• Henry (10/5): Eine hervorragende Unterkunft zu einem sehr fairen Preis. - Die Unterkunft entsprach den Bildern voll. Alles war vorhanden und super sauber. Der Gastgeber war sehr kommunikativ und hilfsbereit und hat Empfehlungen für die Stadt und unseren Japan Aufenthalt gegeben. Den Straßenverkehr hört man in der Unterkunft - mit Ohrstöpsel kein Problem.

• Carmen (10/5): It is true what they say about Mr Wang - To be honest, we booked this place because we were really curious about Mr Wang after reading the other reviews. This was a really good decision, as it was our first time coming to Japan, and he helped us with getting comfortable in a place that was quite different from home, and made us feel really welcome. He contacted us in advance the afternoon we were planning to arrive about a firework festival that was on, as well as informing us about how to get to the building from the shinkansen platform. He kindly offered to make us coffees in the morning. The thing I most appreciated was that he helped us with getting our luggage up and down the stairs, as the stairs were a little steep and our luggage was quite heavy. We were able to store our luggage with him after checking out, so we could spend more time in Osaka catch our next train a little later in the day, and when we came to pick it up, he even offered to help us to the train station with our luggage. The location is quite good, as you are within walking distance of a train station - even if you need to use the exit with the elevator for your luggage. The location is on a side-street, but it is fairly well lit at night, and feels safe. It's not too far from a large shopping centre, which has many famous brands. Additionally, there is a lot of small shops where you can get drinks, and a drugstore for things like plasters, not too far away. The washing machine was useful, we were able to wash and dry some clothes before we left. We also enjoyed staying on Tatami, which was nice and soft underfoot (great for after long days of walking and standing). The bathroom was small but nice, and one of the better showers we used while in Japan. There was also a common area kitchen, which we didn't really use other than when stepping through to the washing machine, but I could see that there were a lot of different teas and drinks available there, that you could make if you wanted to. We did feel that it could have been better to have a lamp as well as the large overhead light, just for while getting in bed. Also, the hairdryer wasn't very powerful, and the curtains didn't fully close very easily. But these are just things that I am being picky about, and overall it was great.

Tienda de conveniencia en la esquina. La habitación triple es muy amplia y tienes una bañera tipo onsen enorme. Calidad precio algo caro (con 3 personas está bien!)

The host was very welcoming and nice. Just bear in mind the stairs to access the rooms if you are bringing a big luggage but the host helped us to carry them 😊

Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hat uns Unternehmungstipps über WhatsApp gesandt. Wir waren dann auch tatsächlich im öffentlichen Onsen in Osaka, was eine tolle Erfahrung war. Das Zimmer war ziemlich klein und dadurch etwas ungemütlich, weil sowohl Einrichtungsgegenstände als auch das Gepäck nicht so richtig Platz hatten. Für 2 Nächte und Preis-Leistungsverhältnis aber absolut okay.

• Helio (10/5): - Mr. Wan was very attentive and helpful, and even gave us some great food recommendations. The house has a shared space with a washing machine, which is really useful after several days of traveling. Our room was spacious enough for two friends or a couple like us to stay comfortably, and everything was spotlessly clean. The beds were very comfortable, and the house provided all the facilities we needed. The location is also convenient, about a 20-minute walk from a main attraction and food area, and only 5 minutes from the nearest metro stop. Overall, a great value for money! And don’t miss Mr. Wan’s amazing cold brew — much better than wasting money at a random Seven Eleven, his coffee is absolutely delicious.

• Lukáš (9/5): Phenomenal stay, comfortable, spacious and with great host - The room has basic equipment and is spacious, definitely huge compared to other Japanese accommodations. Very comfortable beds, you will feel like on a firm cloud with very comfortable blankets. Most importantly, the room was very clean including a decently specced bathroom. Washing machine, small kitchen on-site. Did not use it though it seems like all you would need. Location is very convenient if you are interested in visiting the city center or places like Tsutenkaku, but mind that there is not that much to see in the neighbourhood. You can get here pretty easily by metro, though mind that it is 5-10 minutes walk - great to have in mind when in rain or after a looong walking day. Let's not forget the personal touch this place has! Mr. Wang is an amazing and very helpful host. And what's more, he can give you an amazing coffee if you need. And this is not an overstatement - he is a coffee aficionado, always sourcing a very good ground coffee and an onsen water. As in any other larger Japanese city, bring ear plugs with you - the traditional style of rooms comes with slight noise from other apartments.

My room was warm, stinky, and EXTREMELY LOUD as the windows do not offer any isolation and you could here the traffic noise from the nearby very big street. I would not go again, unless you can't find an alternative.

• Gaile (8/5): Great accommodation for quick stay - Bedroom space is bigger than the usual Japanese accommodation. Bathroom was also spacious with bath and shower. Communication with the owners was a big plus. They were quick to respond with our queries. They were very helpful in assisting us with our luggage to and from Osaka. We had trouble understanding the luggage delivery system but the owners made extra steps to ensure our luggage arrived at the property on the day we checked in. They also offered us coffee which was really nice. Location is perfect as it is around 10 mins walk from Namba station / area. FamilyMart is also right around the corner. Could improve on ventilation in main bedroom area

• Miki (9/5): Feels like home, with a lovely family who manages the apartments. - The location is great, a few mins from a metro and about 10-15 minutes walk to the city centre. Quiet neighbourhood with plenty of shops nearby. The family who runs the place is very kind, nice and will do everything to make your stay there comfortable. I found the mattress a little hard and prefer thicker and softer ones. But some people may find this ok and not a problem.
• Jet (10/5): Charming guest house in a central location. - Location is pretty close to Namba as well as it only being few stops from Osaka station. This is a guest house so if you were to stay here one should be considerate of people that actually live here. It is pretty cheap and you also have communal kitchen and washing machine so if you are planning on staying in Osaka for several days I highly recommend it. Nothing
