• Sonja (10/5): - The flat was absolutely amazing. One bedroom is facing out back (really quiet) and the other out front (you can hear some people passing if they are loud and some occasional bin collections). It's a relatively quiet street in the heart of London. Great location with plenty of cafés, pubs and restaurants within walking distance. Public transport connections are fab. Just down the road is Warren Street Station and in the other direction Great Portland Street Station. We also greatly appreciated the little but important details, like plenty of spare toilet paper, toiletries, towels and some tea bags, coffee capsules, hot chocolates, biscuits and water in the fridge. The kitchen also had a tea towel, product for the dishwasher/ washing machine, washing up liquid and a sponge. When we go back to London, we will definitely rent this flat again. There was only one thing we didn't like so much. You can't open the windows out front, which I understand for security reasons. Unfortunately the window in the kitchen didn't open. We used the window in the stairwell to air the ground floor.

Check-in e check-out semplici e veloci e staff sempre disponibile in caso di richieste. Appartamento pulito e ben arredato, dispone di tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. Nulla

• LEE TEN (6/5): It’s ok for short stay but noisey and old interior. - The location is close to a couple of underground lines, quite few choices of restaurants and pubs. Grocery stores are around 8min walk away. Washing mashing works well. The beds are quite comfortable. If you’re a light sleeper, you would be woken up by regular train rumbling noise past midnight (stayed for 7nights). Next door is holding a party early in the evening, and we can hear the general chit chat through the thin wall. The kitchen and dining area is quite cramp. Dish washer door is difficult to open. The second bedroom ensuite has a strong mould odour - I had to turn on the bathroom fan all day to reduce the smell.

Très rapide pour rejoindre à pied ou en transport en commun toutes visites dans Londres. Très proche regent parc. Lits très confortables. 2 salle de bain. Logement spacieux. Logement au calme. Vem tenir un problema a la nostra arribada: l'apartament feia molta olor d'humitat a l'arribar perquè hi havia unes mantes humides tapant la caldera (dins de l'armari de l'habitació), que desprenien una olor com de formatge bastant fort Vem haver de treure-les al pati deixar-les allà tota l'estada per ventil.lar la mala olor. Creiem que la persona que va netejar l'apartament quan van marxar els hostes anteriors, s'ho devia deixar allà per error. Les persianes tenien el sistema de cordes trencat, cal revisar-les i arreclar-les. Faltaria un obrellaunes a la cuina.
• Andrew (9/5): Good location, pleasant stay in central London. - Good location, good for group of 4 with en suites. Living area was warm with high temperatures outside.
• Sergio (8/5): Nice place - At the time of booking, on the booking.com website, it gave instructions that ended up having nothing to do with reality. The key pick up instructions were to be found at a link that came in a text message from a US phone number. Very confusing. And given the amount of scams all around, I don't just click on a link in a text message that may be anybody.
• Neil (10/5): Great place with fab hosts. - Lovely apartment, really well stocked with everything you’d need. We have one minor issue on arrival and it was fixed immediately. The comms/instructions were excellent, really professional and responsive. The area is fab, just down the street from the prince of wales feathers, great food and beer. 4 mins walk from a tube station, shops, restaurants are close by. A really nice place to stay and I’d do it again at the drop of a hat.

• Simon (8/5): A great flat in a good location. Would stay there again. - Great location, reasonably quiet and easy o walk to Regents Park, Tube, supermarkets, coffee shops and Oxford Street. Good sized rooms, comfortable furniture, and we enjoyed the friendly decor. The host was very responsive and also allowed us to arrange late check out at short notice. The towel rails didn't work in either bathroom and they were the only source of heat in those rooms. Not the end of the world but made it harder to dry towels etc.

• Dari (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean and comfortable. Nice place I recommend that for everyone Just for old people because rooms are not in the same floor you should use steirs. But it was not big problem.
• Isobel (6/5): Great location, good for families. - Location The property could have been cleaner. It was very hot - maybe more climate control would help. Check in was a confusing process. Communication could have been clearer. I’m still waiting to hear back from the hosts regard some possible lost items.
• Zehra (8/5): Very difficult check in process - The location is good, close to cafes and underground stations. The rooms are in basement. There is no access to the small outdoor space as shown in the picture. Check in process is so difficult. I have to store the luggage at one spot for a fee then walk 20 minutes to get a key from a key kiosk then walk back to the apartment to get inside and then bring the luggage from the luggage storage place. I will not stay here again.
• Sjrr (10/5): Family Friendly self catering accommodation with easy access to shops and City. - Great location with easy access to tube stations and shops. Rooms were neat, clean, comfortable and well maintained. Kids thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Two toilets and two showering facilities were massively helpful. The location for Key collection before check-in was not convenient when we have all the luggage to carry as well.

• Karan (7/5): Good stay but basement rooms are not for everyone - Nice old property with en-suite bathrooms in both rooms Location is great, easy access via London Underground. Ground floor entrance - easy to get in and out Host left coffee, toilet paper etc for an easy start to the stay Basement rooms (small) are not suitable for everyone and can be a bit uneasy. We struggled to sleep well on most days also as the beddings were ok but not great. Picking up keys from a keycafe location is not ideal Confusing messages on checkout causing unnecessary anxiety (instructed to leave keys at dining table on check out, after leaving got a message that we had to leave it at keycafe)
• Amr (8/5): We enjoyed the stay - the location of the property cannot get any better. At the heart of Marylebone and only few minutes walk to Regent Park and two tube stations. The size of the apartment and its price is excellent for central London apartment. it's perfect choice for a family of 4-5 especially with the dining table, microwaves and the kitchenware. There are numerous lovely cafés and restaurants nearby. There were some noise late the evenings, something that I can live with given the central location of the property. At check in, we had to collect the keys from a different location, and we had to use an app for the collection which either didn't work or I couldn't understand the instructions. We reached out for the host who was able to help. One of the bedrooms is close to the boiler and the room was very hot in in the first night. Luckily, the weather became cold so we did not feel uncomfortable during the rest of the stay.

• Yee (8/5): Overall a pleasant stay. Not easy to check in. - Good location. Walking distance to almost everything. The apartment was spacious and clean. You need to go to keycafe to collect your key, which is 10 minutes walk to the property, not nice thing to do with your luggages during night time. The host didn’t usually respond to emails or messages. Even if he did, it was slow. Communication on check in and check out instructions were not clear. Received multiple messages/ emails from various sources but the messages were not in line. Other than that, our stay was pleasant.

The appartment had coffee, few biscuits, stuff for washing dishes and the kitchen, soap and shampoo… great location and very quiet! The app had everything we need to spend few days in london :) I sent an email asking for restaurant information and they didn’t reply. The second room has a small window but it was ok for few days!
