Die Kopfkissen waren extrem schlecht und die Bettmatratze auch. Die Folge waren schlechter Schlaf und ein total verspannter Rücken mit Rückenschmerzen. Die Essengerüche vom Frühstück im 4. OG waren unangenehm.

- Hans-Jürgen (9/5): - Ein gutes 4Sterne Hotel. Zimmer zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Ruhige Lage. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet, das keine Wünsche offenlässt. Freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Gut zu erreichende Anbindung an S- und U-Bahn. Das Restaurant "Kaminstube" bereitet sehr gutes Essen vor. Eignet sich auch für einen abendlichen "Dämmerschoppen". Wir können dieses Hotel nur empfehlen, und kommen bestimmt wieder:)

- bershtein (10/5): В целом - мы очень довольны нашим выбором. Уютное место! - Было тихо - окна выходили во дворик. Но , видимо, еще и повезло с соседями ( и отдыхающими в том дворике, и проживающими рядом). Сам район очень спокойный, зеленый (цветущая сирень!!!). Завтраки - все свежее, большой выбор, так что каждый может найти, что ему по душе : и здоровую пищу, и не очень ;) Чисто, Качественное постельное белье и полотенца. Очень доброжелательный персонал, создающий семейную атмосферу . Спасибо !! Да, до центра далековато (берите это в расчет), но совсем рядом расположена автобусная остановка, а за несколько минут приятной прогулки по тихой улочке доходите до метро. Присоединяемся к предыдущим рекомендациям о замене подушек, но на вторую ночь мы приспособились. В нашем номере была мини- кухня, но имейте ввиду, что холодильник тоже очень маленький ("мини-бар"). Но тут уже ничего не поделать

Очень маленькая узкая парковка при отеле . Все машины постояльцев отеля не входят. Надо искать место у жилых домов. Бассейн и сауна в соседнем здании идти через улицу по холоду.

- Drozdová (9/5): - Příjemný hotel blízko z dálnice, vše čisté, funkční. Snídaně s poměrně bohatým výběrem. V druhé části je k dispozici i bazén, sauna, malé fitko. Parkování na vlastním parkovišti nebo na ulici. Asi 10minut procházkou je nádraží a do 15minut jste v centru. Pro náš hotel sloužil na přenocování pro další cestu a vše tak bylo naprosto odpovídající.

Das Personal ist Freundlich die Zimmer sauber und das Bett Bequem. Das Frühstück ist lecker und ausreichend. Der Fernseher war zu klein und hätte lieber an die Wand gepasst. Tip ein etwas größerem kaufen und an die Wand hängen

The breakfast spread is the tastiest and grandest I gave ever seen in my life, bar none! Such a shame I don’t eat breakfast: it was a spectacular feast, quite unbelievable. Chosen in part for its free parking, but when the hotel is full (as it was the weekend of the Bayern-München Bundeslige victory), this means street parking at least 500 m away! Even though we reserved long before many, maybe even the majority, of the guests, there is no system in place to prioritize the garage Ava lot parking for those who should be first in line.

Einen Sitzplatz haben wir aber immer gefunden und uns hat es letztendlich nicht gestört. - einen Wasserkocher für Kaffee oder Tee auf dem Zimmer wäre schön gewesen, aber auch den könnte man sich auch selbst mitnehmen.

Breakfast was not located within our guesthouse. The shared sauna facilities between men and women were not comfortable. Everything was in mostly German which made it feel a little unwelcoming.

- RennschneckeNB (9/5): - Das Frühstücksbuffett hätte noch mehr Sterne verdient. Es war alles da, was man braucht und noch viel mehr. Leider war das Fitnessstudio nicht so gut ausgestattet. Es fehlten Kurzhanteln (die Ablage dafür war allerdings vorhanden) und der Pool war öfter überfüllt. An Bahnen schwimmen war bicht zu denken, eher Slalom. Das lag aber wahrscheinlich am langen Wochenende und daran, dass viele Familien mit Kindern da waren. Ansonsten war der Pool top. Groß genug zum Schwimmen und genau richtig temperiert (bicht zu warm, so dass man schwimmen konnte aber auch nicht zu kalt).

Keine freie Parkplätze, wenn man nach 20 Uhr ins Hotel kommt. Jeden Abend bis Mitternacht Schritte im Stockwerk über unserem Zimmer. Das ist kein ruhiges Hotel, so dass wir nach vier Tagen genervt vorzeitig abgereist sind, schade!!

The breakfast is well worth the money with an unbelievable selection of teas, fruits, breads, cereals cheeses and cooked sausages, bacon and eggs etc. The coffee is fabulous. The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable and the showers were delightful; hot with lots of pressure. A quiet part of Munich, which I would highly recommend. The staff were so lovely and the check-in was quick and easy. I'd highly recommend this hotel to be honest. We didn't stay long enough!

- Christiane (7/5): Wir waren sehr viel unterwegs. Um einfach ins Bett zu fallen war das Hotel in Ordnung. - Gute Lage, schnelle Anbindung, um in die Innenstadt zu gelangen. Ein Fußweg von etwa 10 Minuten von der UBahn bis zum Hotel. Sauna: wir hätten gerne vorher gewusst, dass sie zwei Häuser weit entfernt ist, eigener Bademantel wäre dabei gewesen. Die Sauna war extrem klein und überfüllt. Wir mussten stehend auf Liegen, bzw. Sauna Platz warten. Umkleide war unordentlich, kein Schließfach! Personal: Von einer Frau wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen. Ein Mann hinter der Rezeption fragte mich eher unfreundlich, ob ich etwas von ihm wolle. Die Kaminstube: überfüllt, stickig, nicht besonders einladend.

- Konrad (4/5): Abhacken zweckmäßig - Lage Jedenfalls nicht 4 Sterne entsprechend . Das Hotel eigentlich nur wegen der Sauna gebucht diese jedoch erst ab 17 uhr nutzbar für uns zeitlich leider nicht möglich.

- Volker (8/5): Beste Wahl für das normale Budget - Immer vor dem Hintergrund, dass wir unter 100,-€ pro Nacht mit Frühstück an einem Wochenende mit Feiertag gezahlt haben, konnten wir es nicht besser treffen. Saubere Zimmer, ruhige Lage, gutes Frühstück. Zur U-Bahn 700 Meter, in 20 Minuten am Stachus. Eine echte Empfehlung. Alles gut.

- Roberto (9/5): Superou minhas expectativas - Atendimento da equipe, limpeza e manutenção do prédio impecável. Café da manhã fantástico com muitas variedades e qualidade. Pelo valor do hotel nunca vi um café da manhã nesse nível. Estacionamento pequeno tendo que deixar o carro na rua, mas não chega ser um problema a considerar pois as ruas ao redor são com estacionamento grátis.

- Sarah (8/5): Nettes Hotel in guter, aber ruhiger Lage. - Freundliches Personal und netter Empfang an der Rezeption das Frühstück bietet alles was man sich wünscht. Die Zimmer sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die Außenansicht erinnert an die 70er Jahre. Dennoch kein Grund das Hotel nicht zu besuchen.
