Mini bar çok yeterli, sunumlar çok kaliteli, Konum çok çok iyi konakladığım odanın balkon manzarası muhteşemdi.. Mimari olarak inanılmaz kaliteli bir yapı, dokunduğunuz herşey ben kaliteliyim diyor.. Patlak bir lastikle gelmişim, resepsiyondaki arkadaşlar lastiği az daha kendileri değiştirecekti :)), çok yardımcı oldular.. Old town ayaklarınızın altında.. Banyoda aynanın önünde sadece diş fırçası vb. koymak için bi yer vardı, bu kesinlikle yetersiz..

• Oğuz Derya (9/5): - Otelin karşılamasından, uğurlamasına kadar herşey mükemmeldi. Tüm ekip her sorumuzu cevapladı, her konuda güleryüzlü bir şekilde yardımcı oldular. Otopark sorunu yaşamadık. Otelin konumu harika. Her yere yürüyerek ulaştık. Temizlik iyiydi, sadece kaldığımız ikinci gün vanity set tekrar konulmamıştı ve saç kurutma makinası ortada bırakmıştık toplayan olmamıştı ama çok önemli bir durum değil. Oda sıcaklığı çok iyiydi.Odada akıllı tv olması, ışıkların yine modern şekilde komuta edilebilmesi ile olanakları gayet yeterliydi. Hem şehri hem hem de Vizualiza oteli çok sevdik. Tekrar geldiğimizde kalmak isteyeceğimiz bir otel olmuş. Tüm çalışan ekip üyelerine teşekkür ederiz. Beğenmediğimiz birşey olmadı

• George (10/5): Прекрасно място за отдих и почивка - Престоят ни в хотела беше наистина чудесен и остави у нас силни положителни емоции. Още от момента на пристигането бяхме посрещнати с усмивка и отношение. Стаята беше изключително чиста, уютна и добре поддържана, като красивата гледка към Сахат Тепе допринесе още повече към цялата спокойна и релаксираща атмосфера. Персоналът заслужава специално внимание – любезни, отзивчиви и винаги готови да помогнат с каквото е необходимо. Това наистина прави огромна разлика и допринася за цялостното преживяване. Локацията на хотела също е отлична – удобно разположен, с лесен пешеходен достъп до най-известните забележителности в града. Със сигурност ще се върнем пак съвсем скоро за по-дълъг престой !

• Dily74 (10/5): A World-Class Stay Made Extraordinary by Hristo - I cannot recommend Hotel Visualiza enough. It is easily one of the finest luxury hotels in Bulgaria. The location is unbeatable housed in a stunningly refurbished historic building overlooking the Roman Theatre and just a 2 minute walk from the Main Street. Our studio was absolutely amazing, featuring high quality finishes and beautiful design. However, the true "wow factor" is Hristo at reception. As a seasoned global traveler, I can say his authentic, proud, and caring approach is a rarity. He doesn't offer "commercial" hospitality ,he offers genuine human connection. His welcoming attitude is the best I have ever encountered in Bulgaria, a level of care that simply cannot be taught. In stark contrast, the restaurant service has not yet reached the hotel's elite standard. Despite being the only ones at breakfast, we were largely ignored. When we tried to return a meat platter to avoid waste (as vegetarians), the staff dismissively told us they "didn't care" and it would "go to the bin anyway." While this indifference is unfortunately common in many places around the country , it is a jarring mismatch for a hotel of this caliber. Stay here for the stunning rooms and Hristo’s world-class service, but be prepared for the dining room to feel like a different world entirely.

• Doyno (6/5): Ok, definitely no a 5 star experience. - The hotel is nice, clean and cozy. The rooms are spacious. No parking at the spot. The nearest offered parking location is about 5 minutes away by car. Only a single card was provided for the room, and an additional card was not given upon request. No balcony as listed in my booking. The shower area is too small. Definitely not a 5-star level hotel.

Maria at the front desk welcomed us with a bright smile and was so patient; she even went above and beyond by lending us her personal umbrella! We also want to thank the young gentleman at reception (we didn't catch his name) who was incredibly kind and gentle. He was so patient and wouldn't give up until he was sure we understood exactly how to get to the restaurant. They both made us feel so well-cared for Toilet paper not enough

Brand-new, stylish, comfortable, great service, very tasty breakfast, in the middle of city centre. I stayed in Plowdiv many times in different hotels but this is one of the best hotels objectively. I definitely recommend this hotel. Value for money is incredible. In my opinion, this is how the hotel should be. so much attention for details. Actually, is very difficult to find minor points as this hotel ticks so many boxes in a positive way.
