Guest Reviews
- Marianne (9/5): Comfortable and spacious stay - Spacious and clean and great having a tumble dryer too. Would go back. Nowhere to sit in the garden , the kettle wasn’t great and the tv had no option to get onto Netflix etc . Small gripes really.
- Richard Lourens (10/5): Super huis voor een groep van 6 - De luxe in het huis. De eigen parkeerplaats.. Niets
- jane (7/5): Currently waiting for feedback from the owners as felt there were a few repairs outstanding -
- Deepti (10/5): -
- Sue60 (9/5): Highly Recommended, lovely place - Lovely place to stay for a couple of nights while meeting up for a family event. The place was lovely and roomy and nicely decorated. Would definitely stay again. Loose towel rail in downstairs bathroom and kitchen door hard to open.
- Catherine (7/5): - Beautiful property.
- Greg (9/5): -
- Chris (10/5): Exceeded expectations - Superb - clean, plenty of space, and a great base for a golf trip.
- Hannah (5/5): - Size of the property, location of property. Parking onsite was great. Lots of mould in showers, bathrooms. Felt old and used, lots of marks on the floor and walls. Felt like the property had been very lived in to the stage it needs updated and freshened up. Felt dirty because of all marks on carpets and mouldy grout in showers.
- Emma (6/5): Overall a pleasant stay in lovely St Andrews - Nice, quiet, modern development Downstairs en-suite bathroom and bedroom have damp. Downstairs en-suite bathroom flooring needs replaced. Carpets are dirty and need cleaned.
- Rachel (8/5): Worked well for what we required -
- David (7/5): Good -
- Max (7/5): Very pleasant - good service, kept us well informed. Very clean and everything you'd expect for the - Quiet location. House was comfortable, parctical and had all the necessaries Couple of the rooms were on the small size with single beds rather than doubles.
- Christine (9/5): Enjoyed our stay to spend time with family. - Good location, with parking for 2 vehicles.
It was clean and comfortable and provided spacious accommodation for 5 adults and it was a bonus having access to a secure enclosed garden for our small dog. Would be useful to have a small table in chairs in the kitchen.
Some general maintenance required as elements of the property are becoming tired and dated.
Broken and damaged fixtures and fittings. (Chipped paint on door, missing bulbs from light fitting, broken blind cord, no curtain/ blind in kitchen french doors).
En-suite bathroom in master bedroom - on the surface the shower cubicle looked clean, however my towel brushed off the bottom of the glass door and was covered in black mould. Also signs of mould on the shelf within cubicle.
- Lucy (9/5): Spacious stay for a large group and very clean. - It was very spacious and clean. Plenty of room for 5 people and the dog. The downstairs wardrobe needs treatment as it smelled damp.
- Paul (10/5): Exceptional - Everything Main TV hard to find live channels. Didn't in the end!
- William (7/5): Issues mentioned above should be addressed quickly - Self catering, good location. Very Damp/musty in the ground floor double bedroom wardrobe, couldn’t be used, also there appeared to be damp issues in the adjoining bathroom. There was only 4 forks and two teaspoons in the cutlery drawer.
- Mark (9/5): All good. Slight problem wirh key in key safe as it got stuck we could not open it at one point. -
- Michael (8/5): Lovely, comfortable spot. - Comfortable spot for group in nicely laid out place. Location is just too far to walk to town centre etc.
- Colin (10/5): All the family enjoyed their stay - Excellent for our family requirements
- Misra (8/5): Very good - The staff Lisa and Rebekah were very helpful. I needed an iron and hair dryer and called and asked then to ensure it was there when we arrived and not only was it there but they were very good ones so ironing my daughters graduation outfit and doing her hair was a breeze. There was no basic cooking ingredients like oil, spices apart from salt and pepper.
- Sc (9/5): Superb -
- Bryden (5/5): Passable -
