• Viv (7/5): Had a brilliant time in lovely Lisbon and in the best old area with easy access to cheap transport - Location was great , in the old part but not to high up . Nice to have little patio too. Sofa bed uncomfortable…. Just needs a mattress topper

La propriétaire a réagi rapidement pour nous mettre à disposition ce qu'il fallait.

• milaotmars (10/5): - Great place to feel the rhythm of the city but have quiet rest also. We feel secure in the area and had amazing time. Moist (the smell of it) but this is because type of the building, the place is clean and tidy by the owners.
• Agapi (7/5): - Συμπαθητικό και άνετο σπίτι με γουστόζικη διακόσμηση και πλήρη εξοπλισμό κουζίνας. Δυστυχώς, όπως συμβαίνει συνήθως σε παλιά πετρόχτιστα και ασυντήρητα σπίτια, έχει υγρασίες, φουσκωμένους τοίχους και μυρίζει λίγο μούχλα, κάτι το οπόιο καταννοώ εν μέρει. Τα υδραυλικά έχουν επίσης προβλήματα, (τρέχουν πολλά νερά έξω από τον νιπτήρα και ο νεροχύτης είναι βουλωμένος). Δε σκέφτηκαν, έστω, να χρησιμοποιήσουν έναν αφυγραντήρα; Επίσης, δεν υπάρχουν ούτε κομοδίνα, ούτε φως για διάβασμα, οπουδήποτε. Το χειρότερο όμως είναι, ότι το σπίτι ήταν κρύο, καθώς το επισκεφτήκαμε χειμώνα. Επικοινώνησα με το προσωπικό ζητώντας ένα φορητό θερμαντικό σώμα και δεν μπήκαν καν στον κόπο να μου απαντήσουν!!!
• Emmanuelle (8/5): Dommage... humidité - L'emplacement, près du Tage, de la place Commercio, tram, centre... Il est dommage d'avoir un bien si beau et de ne pas l'entretenir... Humidité dans tout le logement, bulles et craquement des murs (photos), salle de bain qui donne un effet de non propreté 1 seul chauffage (dans la chambre) Pas de lumière "d'appoint" dans le salon (la grande noire ne fonctionne pas) Une mise à jour des photos serait un plus...
• Peggy (6/5): Shampoo container was empty , faucet in bathtub did not work only sprayer that soaked you - The key did not work to unlock the door, Magical intervention made the door pop open, but no matter how many times we tried the key did not open the door. We had to use a lock we brought with us.

Des traces importante de moisissure qui semble avoir été camouflé par de la peinture, mais qui sont tout de même très apparente (voir photo). Pour moi ces traces de moisissures sont un manque flagrant d'irresponsabilité du propriétaire sur la santé de sa clientèle.

• Hanne (7/5): Not the greatest, but would come back for the location and terrace! - The location was great. The accomodation is located in a quite street close to the supermarket (in the station) and to other hotspots of Lisboa. The size of the appartment was also good for 2-3people and had everything you needed. The terrace was also a big plus. Having breakfast in the sun really gave us that holiday feeling! 1. The matrass of the bed was quite hard but that is personal preference. 2. What we really did not like was the big moisture problems in the walls. Almost every wall had moisture in it hence the plaster was peeling off and the appartment had a moldy wet smell. If you opened up the cabins in the kitchen you were welcomed with a mold smell from inside the cabins (probably mold behind the kitchen because of the wet walls). This also gave us an overall impression that the room felt not clean eventhough it was quite clean. The host used automated messages so If you had a question, you don’t get a reply.
• Hannah (2/5): Eine riesen Enttäuschung :( - Gute Lage in einem sehr schönen Stadtteil Die Fotos sind irreführend - das gesamte Apartment ist feucht, zum Teil schimmlig und überall blättert der Putz von den Wänden. Eine Einbruchssicherung an den Fenstern sorgt dafür, dass lüften kaum möglich ist und man den feuchten, schimmligen Räumen kaum entkommen kann. Wir hatten ernsthafte gesundheitliche Bedenken und haben uns während unseres Aufenthalts sehr unwohl gefühlt. Das gesamte Apartment war schmutzig, die Küche nicht nutzbar, da überall noch Speisereste von den Gästen davor zu finden waren. Wir waren extrem enttäuscht von diesem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und würden davon abraten diese Unterkunft zu buchen.
• elisabeth (4/5): - Unser Aufenthalt in Lissabon begann mit einem Schock! Weil der Gastgeber uns nicht auf die besonderen Gefahren in Alfama hingewiesen hatte, wurden wir Opfer eines Einbruchs in der ersten Nacht. Ein Fenster war auf "kipp" gestellt und von innen zusätzlich scheinbar durch einen Sicherheitdraht gesichert. Laut Aussage der Polizei am nächsten Tag reicht das aber nicht. Diese Information hat der Gastgeber uns aber nicht gegeben, sondern uns die Verantwortung zugeschoben :" Natürlich müssen Fenster hier fest verschlossen sein". Keine Information , kein Bedauern, unfassbar!!!
• S.P. (4/5): Ce logement est très bien situé mais il a besoin d'une vraie rénovation. Hôte facile à contacter - Le quartier, la terrasse. Le bruit du fait du chantier extrêmement proche. La vétusté et l'humidité d'un logement difficile à aérer. Absence d'étendoir à linge.

