• Verwoods (7/5): - My previous review covers everything. But when I returned for two nights Emin was on duty and helped me in every way to have a more comfortable stay than previously. He is a real asset to an otherwise poor hotel. Still had to ask for a second towel which Emin provided and which was dry and warm - not like the other damp and cold ones.
• Verwoods (6/5): - I arrived late evening and had booked a private shuttle confirmed by hotel with video but no record of my name when I got to the airport meeting point, total chaos. Finally took cab from outside airport TL2400 which is average price.  Reception had limited English. Told I was given a triple bedded room which I could change the next day. Room was totally unsuitable, so cramped, wardrobe was like a sports locker nowhere to put things. Can't imagine how 3 people could fit in. I had booked in January  a standard double or twin and do not want to change rooms because the hotel messes up the booking. No water available even to buy. Told to go to the nearby shop. Not given wifi password which isn't even in the room. Ready finally for a shower to find there were no towels. Third visit to reception and given 2 damp and cold towels. Situation better the next day thanks to Emin who spoke good English and took care to resolve all the issues. The towel issue persisted. They must keep them in the fridge to preserve them cold and damp, and clearly do not have enough to supply everyone without having to wash them for the next guest without enough time to dry them. I spent one night away and returned for a further two nights. Luckily Emin was on the desk and ensured I had everything. Despite his great customer care the hotel lacks basic things which you have to ask for. I would not return.

• Elena (10/5): Все хорошо - Мы останавливаемся в это отеле уже раз пятый. Соотношение цена качество очень хорошее. В ванной ничем не пахнет. Это для Фатиха редкость. Напор воды хороший. Лифт всегда работает. Ребята на ресепшен очень хорошие. Местоположение удобное. Нет такого. Ну от метро не совсем близко. И часть дороги вверх. Для пожилых без такси может быть проблема. Нам даже с чемоданами нормально было. Хотя мы и не молодые тоже

• سلوى (10/5): فن - الفندق ممتاز ، لقد زرت إسطنبول من قبل والعديد من اماكن الإقامة تطلق على نفسها فندق ولكنها فى الواقع ليست كذلك ، أما هذا المكان فيستحق مسمى فندق، من اول طاقم الاستقبال الممتاز ، ثم الحجرات النظيفة والمرتبة وكل شيئ فيه ، بالاضافه الى انه قريب جدا من اهم المزارات والتى يمكن ان تذهب اليها سيرا على الاقدام ، وان شاء الله ساكررهافى نفس الفندق . كل شيئ كان ممتاز ماعدا شيئ واحد ( وليس للفندق علاقة به ) وهو طبيعة الشوارع المحيطة ، فهى شديدة الانحدار .

• SANGWOO (10/5): 굿 - 호텔에 들어가자마자 Arslan 씨가 굉장히 환대해 줬습니다 그는 굉장히 좋은 서비스를 보여줬고 한국말로 인사해 줬습니다. 그리고 그는 무료로 내 방을 업그레이드 해줬고 가기 전에는 집 보관 서비스와 터키식 전통 차를 무료로 제공해 줬습니다 호텔의 위치와 시설 역시 너무 좋았고 가성비 면에서 최고였습니다 없음

Testiera del letto e materasso usurati, ingialliti. Lenzuola e copriletti sporchi e macchiati. Coperta sporca di rossetto. Insonorizzazione zero; le pareti sembrava fatte di cartone. Tovaglia del bagno sporca. Non so come è stato valutato 8.5 su Booking. Sconsiglio vivamente.

• GIOVANNI (1/5): PESSIMO - nulla L'hotel complessivamente è sporco. Le pulizie vengono fatte senza l'utilizzo di prodotti disinfettanti. Noi eravamo un gruppo di 17 persone. L'ultimo giorno ci hanno fatto pagare 100 euro per la pulizia di tovaglie che dicevano non potevano essere pulite. Fanno questo giochetto con tanti clienti per recuperare soldi . Una vergogna nel loro sito la pulizia delle tovaglie e lenzuala è inclusa nel prezzo. Il primo giorno che siamo arrivati in diverse stanze da noi prenotate non vi erano lenzuala e tovaglie e nonostante le nostre lamentele le hanno consegnate il secondo giorno. La zona è poco sicura e sporca. Una sera siamo stati molestati da gente ubriaca che stazionava davanti l'hotel e qualcuno è entrato anche dentro per chiederci soldi e sigarette. Nessuno dell'hotel è intervenuto. Non vi consigliamo di scegliere questo hotel . A Istanbul ci sono strutture allo stesso prezzo di gran lunga superiori dove non vi fanno problemi . Evitate di scegliere questo hotel.

• Iuliia (7/5): - Гарне розташування. Алан на ресепшині був люб'язним. В готелі є ліфт. В цілому все добре, але є незручності Незручний номер. Номер на двох, тумбочка біля ліжка одна. Біля ліжка немає світла і немає вимикача світла. Холодильник настільки близько до ліжка , що треба пролазити між ними, щоб не зачипитися. В шафі була якась ковдра з грязною під ковдрою, я вже хотіла іти міняти, але зверху побачила чисту. Що там робила та грязна?

• Milan (5/5): Ko želi jevtin smeštaj a da ne mari za sve ostalo, solidno je. - Lokacija je odlična, blizu je tramvajska stanica i Aja Sofija i Plava džamija su na pešačkoj udaljenosti. Prljav i zanemaren. Potrebno mu je dobro renoviranje.

• Adelisa (6/5): - Nigdje nismo mogli da nadjemo daljinski za klimu,radijatori nisu radili,tako da nam je bilo hladno. Pisala sam recepciji na whatsapp broju,obracala sam im se i preko bookinga,medjutim odgovor nisam dobila. Znam da je cijena nocenja izuzetno mala,ali to ne znaci da ne trebamo da imamo grijanje. Higijena je takodje razocaravajuca,plocice u wc su žute od kamenca, ko zna kada su zadnji put ociscene. U apartmanu fali sadrzaja,jer uopste nema prostora na kome bi mogle da se odloze stvari.
