". No podía creerlo. Tuve que acostar a mi hijo de 11 años en el suelo de una pequeña cocina de 1,5 metros para que pudiera dormir, porque tenía unas ojeras horrorosas de no poder dormir. A las 6 de la mañana de la primera noche llorando por los trenes, fue horrible. Imaginaros el problema que el hotel sabe que tiene, que en la entrada al hotel, a modo de bienvenida, te encuentras un bote gigante de tapones para los oídos, para que puedas usarlos en el infierno que te espera. Os adjunto foto del bote de tapones que tienen en entrada. Como además no hay nadie en el hotel, porque directamente no hay recepción, solo puedes comunicarte con ellos por mensajes. Pero claro, como de lo que se trata es de no dar la cara, pues para ellos es mejor.

Kleine supermarkt zit ong 50 m verderop. Om de hoek grote supermarkt. De afstandsbediening vh licht werkte niet. Lamp is erg fel, normaal zou je deze moeten kunnen dimmen.

• Elli (10/5): Exceptional - Superb view from the apartment. Very easy check-in process with hosts responding quickly on Booking. Only seven minutes on foot from the Y blue Osaka line. Very spacious, clean and comfortable! Would happily return.
• Douglas (7/5): Older style small apartment but very clean, unserviced all you need including the famed Japanese Loo - Very clean .. everything functional, good Japanese toilet with heated Handy to trains felt.seat, microwave and washing machine a bonus. Had a good phone charge and appliance adaptor and Netflix... had wifi but did not use. Over top of rail, trains every few minutes, no sound proofing. Room not serviced for 6 days, did not meet owners .. thought it was a hotel with bath but it was an unserviced apartment and bath for babies.. felt misinformed about my Japanese experience

• Hiba (9/5): Superb - Room was very spacious, comfortable & super clean! It had small balcony I think but we did not use it. There was a small kitchen with a kettle and mugs etc. We were allowed to check-in early since the cleaning lady saw us waiting and cleaned our room asap, so we could check in, which was awesome. Beds were comfortable. There was a table we could work at. Bathroom was big enough. We had a great stay here. Located near the subway. I didn't feel like it was a great location since there was nothing really nearby except the subway. And it was a bit pricey considering we stayed only 2 nights at a location like that.