• Ann (10/5): - Lissabon var fantastiskt och lägenheten låg fantastisk och mysig uteplats. Städningen var sådär, smuligt och dåligt torkat i köket. Dåligt med toapapper och ingen shampo. Jag ringde och frågade efter shampo och mer toapapper, hon lovade men inget hände.

• Krumnow (7/5): Good - Was large and felt like a typical Portuguese house Liked that the appliances had some english so we could use them and appreciated them finally coming to help us get in and making the couch into a bed. No coffee pods for coffee maker. Wasn't clean when we got there at 5 o'clock. The key was very tricky, and a neighbor had to help us.

• Anastasiia (3/5): Avoid! Moldy and not well cleaned, don't be fooled by pictures - Comfortable bed and pillows and good location. However, impressions were spoiled by bad cleaning and poor renovation... Falling out plaster and Black mold everywhere on walls, on mirror etc. which is a direct health hazard. I was sneezing, my husband got a throat ache and started coughing on our second day. Dishwasher was filled with unwashed dirty dishes left for a very long time with a foul smell and rot on them. We asked the host about it, thankfully she said that there were dishwasher tablets in the apartment and we can use them to run the washing again. We tried that, but the smell and the rot stayed. We ended up using just part of the dishes which were stored in the kitchen cabinets. Later on we spotted several cuckroaches wondering around,so we had to wash everythong by hand before eating to avoid infections (who knows where the roaches were roaming in the night?). Looks like this property was fresh and new in 2022, but poorly watched since. I gave feedback to the host after our stay, but didn't get any reply. At least a simple sorry would've been appreciated.
• Craig (5/5): Issues with cleanliness (mold present) and a dissapointing stay for a 9.3 rated place. - Location is fantastic and I think the property has great potential and in the photos looks excelent. The bedroom is a lovely size and having a kitchen is always nice for longer stays. 1. Black mold in the bathroom. This is completely unacceptable to me to book a place to stay and see black mold in the bathroom and until this is fixed I don't think anyone should be allowed to stay. 2. Issue of damp in the whole apartment. This is probably partly why the mold exists but the living room, bedroom and kitchen all have signs of damp and I again don't think this is acceptable at this price point and the rating of 9+ on booking.com. 3. Lack of working facilities. I feel there is an overall lack of understanding or thought behind the facilities. For example, there is a dishwasher yet there were no dishwasher tablets. There is a kitchen but no oil or chopping board for cooking. A little expense to include these things would have made the stay an overall nicer experience. This has been very commonplace for me in previous places I have stayed. 4. Wear and age of the furniture. The photos are lovely and it was the same but all the furniture was clearly aged from when the photos were taken. The lamp in the living room didnt work and was damaged. One of the bedroom lamps didnt work. The sofa was old and looked worn out. It just feels like they didn't have the care for the guests that they used to have which warrented the 9.3 star rating on Booking.com

• David (9/5): Would happily stay there again but expensive. - Very comfortable spacious apartment, very clean, easy to find, outside patio with table and chairs very nice to have within a city: very traditional pedestrian area only so quiet. Even though kitchen very well equipped rather small preparation/ countertop area.

• Tina (9/5): Perfect spot in a lovely area. - The location is perfect for a visit to the Alfama area. The flat is easy walking distance to everything yet tucked away so it was quiet and peaceful. The apartment is spacious, well equipped and the décor is fun. As many others before us have said the bed was extremely comfortable and the linen smelt wonderful. We really enjoyed our short stay and would highly recommend this lovely place. Nothing.
• Dervila (9/5): Really nice apartment really helpful hostess - Really comfy bed. The apartment was nice and comfortable. There was a cute Christmas tree decorating the property. The location was good close to the river, bars and restaurants, and the train station was very close by. The castle is not a far walk either. Ana was really helpful and friendly. I was very unwell on our check out morning and she let us stay as long as I needed before our flight home.

• Marie (10/5): Sitting on the patio drinking a glass of wine, listening to the sounds of the old city streets - The location was perfect. Close to restaurants, shops, and historic sites. A cute and cozy neighborhood Probably just to shampoo in the shower was not for my hair type. Very picky I know. But there really was nothing to dislike
• Julia (10/5): A gem of an apartment with everything you need. - A lovely apartment, nicely furnished with a good bed, lovely bathroom and kitchen and spacious feel in an authentic Lisbon street setting. Excellent communication with our hostess. Highly recommended.
