Michael (9/5): Good for family with kids - The location was perfect for the family. Great access to the beach and there a lot of stores and restaurants near by within walking distance. Since the place is on the beach, there should be flooring instead of all rug, makes it harder to keep sand out of rooms. The owner should update the appliances and make it more beach friendly. Little outdated. Have stayed at other rooms there many times before. First time renting a 2 bedroom. For the family it worked.
