David (7/5): Apt itself was fine but small, area not great. - One street off the promenade. Very quiet at night. The access to the property was though a shared communal area which was a little untidy and rough. The steel stairs to the entrance level could be awkward for some people and a bit commercial looking, slippery when wet. Some of the other properties were obviously homes and not very attractive outside their entrances. My wife a little weary when returning in the dark!

Kerry (5/5): Great Location But That's About It - The location was excellent. It was a block or so from the ocean front. Restaurants are close by. The instructions were thorough and easy to follow. Hosts were responsive. There are a lot of steps to get into the rental and then another set of steps to get to the bedroom. There was a bathroom on the first floor but it was so small you couldn't close the door when sitting on the toilet. There was quite a bit of outside noise from neighbors playing music very loud.
